ADELAIDE CARRIERE Adelaide Carriere is an entrepreneur, real estate agent & real estate investor on a mission to lead with intent, inspire people, and innovate. As a young girl, Adelaide loved to read books and would take any opportunity to learn from the people around her. At age 12, Adelaide picked up 2 books that would change how she saw the world & reshape her mindset. The Secret by Rhonda Byrne and Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki taught her the importance of financial literacy and a posiBve mindset. ACer reading both books several Bmes, Adelaide knew she wanted to become an entrepreneur but didn’t know where to start. Adelaide graduated from high school with Honours & French Immersion. Adelaide was accepted into university but decided to pursue real estate instead and completed the Humber Real Estate Salesperson program in January 2021. Her iniBal interest in real estate began in March 2019 while employed at a full-service real estate investment firm. She became inspired by her employers (who were also mentors) to purchase her first real estate investment property. October 2019 while at an event featuring the world’s best moBvaBonal speaker, Les Brown, Adelaide was introduced to a real estate investor with over 30 years of experience and many mentees. With the support and encouragement of her mentors, Adelaide convinced her grandparents to take a chance and invest with her. Now, she and her grandmother Renate, are on a mission together to create generaBonal wealth and encourage others to do the same. Their goals are to show people under 30 that they don’t necessarily need to follow what society says and should feel comfortable taking a chance. While showing people over 30 the importance of building generaBonal wealth for their families In March 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic, Adelaide & Renate partnered to purchase their first investment property in Pembroke, Ontario. Currently, Adelaide has plans to add to her own investment porYolio and is dedicated to assisBng her clients in achieving their financial desires and life goals whether they are purchasing their first home, an investment property, looking for a rental, or purchasing their dream home. Dedicated to comfortably guiding her clients through the enBre selling or buying process with a posiBve mindset, Adelaide will ensure that it is not simply a transacBon, but a step toward building a strong business relaBonship and a step in the direcBon of achieving your goals.

LISTING PROGRAM EASY EXIT AGREEMENT Unlike most other agents, I don’t lock you down to any long-term listing contracts. I believe that I need to earn your business every day that I am working for you. If there’s ever a time where you’re not happy with the service in which I provide, just let me know and we can shake hands as friends and go our separate ways.

SMART SELLER PROGRAM For a lot of people, they would still like the option of selling their own home and saving money on realtor commissions if they can. I believe they should be able to do that very thing even while listed with me. My Smart Seller Program allows you to market your own home to your friends, family and co-workers.
