Teaching Philosophy As a professional academician, it is very important to ensure that the delivery of knowledge to the students are unambiguous and comprehensive. For that, it is my responsibility to inspire the students with clear direction and strong exposure for their academic growth. I should also be able to demonstrate versatile approach with different types of student generation and nurture them with good values hence, become a dynamic, balanced and holistic graduates. Process of teaching and learning is my great passion and the real satisfaction is not only from the grades that the students obtain while they are in the university but what they ultimately become after they have graduated and face the real-world challenge.
