TERMS & CONDITIONS Programme of Work Prior to the start of any works, a pre-contract meeting must be carried out between our operations manager and your site manager, so that a programme of works can be agreed. Once agree, it is the responsibility of the site manager to ensure that this programme of works is maintained. If contracted works areas are never not ready for us, we must be informed by email in advance, so that we can react if necessary. If these areas cannot be cleared in time, we reserve the right to remove our cleaners on site with immediate effect, until the areas are ready for us. • Prices to be confirmed following the above final survey • Cleaning duration is as per your phase clean dates (TBC) • Cleaning as per your scope of works • All works carried out as per our specification • Number of visits allowed is 1 • All works to be signed off according to our sign off procedure (see below) • All cleaning to be carried out by Premier Support Services only. If you feel that you need additional cleaners to be able to complete these contracted works, we must receive 7 days written notification of your intention. • RAMS to be provided on acceptance of quotations

Cleaning suspended frames, ceiling panels and diffusers Cleaning of oil, residue, plaster, render, glue, remove/peel and paint from glazing, frames, flooring, skirting, vinyl trims or any other surfaces Removal of ingrained stains/damage Cleaning above or behind fitted ceiling and wall panels Cleaning of newly painted walls Cleaning behind IPS panels

Payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice Cleaning works are labour intensive and so our costs are offered without the possibility of ‘retention’ or ‘discounts’ All prices subject to VAT at prevailing rate Under the requirements of the VAT reverse charge, for supplying building and construction services, we require you to provide us with a valid VAT number and CIS Number. We also require you to confirm if you are and end user or intermediary supplier. If the work and your business qualifies under the scheme we will invoice accordingly Costs include all labour, equipment, and materials
