PURPOSE| ENROLLMENT| ACTIVATION| CHANGING YOUR PIN| USING THE SECURITY KEY| SUPPORT

PURPOSE This guide will instruct the user on how to enable a Security Key for two-factor authentication on a Marriottimaged computer.

ENROLLMENT Before starting the Enrollment process, make sure the computer is connected to the Marriott Network (e.g. corporate office, property or MI-Connector). 1) Enroll the Security Key by accessing the IdentityGuard Self-Service portal: https://tfasc.marriott.com:8445/IdentityGuardSelfService/authenticate/firstFactorAuthentication 2) Once the Identity-Guard Self-Service portal is loaded, insert the Security Key into a USB port on the computer. NOTE: The Security Key should blink initially (about 5-10 seconds) then it will turn into a solid green light. If not, please remove, wait five seconds and then reinsert the Security Key. a. Enter your ADM-EID, under User Name b. Enter your password c. Choose the correct Domain from the drop down list under Group. (*The default is usually MARRCORP) d. Click Log In

3) In the box for Full Name, type your First and Last Name then click Next.

4) You will be prompted to select three predefined questions and provide respective answers. NOTE: These questions/answers will only be used when accessing the IdentityGuard Self-Service Portal. Once filled out completely, click Next to continue.

5) Once the predefined questions have been submitted, you will then be prompted to answer the security questions with the answers you provided. Please type the correct answers and click OK to continue.

6) Once you have answered the security questions correctly, the Self-Administration Actions page will appear. Click on the link: I’d like to activate or update my smart credential.

7) The Smart Credential Activation Choice page will appear. Select I’m activating a physical smart credential such as a plastic card or USB token. Then click Next.

8) The Smart Credential Activation page will appear.

9) Click Yes at the Warning – Security window.

10) If all was successful, the screen below, with a green check indicating that the smart credential has been activated will appear. In addition, the default PIN number assigned to your Security Key will also appear. Please make note of the PIN before proceeding. This PIN can be changed by following the instructions in the CHANGING YOUR PIN section of this document, but only after the ACTIVATION stage. If you lose or don’t remember your default PIN, please stop here and call the Marriott Service Desk before continuing any further. They will help you reset it.

ACTIVATION 1) Log into the computer using your EID and password. 2) Insert the Security Key into a free USB port on the computer. NOTE: If the following error message appears, the drivers have not been installed on your machine. Please contact the Marriott Service Desk for assistance in getting the drivers on the computer.

3) After inserting the Security Key into a free USB port on the computer, wait for the notification that says: Device is ready for use.

4) Locate the Entrust ESP Icon in the system tray. Right click on the ESP icon and select Enroll for Entrust Digital ID.

5) Click Next.

6) Select the MarriottSubCA1 and click Next.

7) Enter the Reference Number and Authorization Codes provided to you by the PKI Administrator or from the Request Center fulfillment process. Click Next and Next to continue.

8) When prompted for the PIN, type the PIN noted in Step 10 of the ENROLLMENT section. Click OK to continue. 9) You should be presented a window stating that the Entrust Enrollment for Digital ID has been completed. Click Finish.

CHANGING YOUR PIN Before attempting to change your PIN, make sure you are connected to the Marriott Network (e.g. corporate office, property of MI-Connector). 1) Ensure the Security Key is inserted into the computer. Press (Ctrl + Alt + Delete). 2) Select Change a Password.

3) Select Other Credentials

4) Select Smart card.

5) Select Change PIN.

6) Enter the required information; old PIN, New PIN, New PIN Confirmation and click the arrow to continue. Click OK to exit. NOTE: Unless you have changed the PIN, the old PIN will be your default PIN identified in Step 10 of the ENROLLMENT section. There is a 6-8 character requirement for your PIN.

USING THE SECURITY KEY 1) If you are logging into your machine after a reboot: a) At the login screen, ensure that your Security Key is inserted into a free USB slot on your machine. b) Click OK.

c) Select Switch User.

d) Select Smart card logon.

e) Enter your PIN for your token and click on the arrow to continue. This will log you into your machine.

2) If you have locked your computer session and are trying to log back into your machine: a) Ensure that your Security Key is inserted into a free USB slot on your machine b) Enter your PIN for your token and click on the arrow to continue. This will log you back into your session.
