Hafidz Hamid Hafidz is an economist by training. The International Islamic University Malaysia graduate has many years of professional experience in various capacities in many different sectors. Hafidz has extensive knowledge in business management, leadership and personal development. He was started his career in the insurance industry where he was required to learn about the operations of businesses from various industries i.e. manufacturing, construction, SME, agriculture, oil and gas and many more. Through his service in the insurance industry, he has gained multitude experiences from operation to sales and marketing for some of the largest insurance companies in Malaysia. Aside from that, he has also handled insurance sales for an international automotive finance company, which involves carrying out and monitoring of sales activities, telesales, marketing, product development, and campaigns. His wealth of experience has also afforded him a managerial experience in one of the largest local bank in Malaysia looking over account managers. In the past, Hafidz also worked for an international oil and gas company. During his time with the multinational, he was attached to projects for offshore and onshore plants and platforms in Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia. A seasoned professional, Hafidz is passionate about knowledge sharing. This passion led to a part-time training job where he taught public speaking and soft skills programmes for an international cosmetic company. He then pursued this passion and trained human development and change programmes for zubedy. Among the courses that he taught are change management, personal development and motivation, presentation skills, creativity and problem solving skills, team building and bonding, management courses, business etiquette, personal grooming and spirit of performance. In zubedy, he was again promoted to top management to manage the entire sales team for the organization. Hafidz then served as a General Manager and Principal for his friend at Premium Entrepreneurs Academy Sdn Bhd, an education center that provides a variety of English courses for international and local students as well as working adults mainly for IELTS, Cambridge English and MUET. Upon ensuring that the business operations and the sales and marketing are back on track, he left the organization and set up RightTrex Sdn Bhd. At RightTrex, he has endeavoured in aiding various organizations in human and organizational development in the areas of business modelling, business process improvement, marketing and branding, IT system and infrastructures, corporate training and project management. Hafidz has learned about memory techniques from Mr Lim Teck Hoe, the Asia Memory Champion for three times in a row. Under his wing, he has explored this area and help many individuals, especially students and organizations in achieving their potentials in memory boosting.
