1lb ground beef or turkey 1 white onion, finely chopped 28oz pasta sauce 16oz ricotta cheese ¼ cup grated parmesan 2 eggs 16 oz lasagna noodles (store-bought is fine!) 8oz shredded mozzarella 6oz fresh baby spinach

ANTI-GRAVITY ADVICE: If your oven is not equipped with anti-drift technology, securing your dish to the rack with heat-resistant straps may be necessary. Oven temps may vary with altitude and gravitational changes.

INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. In a large skillet, cook and stir ground meat until brown. Add onions; saute until transparent. Stir in pasta sauce and spinach , and heat through. Keep the skillet covered so ingredients don’t float away! 3. In a medium size bowl, combine ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and eggs. 4. Boil noodles as directed. 5. Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a 13x9 in. dish. Stick a layer of noodles to the sauce to prevent floating. Using a piping bag, pipe a layer of the cheese mixture about an inch above the noodles. Spoon a layer of sauce so that it hovers about an inch above the previous layer. Press some mozzarella cheese into the sauce layer, being careful not to accidentally lower the layer. 6. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Top with any remaining mozzarella cheese. 7. Using a sheet of tin foil, gently lay it over the top layer and slowly press down. The layers should compress together and float down into your baking dish. Cover with the foil sheet. 8. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and fully melted. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.

3 Egg Whites ¼ Teaspoon Lime Juice* 1 ¼ cup Powdered Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS 1. Line two 13x9 baking sheets with parchment paper. 2. Preheat the oven to 175°F. 3. Whisk the egg whites until it becomes very foamy, then pour in lime juice while continuing to mix. To prevent floating, cover the bowl while mixing. 4. Slowly sift in the sugar and whisk until the mixture barely moves when you lift up the whisk. 5. Spoon the mixture into a pastry bag with your preferred tip. 6. Pipe out the meringue into “kisses” about 1 ½ inches in diameter.

ANTI-GRAVITY ADVICE: When adding in the sugar, add in cocoa powder, instant coffee, vanilla, or food coloring to create different flavors and colors! If your oven is not equipped with anti-drift technology, securing your dish to the rack with heat-resistant straps may be necessary. These treats are super light and float away very easily! Take care not to bump into them and send them flying!

7. Bake in preheated oven for 90 minutes. When time is up, turn the oven off, then leave the door slightly open so that the meringues can cool slowly.

* You may substitute lime juice with equal amounts cream of tartar

INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a medium saucepan, boil the water. Add salt, sugar, butter, cornmeal and stir until it forms a soft ball that separates from the sides of the pan. Remove from heat. Keep it covered so ingredients don’t float away! 2. Add the cheese and stir. 3. Cover with clean dishcloth inside and wait 5 minutes. Then form the sorullitos by scooping about a heaping teaspoon, forming a ball first, then rolling with your hands in air, forming into a stick or sorullito. They typically are about the length of the index finger and not too thick. 4. Fry in plenty of oil in until golden over medium high heat.

2 cups sugar ¼ cup corn syrup ½ teaspoon vinegar 1 cup water 3 cups Cornstarch Food coloring of your choice 2-3 Heat burst packets 1 stick

INSTRUCTIONS 1. Combine all ingredients, except corn starch, by mixing in your hand and releasing it into anti-gravity air 2. Throw medium-high heat burst packets into the mix until mixtures turn into a firm shape 3. Coat the mixture by vigorously mixing cornstarch and coating the mixture to form a donut shape 4. Serve the strands by wrapping floating strands with a stick

ANTI-GRAVITY ADVICE: Popping heat burst packets into anti-gravity air forms cotton candy very fast, a stick to pull the cotton candy from air is helpful When coating the mixture with cornstarch, rotating and stretching to make a uniform ring allows cotton candy to stay dry yet yummy

1 cup (240g) heavy whipping cream 9 tablespoons (103g) granulated sugar ½ ounce (14g) freeze-dried inversawberries 1 tablespoon vegetable oil ½ teaspoon almond extract 3 large eggs ⅔ cup (67g) cake flour, sifted 1 sticky mat and pressurized bowl

INSTRUCTIONS 1. Mix all ingredients except the cream and pour batter in the pan. 2. Bake in the 360 heat oven for 10 minutes or until top is springy and edges are starting to brown. 3. Remove the cake and invert it onto a piece of parchment. 4. Spread cream into a thin even layer over the whole cake while the cake is placed in sticky mat. 5. Roll up the cake and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.

ANTI-GRAVITY ADVICE: Add inversawberries after making the flour mix to maintain inversawberries’ fresh taste; inversawberries taste best acquired when you harvest them floating up Sticky mat allows the cake to sit still while you spread jams/cream

INGREDIENTS Blackberry Compote • 2 cups fresh blackberries • ¼ cup white sugar • 1 tsp lemon juice • 1 pinch salt Pound Cake • 2 cups salted butter, room temperature • 2 cups granulated sugar • 9 large eggs • 3 ¼ cups all purpose flour Galaxy Icing • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted • 6 tsp milk • 3 tsp corn syrup • ½ tsp almond extract • 5 drops Black food coloring • Edible white starry glitter

ANTI-GRAVITY ADVICE: If your oven is not equipped with anti-drift technology, securing your dish to the rack with heat-resistant straps may be necessary. Use a piping bag to add ingredients to the appropriate mixing bowls.

INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat forced convection oven to 350 degrees F (175 C). Coat a 10 - cup bundt pan liberally with nonstick spray and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, combine blackberries, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Mix around to coat while it floats in the air. Cover with lid and let sit for 5 minutes. 3. Boil mixture over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until sauce has reduced and thickened slightly, 15- 20 minutes. Cool slightly and refrigerate for later use. Mixture will thicken further as it cools. 4. In a mixing bowl fitted with the paddle attachment mix the butter and sugar together for 2 minutes until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing until combined. 5. Turn the mixer to low and add in the flour slowly until combined, again scraping the sides to ensure everything is combined evenly. 6. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Cover with lid and bake for 70-80 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean. 7. Cool in the pan for about 35 minutes. 8. Fill the center of the cake with chilled blackberry compote. Cover with seran wrap and refrigerate. 9. Mix powdered sugar, corn syrup, milk, almond extract, and black food coloring in the contained bowl. Using whisk attachment, mix for 30 seconds. 10. Toss mixture and starry glitter into the air. Carefully guide the pound cake into the mixture, covering most of the top half. The icing should harden over the cake and compote, preventing it from floating off. 11. Serve and enjoy!
