Rigid Polyurethane foam (Rigid PUF) is one of the high performance thermal insulation material that provides energy saving to the system. The density and effectiveness of the PUF minimise thermal conductivity and occupy minimum space. Under our RigiChem series, we blend Polyols, one of the two components in PUF, with excellent mechanical properties, dimensional stability and low thermal conductivity.

RigiChem® is widely used in construction, packaging and refrigeration for its superior long-term thermal insulation properties. Low thermal conductivity is the most important quality of rigid PUF, other features include adhesion to materials and excellent mechanical strength at low density. Low flammability is one of the essential for public safety and with CFC free properties. RigiChem® products are formulated polyol blends mixing raw materials and flame retardants. Our RigiChem series foams up the insulation layer seamlessly. Simply pour the liquid PUF between gaps or voids. The chemicals reaction between the polyol and isocyanate will experience an exothermic reaction and produce the foam to fill up the space. The transformation from liquid to solid state will form the Rigid PUF. RigiChem bonds well with surfaces and provides an additional benefit against the weather conditions.

RIGICHEM R01A

Rigichem R01A (Polyol Blend for Manual) is a CFC Free pre-blended Polyol and to be mixed with isocyanate for pour-in-situ application. This system gives great results for site foaming and in situ applications. It is characterized by excellent foam dimensional stability, viscosity and low thermal conductivity. Providing excellent uniform density distribution. Its densities ranging from 35 kg/m3 to 90 kg/m3.

RigiChem R02A (Polyol Blend for auto-injection) is a CFC Free pre-blended Polyol suited specifically to produce pre-insulated pipes and panels. The low thermal conductivity foam designed to withstand heat transfer between temperature differences, avoiding dew point. It is a high compressive strength foam with densities ranging from 40 kg/m3 to 90 kg/m3.
