Marketing tool Cesano eBikes come with an online marketing tool that is linked to your eBike location. With the tool, you can advertise in a simple and targeted way in the area of your hotel. Cesano promotes your location through the eBike App and online to further attract people to your hotel and informing them of the eBike offering. You can also use the eBike App to promote routes and attractions to your guests. With a click of a button, they can follow the directions and visit a friendly restaurant or museum. Cesano provides your marketing team with detailed data which can be used to analyse the frequent routes and often visited places.

Mobility Cards

Flexible payment methods Your Cesano eBikes can be charged to your guests, employees and the public in various ways, like (online) debit and credit cards, or your App. We can provide your own Cesano Mobility cards as well. You can also provide these to your guests and employees, and use the cards most efficiently. The Cesano Mobility cards can be customised to your corporate branding. The cards have the advantage that you can apply price differentiation. By charging different rates to your guests and the public.

Integrated hotel bill In addition, the mobility card can be integrated into other systems at your location. For example to give access to the eBike parking or garage. Another integration option would be to put the costs of eBike renting directly on the hotel room bill. This way, all the costs can be settled in one go and guests have all day access to clean and fast transportation.

eBike Mobility System Charging and locking of eBikes is done automatically using the Cesano eBike System. The eBikes are securely placed in a specially designed eBike holding rack. This rack can store, charge and lock 10 eBikes. Multiple racks can be connected to up to 1000 eBikes. The rack consists of 10 charging and locking poles and a payment terminal. Each can be customised with your branding. eBikers collect their eBike from the rack, where the eBikes are securely locked. Using the card or App the eBike is unlocked. When the eBike is returned it is locked in place and the smart charging system starts loading automatically. There is no work required from your staff.

SCALE The popularity of eBikes is growing quickly and more regular bicycles become electric bicycles. With these growing numbers, larger scale solutions are needed to offer 10, 20, 50 or 200 eBikes to your guests and the public. Business Case The business case starts with a location research. Our researchers meticulously study your location, the type of guests, the location and its attractions, quality of roads and more. Commercial Operation Installing and operating eBikes can involve a lot of aspects. In some cases applying for permits, funding needs to be secured, integrations need to be made, payment providers connected and services arranged at your location. As a next step, the eBikes are installed and all the back office systems need to be connected and organised. When that is completed operation can start and the eBikes need to be maintained. Marketing can get active and promote the eBikes. Tariffs can be set and need to stay in tune with the market. Your exploitation choices The operation can be organised and carried out in three different options:

“Choose Effortless” With Cesano Mobility exploitation model “Choose effortless”, Cesano Mobility undertakes the entire operation, funding and with that the accompanying risk.

We look into the location of your hotel and determine which charging network is most suitable. In addition, we will also take care of all products, permits, applications, purchase of electricity and arrange billing and payment. With Cesano Mobility “Choose Effortless” we will join forces with you based on a shared operating model. As the location owner, you provide the location and in return, you receive a fee. That can be a fixed rental fee per month or a variable amount based on gross margin.

“Choose SUPPORT” If you intend to run everything yourself, the complexity of it all should not be underestimated. It is possible for you to buy the hardware yourself and handle most of the arrangements, but still, desire Cesano Mobility to take care of one or more services. With Cesano Mobility “choose support” we are happy to oblige. In this case, we do not undertake the risk of the charging system and service, but we simply perform the service requested.

“Choose PRODUCT” You can also purchase the eBikes and Locking system yourself and fully run the entire operation yourself. This is what we call “choose product”. When you choose this option, we supply the hardware. In addition, we will also advise you about suitable tariffs and the best location for the systems.
