BOOK OF REMEMBRANCE

A. K. Patel Office Associate(SG-II)

You are the strongest and the kindest man in the world My Dear Papa, A father is the one who guides his children to remain tough through the thick and thin of life. Though you are not physically present in front of me, your memories are etched deep in my heart. Your teachings are guiding me every moment of my life. You taught me how to face the vagaries of life even in the toughest times. You are the strongest and the kindest man in the world. You loved people, you always helped them. Ever since you have left us for your heavenly abode we have been receiving endless texts & calls of people whom you cared for. If they are missing you so much, one can imagine how much we are missing you. We feel your presence and love even in your absence though we are longing to hear your voice very often. You proved your words papa, ‘Love never dies’, and so is it, here to remain forever inked in my heart. You are and will be with me forever and I feel it so through feathers, music, dreams, in my laughter, my smile, my tears and my writing. I love you eternally. Forever & Beyond words!!

Anmol Dupare Manager (LPG-S), Customer Support Cell

Like his name suggests, he was indeed precious Anmol was truly a gem of a person. Kind, cheerful, and compassionate in his demeanor. He was thoughtful, brilliant and always carried a magnanimous attitude in his professional as well personal sphere of life. He had a way of lighting up even the dullest of days. I miss him every moment, thinking of the beautiful bond we shared. Words can't express the void he has left in my life. Like his name suggests, he was indeed precious. Akshara Dupare Wife

"One of the most brilliant minds, had sharpened his skills at IIM Lucknow after completing Chemical Engineering and joined Refineries as parent division in 2010, Shri. Anmol Dupare took no time in becoming expert of LPG Sales at Nagpur Area office after joining in 2020 after a long stint in Lubes Department. Within a very brief period, he made his mark visible not only in LPG function but also made place in the hearts of customers and colleagues in Customer Service cell. Even when infected with Covid virus, he continued to ‘Work From Home’ till the very last day, but alas, the great soul was taken away from us on April 2021. This is not only a big loss to the family but also to the IndianOil Company. The young, bright and talented soul who has marked an impression deep down in our hearts & inspired us by the strength of knowledge and hard work, Shri. Anmol Dupare, really left us too soon. Years will pass but he will lives forever in our hearts with his gleeful smile and loud laughter of our memories." Abhishek Soni Chief Manager (LPG-Sales) Nagpur Area office

He was a voracious reader which helped him gain tremendous knowledge and that’s why people around him would lovingly call him “Google”. He was a social worker. He had been supporting many causes for the society and the community. His love for animals was far greater. He liked travelling, photography, drawing. He used to write Poems too. He wrote 43 Poems in Marathi & Hindi. This year on Women’s Day, he wrote a Poem. I would like to share it with the readers. Aswini Dighe Wife

I treasure my heart as 'in there' you are alive The loss of my father will always pinch me. Life has not been easy ever since you have left us. But one must still live and here I continue to live in honor of him and celebrate life through his teachings. Yes, I did make mistakes in life, as I was assured that you were always there to rectify, support and guide me. You lovingly repaired my broken spirit, helped me select a new course, and set me free to fly on my own once again. Only a person who loves you can do that. You will always be special to me, and no matter where life takes me, I'll remember you with love. You will always be in my heart… because 'in there' you are still alive……… Manshi Vasava Son

A man with a golden heart! They say, ‘Add life to your years and not years to your life’. Ditto my husband lived his life as per this saying. A kind, generous man who never hesitated to help anyone in need. Indeed, a man with a golden heart. A warm person dedicated to his family at one end and so was he a diligent employee who worked hard for 26 years to serve the company with full dedication. A loving husband and a visionary father who taught his daughters to be independent and fearless. He lived a very short but a wise, meaningful life with a smiling face in every situation. He will always remain alive in our hearts with memories and his blessings.

Words will fall short if I must write how much I miss you. My soul partner, death can never separate us. They say, with the passing away of a person everything goes away, yes, that’s true but the happiness and bonding that we shared will always remain deeply etched in my heart forever.

Manish B. Rathod Jr. Chargeman

Manish will always be remembered by his loved ones Manish was a very kind and humble person. He was always smiling, cheerful and dedicated to his work. It makes me very sad that we lost a very dynamic person at such a young age. Manish will always be remembered by his loved ones, his family and friends. I remember the first time I met him, at Bhuj AFS and I was immediately impressed by his dedication to his work. I knew Manish not only professionally but socially as well. He was a good father, son and a husband. May his soul rest in peace and God give strength to his family in these difficult times. Ankit

Subhash. R. Chordhekar Foreman (Avn)

All the contract workers remember him as he was helping them financially Subhash. R. Choredkhar came from a small village Shrivardhan in Maharashtra and joined IndianOil in 1993 at the age of 21. He was lovingly known as SRC in office. A very happy and cheerful person, SRC was down to earth. He was liked for his wit and humour. He always had a smile on his face. He started his career in Quality Control and moved to Operations. He was an expert in QC, claims his colleagues. After joining operations, he learnt driving and soon became Chargeman. He was promoted as Foreman (Aviation). He was a very helpful person. All the contract workers remember him as he would help them whenever they needed financial help. He was full of life and enthusiasm. We, at Dabolim AFS, miss him a lot. His presence was a joy to everyone in AFS. Now, his absence has created a hollow space. Wherever SRC is, he will be shining as a bright star. He is survived by his wife and three children. May god give them the courage and strength to withstand this unbearable loss. SRC as he is fondly called in office, is a native of Maharashtra but settled in Goa after his employment with IOC in Goa. He had a great personality (tall and healthy) with a loving heart that always extended help. He was humourous in nature, joking and making his colleagues happy. His loss is truly tragic for IndianOil. We at Dabolim AFS pray Almighty to take care of his family members for whom he was the only source of income and great inspiration. When Dabolim AFS civil operations were outsourced to Indian Oil Skytanking Pvt. Ltd. (IOSPL), he took personal interest in getting the contractors appointed with IOSPL. He talked to the top officials of IOSPL in Bangalore and ensured that the contractors who were with IOC were employed in IOSPL rolls. The contractors at Dabolim AFS have lost their demi-god who was always ready to help them! IndianOil, Office
