From the Editor’s Desk Dear Reader This is our first edition of “BIZZLYTICS”... ICG Metrics Analytics & Asia Client Delivery and I feel it would be revealing and encouraging for readers to know insights about the team and the team members. Whether you are one of the pilot batches of the team in 2004, wistfully thinking back on the glorious moments shared and spent or as a possible interested potential member of the future, we the editorial team have great pleasure in presenting the team magazine and throw light on the Journey till date. We hope that you will enjoy reading it as much as we enjoyed the experience and that this will give you a glimpse into the Work and Play Life of the team members. It’s been a while that I belong to this team, 6 years, the graph trends upwards even today as I make a mark from the editorials desk, the enthusiasm to launch an in-house team magazine is a subset of all the positivity and energy gathered each day being a part of this team. The motive is simple, I Love my work, I Love my Team and I Love to talk it all... I joined the team as a junior analyst, my journey since then to now being the senior team manager, have been eventful and consist of series of images... However today I am still watching behind... Re-living all those moments... I now know that my experience in this team is more than a fleeting image. I know that this moment as I share the insights and feel them aloud... every part of it... will live on forever I can really envisage the years of long journey, years of togetherness, years of commitment, years of living for each other, years of understanding with misunderstandings, yet years of connect and bond, years to cherish for years.... The various appreciations and the awards won symbolize the team spirit and the zeal to do more each day... We believe in delivering the best, in standing up as one and being the best.... and this magazine is a pictorial of the emotions flowing through each one of us... The Team Adheres to KPI (Key Performance Indicator) with a 100% benchmark. Macros, Visual Basics and Access Database Management are some of the skills practised and preached by the team for Qualitative and Quantitative results. The Team broadcasts biweekly Knowledge forum to create awareness about the corporate banking products and processes. Team initiates customer surveys to uncover their satisfaction with our client & also does a “post mortem” analysis on the results to enable our clients to align their business on insights.
