The main foundation upon which my professional and organizational development is based on is being a connection platform between great world class leaders and my passion to see a different Guatemala. That is why in 2003 I built, along with a group of Guatemalan friends and leaders, the organization Guatemala Próspera; of which I'm a Founder. This is a nonprofit, non-partisan and non-religious Association which works on unity and change seeking to attain cultural transformation through the implementation of values in every sector of influence. The Association's mission is to join influencers. Ever since its beginning, I’ve used my leadership and influence to open doors for various national and international influence leaders, who have become a part of Guatemala Próspera's projects. In retrospect, my achievements from 2003 to this day are: · 2003: I legally constituted Guatemala Próspera as a nonprofit Association. · 2003 to 2012: over the course of the first 9 years, I invited re-known Speakers of world class companies to participate on the Leadership Summits and Forums for Leaders with Values that I organized in Guatemala, where international figures who have benefited businessmen of the country stood out, such as: Mick Ukleja former owner of GNC; Don Soderquist VP of Walmart; Dave Rae VP of Apple; James Massa VP of Cisco Systems; Rick Breckelbaum CEO of Exxon Mobil; Kevin Malone General Manager of Los Angeles Dodgers; Greg Petsch General Manager of Compaq Computers; Jerry Anderson CEO of DNS Wireless; Tracy Smith, COO of FedEx and other personalities. During these 9 years, more than 200,000 people attended the events. All these events gathered the main business leaders of the country. One of my competitive advantages has been the access I have to influential personalities, who have joined the service leadership vision and have become part of the cluster of people who have visited Guatemala and participated in the most important events in the country, free of charge.

· The world leadership icon, John C. Maxwell, extended an invitation for me to visit him in the

United States. There, he offered to form an alliance which seeks to generate Transformational Leadership content that would influence to generate a cultural transformation by working on the character and conduct of people, based on universal values. It was due to the good personal references that Jerry Anderson gave of me, that John C. Maxwell called me to invite me to work on the creation of a strategic alliance. John was in the process of evaluating 159 countries at the time, in order to find a suitable country. The reason why he decided to partner with me was because I was a leader of influence, who didn't wave an ideological flag but could bring the leadership of my nation together. As a first step, John evaluates the influence by requesting a letter from the President of the country, requiring his presence and inviting him to work on the Leadership Program in his nation.

· I accepted the challenge and indicated to John that I invited him to visit Guatemala and that I would gather the main leaders of the country in spheres such as government, business, churches of various denominations, arts and sports, media and education. Otto Pérez Molina, the President of Guatemala in 2012, sent a letter to John C. Maxwell, as per my requirement, requesting his presence to work on the Leadership Program. Maxwell, as per John's requirement, requesting his presence to work on the Leadership Program. · In January 2013, I organized the “Transformation Week” and John C. Maxwell visited Guatemala

for the first time. My team surveyed 12,000 leaders of influence, gathering 1,800 young people from NGOs in the country, 200 clergymen leaders within the Catholic Church, leaders from the Evangelical Church, government, business, and education leaders, General Managers of various media outlets in the country, among others. This survey had questions regarding which values Guatemalans thought that the country needed. In addition to that, I organized private meetings between John C. Maxwell and the top leaders in Guatemala.

· During the first half of 2013, one of the Maxwell Corporation leaders walked from Atlanta to

Guatemala with the purpose of raising awareness of the importance of working with universal values. I joined the walk from the border with Mexico, passing through the main cities in Guatemala until our arrival in Guatemala City. Every major would come out and greet us and would organize a ceremony in which they would present me the keys of the city.

· In June 2013, I invited John Maxwell to come back with the company of 150 John Maxwell

Coaches of all the world and we launched the “Transformation is in Me” Leadership Program, in which we trained 15,000 participants. I negotiated university credits with a local University to award with the Diploma. I inaugurated the alliance with John C. Maxwell in Guatemala.

· From 2013 to 2016, we trained 222,800 people in the “Transformation is in Me” Program all over the country. I invested my time in lobbying with stakeholders of various spheres of influence and that's how we got to sign important agreements with the Ministry of Education, Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Communications, Infrastructure, and Housing, Ministry of Finance, among many other institutions both public and private. · In September 2016, I invited John C. Maxwell to come back to Guatemala and launch the “Intentional Living” Program.

· By the end of 2017, we had reached 365,000 people through the Programs of leadership with values. · It is in February 2017, during a meeting with John C. Maxwell and myself and the Minister of

Education of Guatemala, where the Minister, Oscar Hugo López Rivas, requested my support to ask John if he could write content aimed specifically to children, focused on leadership with values. John presents the “I Choose” material to Guatemala at the end of the same year.

· In 2018, we reached 396,000 people through the “Transformation is in Me” and “Intentional

Living” Leadership Programs. That same year, we worked hand by hand with various Technical Directions of the Ministry of Education, in order to get ready to launch the material that John Maxwell had written for the children and young people of Guatemala.

· By 2019, the “Transformation is in Me” and “Intentional Living” Programs attained the participation of 458,000 people.

·

In January 2019, we launched the “I Choose” Program written by John C. Maxwell for children and young people of 4th and 7th grade. The John C. Maxwell Leadership Foundation financed the printing of 500,000 textbooks which are being used in the Citizenship class and 30,000 manuals for teachers. Currently, the Program is being implemented nationally in every public school of the country. This is due to my proceedings between the John C. Maxwell Leadership Foundation and the Ministry of Education of Guatemala.

· During John C. Maxwell's visits to Guatemala, we have gathered 96,888 people from all over the country, and we have conducted seminars in the 4 cardinal points of the nation.

· Currently, 942,500 people are attending the Transformational Leadership Programs at a national level.

·

We provide free service through the Programs and conferences to more than 300 organizations nationally, among which we can highlight: · Agexport · CentraRSE · Judicial Branch · Ministry of Education · Ministry of Finance · Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Food · Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance · Ministry of Defense · Grupo Misol · McDonald´s · Taco Bell · PaniFresh · Ingenio La Unión

· Taco Bell · PaniFresh · Ingenio La Unión · Fresh del Monte Among many other organizations. I had a dream, to generate a Sustainable Development Project in one community in Guatemala. That's how I chose El Rosario in Chimaltenango. The projects began in 2014, and due to those projects great accomplishments were achieved in a few years.

· The community was declared “Zero Hunger”. · The child mortality rate among children from 0 to 5 years of age was reduced by 80%. · Entrepreneurial Programs · Sewing · Savings boxes · Community gardens

· CTC: the Community Transformation Center was created.

It includes a clinic that receives patients from El Rosario community and its surroundings, in which the weight and height of children under 5 years of age are controlled and primary care attention to people is provided, including medical consultation services.

· UNO MÁS UNO Program: it's a program which implements a Roundtable methodology over

the course of 8 weeks, created by Guatemala Próspera in cooperation with an international ally who is an expert in startups, in order to generate business diversification, to start a new business or expand their product portfolio. Due to my international leadership, I was invited in the year 2006 along with members of the Board, to attend the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington D. C. The idea of unity compelled me in such a way, that the organizers of the event in Washington granted me permission to organize this event in Guatemala.

That's how from 2013, the National Prayer Breakfast in Guatemala has had the attendance of the highest authorities of the country, the President and Vice president of Guatemala, the President of the Supreme Court of Justice, the President of the Constitutional Court, the President of Congress, the Attorney General and the most powerful businessmen of the nation. Furthermore, among the international guests who have accepted my invitation to participate, we can mention:

· Mike Lee: Senator of the State of Utah. · Ken Buck: Congressman of the United States of America, member of the Homeland Security Committee, Judicial Committee, and of the Immigration and Border Security Subcommittee.

·

James Lankford: Senator of the State of Oklahoma, he is part of the Homeland Security Commission as well as the Intelligence Commission of the United States.

·

David Beasley: Executive Director of the United Nations’ World Food Program and former Governor of South Carolina.

· Tony Hall: three times nominee to the Nobel Peace Prize, Ambassador of the United States to the UN for Food and Livestock and Congressman of Ohio for more than 20 years.

· Randy Hultgren: Congressman of the United States of America for the state of Illinois. · Janice Hahn: Congresswoman of the State of California. · Robert Aderholt: Congressman of the State of Alabama. Making use of my relationship with political and business leaders in Washington, I have led and orchestrated several summits with the main political, business, religious, and media leaders in Guatemala. These meetings have generated important initiatives of projects that are of benefit to the country. All of my humanitarian work has been mainly conducted Ad Honorem, moved by a passion and dream for Guatemala. The experience I have as a businessman is geared towards high-end fashion trading and real estate development projects, where I have had the opportunity of interacting with and representing world-class brands. I have been invited as Speaker in high level events in Guatemala as well as a column writer in several media outlets and social networks. I have received the keys of the main cities in Guatemala, as well as the Order of the Monja Blanca and the Order of the Quetzal, two of the most important honors of the Nation.
