To Whom it may concern,

I am writing to express my interest in regards to the job position advertised. I would like to say a few words about my education and working experiences in order to sustain my application. I am looking for a job position that currently would cover full time and wich from september would allow me to go into a part time one, as I am applying for a PhD in Construction Project Management, through the Bartlett School of Construction and Project Management, here in London. The start of the programme is Septemeber 2020, and me I have started my application and my preparation towards it. I am also looking for an opportunity in the Construction Project Management, in order to get a fully chartered professional, through RICS, APM and PMI (the Project Management Institute, A World Leader in project management with +550.000 members globally). PMI for instance requires 4500 hours of leading and directing projects experience, that would mean a work experience of around 5 years, next to chartered project professionals, obviously. In the last months I have registered as an Associate member through APM, next to my existent, of plus 3 years PMI membership. According to all this, I am looking to work with top tier companies, to achieve a great experience, at a global and international scale. In one year I am receiving the permanent residence permit in the UK, after that, I am open to travel all around the world, in the Emirates, USA, Europe, China, Japan, on limited periods of time, project based. I am interested in large projects, engaging works, complex projects that allows you a great working experience, high standards of work and high educational programmes. Major projects and large scales are the type of opportunities that I am interested in. My extremely high analytical skills and systematization abilities, the thirst towards development, progress and intellectual curiosity, the will of understanding a global perspective in the field, I believe that are the triggers that are sustaining my efficiency and performances. My education and working experience in Construction Project Management is sustained with a strong Architectural background of 10 years (just educational wise), with administration experiences on site or project based, depending on the situation, here in London. I have done planning from conception till end of the project in my initial years, in Romania and internationally with Escenomatica. I have worked on projects for Dubay, France, Rusia and Germany. I have done a Masters in Project Management, with distinction, at the University of Hertfordshire, and also I have extended my education with world leading programs and schools around the world, programmes that allow me a much better understanding of the global managerial situation in construction, trades, law, etc. I have very strong IT skills, and I proud myself with an amazing discipline, very high demands projected towards my career. I enjoy to work with high performer companies, that do not waste time, that understands value generally in a profassion and that thrives towards excellence as I do.

Thank you for your time and consideration and I look forward to hearing from you,

Kindly, Brigitta Karina Hoffmann
