Collection of delivery orders from the airport and from local shipping agents of sea cargoes. Collection of necessary clearance documents from the documentation officer. Ensures prompt and smooth clearance of our shipments.

It develops and implements an effective “tender processing”, Generate and coordinate regular and ad hoc reports on tender, and Record new business inquiries, wins and loses. The Projects Department responsible for planning and executing the Projects and develops the Project Plan with the team and manages The team’s performance of project tasks and securing acceptance and Approval of deliverables from the Project Sponsor and Stakeholders By using communication, including status reporting, risk Management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the Team, and, in general, making sure the project is delivered in budget, On schedule, and within scope.
