2. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MY CAR INSURANCE 2.1. WHAT THE INSURANCE COVERS 2.1.1. OBJECTS OF INSURANCE My Car Insurance is a combined insurance product that provides coverage on the compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance (“MTPL Insurance”) and additional voluntary insurance coverages (“Additional Coverages”/“Insurance Coverages”) according to your chosen Insurance

Package (“Package”). For the purposes of the Insurance, the Insurance Coverages: Natural Catastrophe, Fire, Explosion, Implosion, Animal Collision, Theft and Robbery, Glass, Malicious acts of third persons, incl. vandalism, and Own Damage, shall be collectively referred to as Casco.
2. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OBJECT OF INSURANCE UNDER MY CAR INSURANCE: - For MTPL Insurance, it shall be: the civil liability of insured natural and legal persons for material and non-material damage caused by them to third parties, related to the possession and/or use of the Motor Vehicle for which the Insured are liable under Bulgarian legislation or the law of the country where the Damage occurred; - For the Additional Coverages, these shall be: the insured Motor Vehicle, the risks associated with the Driver’s legal expenses relating to the Motor Vehicle and/or the life, health or bodily integrity of the insured persons in the Motor Vehicle and/or financial loss from impairment of the Motor Vehicle. The Insurance shall also include Assistance Services.
INSURED PERSONS Under the MTPL Insurance, the insured persons shall be the owner/user/holder of the Motor Vehicle for which there is a valid insurance contract, as well as any person who lawfully performs actual actions on the driving or use of the Motor Vehicle. Under the Additional Coverages, as specified therein, the insured persons may be the Owner, the Driver, the Passenger in the Motor Vehicle and/or any other person who may have a legal interest related to the Motor Vehicle.

2.1. WHAT DOES THE INSURANCE COVER?
DESCRIPTION OF COVERAGES* The compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance shall provide coverage according to the Insurance Code. The legal expenses of the Driver as a Victim in connection with their participation in court proceedings for claiming the non-pecuniary damage suffered by them in a Traffic Accident in Bulgaria with the participation of the Motor Vehicle which was not the Driver’s fault, shall be borne. Assistance Services for the Motor Vehicle (e.g on-site repair and transport of the Motor Vehicle) shall be included. Risks related to the life, health or bodily integrity of the Driver of the Motor Vehicle as a result of a road accident occurring during the movement or stay of the Motor Vehicle (including on getting in or out of it) shall be covered. Damage directly caused by Flood, Volcanic Action, Earth Collapse or Landslide, Storm, Hail, Torrential Rain, Lightning, Fall of Ice Pieces or Snow Mass shall be covered. Damages to the Motor Vehicle directly caused by Fire, Explosion and Implosion shall be covered. Damages to the Motor Vehicle directly caused by an Animal Collision as a result of which the Motor Vehicle cannot move on its own shall be covered if the event is attended by the competent authorities and a record is drawn up. To the Roadside Assistance coverage – base, additional services shall be added, such as: replacement vehicle, hotel accommodation or return to the Domicile of the Motor Vehicle, replacement of a flat tire, fuel delivery, transport of insured persons etc. The extended coverage on Personal Accident shall include the risks covered by the base coverage and applies to the Driver and Passengers in the Motor Vehicle. Theft/Robbery of the entire Motor Vehicle, partial damage to the Motor Vehicle, the cost of replacing the Key of the Motor Vehicle etc. shall be covered. Damages to the Motor Vehicle related to the breakage or damage of windows or a glass roof of the Motor Vehicle shall be covered where there are no other details damaged in the same event. Damages directly caused by or in connection with Malicious acts of third persons, incl. vandalism, as well as intentional arson, explosion and/or detonation, shall be covered. Damages directly caused by a Traffic Accident or collision with and/or an impact by other physical bodies where this is not a Traffic Accident shall be covered. In case of paid compensation under a Casco insurance for an Insurance event that lead to Total loss of the vehicle, compensation is paid for the financial loss as a result of impairment of the insured vehicle. Damages directly caused by an accident or collision with and / or impact by other physical bodies are covered. 11

2.1.2. GENERAL PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Territorial scope The territorial scope under a MTPL Insurance and a Personal Accident coverage shall be the same and shall be indicated in the Insurance Policy, and for the other Additional Coverages, it shall be as follow:

Theft and Robbery shall not be covered for the territory of the Russian Federation, Ukraine, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Albania, the Republic of Armenia, Georgia and the Republic of Kosovo, and on the territory of the Republic of Northern Macedonia and Montenegro, they shall be covered with 20% deductible paid by you.
*The coverage for financial loss from impairment of the motor vehicle falls within the territorial scope of Casco insurance.
GREEN CARD CERTIFICATE AND GF STICKER. BILATERAL TRAFFIC ACCIDENT REPORT For each Insurance, we shall provide you with a Green Card Certificate, a GF sticker and a BTAR form.

SUM INSURED/LIMIT OF LIABILITY. DEDUCTIBLE INSURANCE VALUE. SUM INSURED/LIMIT OF LIABILITY Sum Insured/Limit of Liability shall be the monetary amount for a person or event

or multiple events for the term of the Insurance, as agreed between the parties and stated in the Insurance Policy. It shall be the upper limit of our liability. The Casco Sum Insured shall be determined in Bulgarian levs (BGN) or in euro (EUR), with the Insurance Premium being determined and paid in Bulgarian levs. Where the Sum Insured is determined in euro, in case of partial loss, the indemnity shall be determined and paid in Bulgarian levs, and in case of total loss of the Motor Vehicle, the indemnity shall be determined in euro and paid in Bulgarian levs at the BNB central currency rate on the day of payment. Sums Insured/Limits of Liability for individual classes of insurance, Additional Coverages, Objects of Insurance or Insurance Events shall be agreed in the Insurance Policy.
Upon conclusion of the Casco Insurance, deductible may be agreed to against a discount to the Casco Insurance Premium. We may determine compulsory Casco deductible depending on your risk assessment.
INSURANCE VALUE The amount of Damage to the Insured Property shall be determined on the basis of the Actual Value. In case of Underinsurance, our liability shall be proportional to the ratio of the Sum Insured to the Actual Value. In case of Overinsurance, our liability shall be up to the amount of the Actual Value and we shall owe a refund of the respective part of the Insurance Premium paid.
DEDUCTIBLE Deductible shall be the amount with which you, as an Insured, participate in any Casco Insurance Event. The amount of the deductible shall be agreed in the policy and shall be deducted from the amount of the Insurance Indemnity due. If the amount of the indemnity determined is smaller than the agreed deductible, we shall not owe payment. Deductible shall not apply to the payment of a claim under Casco where we have an undisputed right of recovery on it to a third party. 13

2.1.3. INSURANCE PACKAGES AND INCLUDED RISKS My Car Insurance includes the coverages in the Insurance Package that you, as the Policyholder, have chosen at the time of its conclusion. COMPULSORY MOTOR THIRD PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE What is covered? According to the Insurance Code, under the MTPL Insurance, we shall cover your liability for damages caused to third parties, including pedestrians, cyclists and other road users, due to the possession or use of a Motor Vehicle during its movement or stay. What is not covered? We shall not pay indemnity under the MTPL Insurance in the cases provided for in the Insurance Code. The Sum Insured under the MTPL Insurance shall be in accordance with the current provisions of the Insurance Code at the date of occurrence of an Insurance Event. For Passenger Cars, you can purchase extended voluntary coverage beyond the minimum sum insured under the Insurance Code.

LEGAL EXPENSES In case of a Traffic Accident in Bulgaria involving the Motor Vehicle which was not the fault of the Driver, we shall bear the legal expenses of the Driver, as a Victim, in connection with their participation in court proceedings for claiming non-pecuniary damage suffered by them. The legal dispute must be tried in a Bulgarian court and Bulgarian law must apply. What is covered? Within the agreed limits, we shall pay the expenses reasonably incurred by the Driver in connection with the bringing and/or proving of a claim in court (for preparation of documents, certificates, transcripts, extracts, etc.), as well as expenses in the course of court proceedings (for attorney’s fees, summoning of witnesses, expert witnesses and experts’ fees). What is not covered? We shall not pay any expenses related to arbitration proceedings and alternative dispute resolution proceedings before conciliation committees with the CCP, as well as for mediation proceedings.
COMFORT
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE (BASE) Roadside assistance (base cover) provides the Insured (Driver and Passengers in the motor vehicle) with an assistance service. The scope of the service includes only passenger cars, trucks up to 7,5 tonnes, incl.; buses up to 13 seats, incl.; motorcycles and scooters What is covered: The base coverage includes: • roadside assistance and vehicle transport; • transport of the insured persons; • information services. Roadside assistance and vehicle transport When the vehicle is not mobile due to breakdown, damage or malfunction and cannot be driven on public roads pursuant to the provisions of the requirements of the legislation of the respective country, we will provide: • Roadside assistant i.e. arrival of the closest roadside assistance vehicle and one hour of work if we can fix your vehicle for further driving. • Vehicle transport - If we cannot fix your vehicle for further driving, we will organize and cover the cost of transporting the vehicle to the closest auto shop;

- If your vehicle cannot be directly transported to the auto shop, we will organize and cover the cost of transporting the vehicle to a guarded parking lot and of transporting the vehicle from the guarded parking lot to the closest repair shop, as soon as possible. Transport of the insured persons - a breakdown, damage or malfunction of the vehicle, theft or robbery, theft of parts or equipment from the vehicle, a flat tire, exhausted fuel, misfuelling, loss or malfunction of the key or another device used to unlock and start the vehicle, we will organize and cover the cost of transport of the driver and/or any passengers from the place of the accident to any other location up to a maximum of 50 km distance, via train, bus, or taxi cab. Information Services You can call us any time and request the following information (even if you do not need any assistance with your vehicle): • on road conditions; • on authorized vehicle repair shops and vehicle rental companies; • on the closest petrol stations; • on the closest tire repair shops;

If an insurance event happens to you, we can also provide you with the following information: • What to do after an accident and instructions on filling out an European Accident Statement report;. • Telephone numbers of nearby vehicle repair shops and information about vehicle repair options. This applies to cases when you are not entitled to using the service of vehicle transport to the closest auto shop under these terms and conditions; • on vehicle rental options. You may use all Roadside assistance services (base) without limitation, any time you want to, during the term of the
insurance. Only in case of a discharged battery, you can use our help only twice during the term of insurance.
What is not covered: Apart from the general exceptions under item 2.2, we will not cover damages and/ or costs: • incurred as a result of self-mutilation or suicide of the driver • for parking, except in case we have organized transport to a guarded parking lot • for fuel, road tax, technical inspection of the vehicle (except for the necessary inspection of the vehicle in case of repair at the place of a malfunction/

PERSONAL ACCIDENT (BASE) What is covered? Personal Accident (base) applies to vehicles with seats according to the official registration document, and the Insured persons are the Driver and the Passengers with individual seats when in motion. Risks are covered related to the life, health or bodily integrity of the Insured Person (Driver of the Motor Vehicle), namely: - Death as a result of a Personal Accident; - Permanent disability due to a Personal Accident
WHEN YOU TRAVEL, YOUR SECURITY IS ALSO IMPORTANT. THIS IS WHY WE INCLUDED IT IN OUR MAIN PACKAGE.

What is not covered? We shall not cover cases where the Insurance Event is caused or is the result of: - suicide (deliberate), attempted suicide, deliberate self-harm of the Insured Person; - failure to use seat belts and systems for the restraint of the Insured Person; - committing a crime or an administrative offense, or an attempt to commit a crime with the Motor Vehicle; - illness of the Insured Person and the consequences thereof which led to the occurrence of the Insurance Event.

NATURAL CATASTROPHE What is covered? We shall pay Damage directly caused by Flood, Volcanic Action, Earth Collapse or Landslide, Storm, Hail, Torrential Rain, Lightning, Fall of Ice Pieces or Snow Mass, as well as Damage when the above natural phenomena have caused roll-over of the Motor Vehicle and/or fall of trees, branches and/or objects on it What is not covered? We shall not pay Damage: - occurred as a result of an Earthquake and/or its consequences; - on the Motor Vehicle compartment resulting from the Driver’s failure to take into account the specific meteorological conditions; - occurred during loading or unloading of the Motor Vehicle caused upon/by landslide, collapse or sinking of the terrain.
2.1.3. INSURANCE PACKAGES AND INCLUDED RISKS
- explosion of a defective LPG or CNG system of the Motor Vehicle insured and/or of such without valid technical inspection carried out in accordance with the procedure provided by law; - carriage of flammable, explosive or corrosive substances, unless they are carried in the Motor Vehicle with such purpose. If the Insurance Event occurred as a result of a technical defect or wear of Auto Parts of a Motor Vehicle which is not in warranty, the value of the Auto Parts that caused the Damage shall be deducted from the Insurance Indemnity, and if the Motor Vehicle is in warranty, we shall not cover any Damage that has occurred.
ANIMAL COLLISION
What is covered? We shall pay Damage to the Motor Vehicle directly caused by Fire, Explosion and Implosion.
What is covered? We shall pay Damage of the Motor Vehicle directly caused by an Animal Collision as a result of which the Motor Vehicle cannot be driven if the event is attended by the competent authorities and a report of a Traffic Accident with material damage or a report of a Traffic Accident with victims is drawn upp.
What is not covered? We shall not pay Damage occurred upon or as a result of: - deliberate arson, explosion and/or detonation;
What is not covered? We shall not cover Damage caused during the use of the Motor Vehicle: - not for the intended purpose; - for taxi services, training or rent/car

rental,/training vehicle/alarm security business/ carriage of dangerous goods, except when an additional Insurance Premium is paid; if the Insurer’s tariff requires it. - with improperly secured, stacked, poorly packaged cargo and/or when overloaded; - which has been immobilized in the manner prescribed by law. If the Insurance Event occurred as a result of a technical defect or wear of Auto Parts of a Motor Vehicle which is not in warranty, the value of the Auto Parts that caused the Damage shall be deducted from the Insurance Indemnity, and if the Motor Vehicle is in warranty, we shall not cover any Damage that has occurred.
ROADSIDE ASSISTANT (EXTENDED) Roadside Assistance (extended) provides the insured persons (Driver and passengers in the vehicle) with an assistance service for the vehicle. The service covers only vehicles listed in Roadside Assistance (base). What is covered? The extended coverage includes: • on-site repair, transportation of the vehicle and Replacement vehicle; • hotel accommodation of the insured persons or return to Domicile location of the vehicle • transport of the insured persons; • information and concierge services; • replacement of a flat tire; • fuel delivery; • transport to a vehicle found after theft or robbery; • repatriation of mortal remains; • removal of the remains of the vehicle for scrap. On-site repair, transportation of the vehicle and Replacement vehicle When the vehicle is not mobile due to breakdown, damage or malfunction of the vehicle, theft or robbery, theft of parts or equipment from the vehicle, a flat tire, exhausted fuel, misfuelling, loss or malfunction of the key or another

device used to unlock and start the vehicle, and cannot be driven on public roads pursuant to the provisions of the requirements of the legislation of the respective country, we will provide: • On-site repair, i.e. arrival of the closest roadside assistance vehicle and one hour of work if the vehicle can be enabled for further driving. • Transportation of the vehicle - If we cannot fix your vehicle for further driving, we will organize and cover the cost of transporting the vehicle to the closest repair shop or to another location designated by you, up to a maximum of 150km distance, or - if the vehicle cannot be transported directly to the repair shop, we will organize and cover the costs of its transportation to a guarded parking lot and of transporting the vehicle from the guarded parking lot to the closest repair shop. In all cases, except for a flat tire or insufficient fuel, if we cannot fix the vehicle for further driving on the same day, by your request we will cover the costs of: • A Replacement vehicle - we cover the rental costs of a replacement vehicle which is one class lower than the class of the insured vehicle, but no more than medium class (e.g. Volkswagen Golf, Ford Focus, Seat Leon, Honda Civic, etc.). - In case of malfunction, misfuelling,

lockout, loss or damage of the key or other device used for unlocking and starting the vehicle, you can use the vehicle replacement service up to 4 days, twice for the term of the policy. - In case of vehicle damage or malfunction, vandalism, theft of parts or equipment or robbery of the vehicle, you are entitled to the use of a replacement vehicle for 6 days. In case of theft or robbery you need to submit to us a report from the regional police department from the region where the event has occurred, certifying its occurrence and the date when the authorities were alerted about the event by the Insured. - We will organise and cover the costs of pick-up of a Replacement vehicle if the vehicle pick-up location is up to 50 km from the vehicle drop-off location. - You will sign a rental agreement directly with the rental company, which may require from you a deposit or credit card guarantee for any damage to the Replacement vehicle. Accommodation of the insured persons For the duration of the vehicle repair, we will cover the cost of accommodation of the driver and any passengers in a threestar hotel, for up to 3 nights, up to an amount of EUR 75 per night and per person. Except in cases of flat tire and insufficient fuel, you may use the service for every insurance event under this

coverage, if: - The vehicle was disabled more than 50 km from its place of Domicile location and - we have organised the transport service and - we have received information from the repair shop that the time of repair will exceed 24 hours. Return to the Domicile location of the vehicle At your request, we will organise and cover the cost of return of the driver and any passengers to the vehicle ‘s Domicile location. Return can be organised by train (first-class ticket) or bus, or in case the distance from the Domicile location of the vehicle is greater than 750 km, by airplane (economy-class ticket). You can use this service for all insurance events under this coverage, except in cases of a flat tire or insufficient fuel, if we have organised the transport of the vehicle and we have received information from the repair shop that the time of repair will exceed 24 hours. Transport of the insured persons We will provide transport service for the insured persons for all insurance events and we will organise and cover the cost of their transport from the place of the insurance event to any other location up

Information and concierge services You can call us any time and request the following information (even if you do not need any assistance with your vehicle): • road conditions; • vehicle repair shops and vehicle rental companies; • the closest petrol stations; • the closest tire repair shops; • booking airplane or train tickets; • booking accommodation and conference rooms; • calling a taxi cab. If an insurance event happens to you, we can also provide you with the following information: • What to do after an accident and instructions on filling out a BTAR. • Telephone numbers of nearby auto repair shops and information about vehicle repair options (if you are not entitled to using the vehicle transport service); • vehicle rental options. Tire replacement If, while driving, you get a single flat tire, we will organise and cover the cost of replacing the tire at the place of the event, using the spare tire included in the standard equipment of your vehicle. Fuel delivery In case you run out of fuel while driving,

we will organise and cover the cost of fuel delivery in a quantity sufficient to drive the vehicle to the closest petrol station. You will pay the cost of the delivered fuel. Return for a recovered vehicle after theft or robbery If, after a theft or robbery, your vehicle has been recovered, we will organise and cover the cost of travel of you, or of a person authorised by you. The travel will be organised by train (first- class ticket), bus, or if the distance is greater than 750 km - by airplane (economy-class ticket).
2.1.3. INSURANCE PACKAGES AND INCLUDED RISKS

Transport of mortal remains If the driver and/or any passengers die in a traffic accident, we will organise and cover the cost of transporting the mortal remains (coffin or urn) to a place of burial in the territory of Bulgaria. The death must have occurred on the spot or within 30 days of the traffic accident. Vehicle scrap removal In case of flooding, burning, or total destruction of the vehicle resulting from an accident or vandalism, we will reimburse you for the cost of vehicle scrap removal paid by you, up to the amount of EUR 125. THEFT AND ROBBERY What is covered? We shall pay: - Theft/Robbery of the entire Motor Vehicle; - Partial damage to the Motor Vehicle as a result of Theft/Robbery of the entire Motor Vehicle, when it is discovered before the payment of the indemnity for Theft/Robbery of the entire Motor Vehicle, and this partial loss shall be covered according to your package; - Theft of a factory-installed fixed multimedia system of a Passenger Car aged at the time of conclusion of the Insurance up to 4 years incl. with a sublimit of up to 1 event over the period of the Insurance and up to 5% of the Casco Sum Insured, but not more than the price according to an official document for the purchase of a new system with the characteristics of the stolen one; - The cost of replacing the Key of the Motor Vehicle in case of Theft proven under the relevant procedure; - Other costs, in our discretion, where they were appropriate in order to reduce and/or limit the Damage. What is not covered? We shall not pay Damage occurred upon or as a result of: - Theft of individual Auto Parts and aggregates as a result of the Theft/ Robbery of the entire Motor Vehicle ascertained at its subsequent finding; - Theft or absence of: audio equipment

- Theft/Robbery of the entire Motor Vehicle in case of not installed, missing, defective, or not activated alarm system; lack and/or malfunction of the immobilizer or unset immobilizer; lack of valid active marking (when we have made a written request for their presence); - Theft/Robbery of the entire Motor Vehicle in case of failure by the Insured/ Policyholder to comply with the operating instructions, the obligations under the active marking contract, as well as due to any actions or omissions on the part of the Insured/Policyholder that have led to the lacking or inefficient functioning of the active marking (when we have made a written request for its presence).

GLASS What is covered? We shall pay Damage to the Motor Vehicle related to the breakage or damage of the front, rear, side windows or glass roofs of the Motor Vehicle where no other details of the Motor Vehicle are damaged as a result of the Insurance Event. What is not covered? We shall not pay Damage to the Motor Vehicle related to the breakage or damage of the front, rear, side windows or glass roofs of the Motor Vehicle where other details of the Motor Vehicle are also damaged as a result of the same Insurance Event.

MALICIOUS ACTS OF THIRD PERSONS, INCL. VANDALISM What is covered? We shall pay Damage resulting from the loss or damage of the Motor Vehicle directly caused by or in connection with Malicious acts of third persons, incl. vandalism, as well as intentional arson, explosion and/or detonation. What is not covered? We shall not pay Damage directly caused by or in connection with piercing, cutting etc. of tires of the Motor Vehicle, with the exception of Damage caused by tires manufactured up to 24 months, incl., before the date of the Insurance Event and with a functional fitness of not less than 80%, incl.
OWN DAMAGE (CASCO) What is covered? We shall pay Damage directly caused by a Traffic Accident or collision with and/or an impact by other physical bodies where this is not a Traffic Accident. We shall also pay Damage for more than one tire and/or rim damaged in the same Traffic Accident only if the same is certified by a Traffic Accident report issued by the Traffic Police at the Ministry of Interior. What is not covered? We shall not cover Damage caused during the use of the Motor Vehicle:

- not for the intended purpose; - for taxi services, training or rent/car rental,/training vehicle/alarm security business/ carriage of dangerous goods, except when an additional Insurance Premium is paid, if the Insurer’s tariff requires additional payment; - with improperly secured, stacked, poorly packaged cargo and/or when overloaded; - when passing through a level crossing with lowered barriers and/or sound and/or light signaling on; - which has been immobilized in the manner prescribed by law. If the Insurance Event occurred as a result of a technical defect or wear of Auto Parts of a Motor Vehicle which is not in warranty, the value of the Auto Parts that caused the Damage shall be deducted from the Insurance Indemnity, and if the Motor Vehicle is in warranty, we shall not cover any Damage that has occurred.
2.1.4. ADDITIONAL COSTS AND SERVICES In addition, under Casco on the territory of Bulgaria, we shall pay: - the cost of cleaning the interior of the passenger compartment in order to eliminate the effects of an Insurance Event; - reasonable and appropriate costs with a limit up to BGN 700 (for each 29

individual event) for transportation of trucks with a total mass above 7.6 tons, incl., tractors, buses with more than 14 seats, incl., trailers and semi-trailers from the place of the Insurance Event to the nearest service base or to their domicile.
FINANCIAL LOSS FROM IMPAIRMENT OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE In case of paid insurance indemnity for Total loss of a motor vehicle under Casco, we will pay Insurance indemnity for your financial loss as a result of impairment of the insured motor vehicle. We provide coverage Financial Loss from Impairment of the motor vehicle only for Insurance with insurance package Max: - for passenger cars and vans (with a total weight of up to 2.8 tonnes, incl.)

and buses (up to 9 seats, incl.) with permanent registration under Bulgarian law; and - with a starting date of the insurance coverage up to 6 months, inclusive, as of the date of the first registration according to the Vehicle Registration Certificate. The provided coverage is valid until the age of 1 year from the date of the first registration, provided that in this period the vehicle is insured with us without interruption under the Max Insurance Package and its ownership has not been transferred. Upon termination of the My Car Insurance with coverage Financial Loss from Impairment of the Motor Vehicle, a new My Car Insurance with this coverage cannot be concluded for the same vehicle, regardless of the fact that the vehicle may meet the other conditions
2.2. WHAT ARE THE GENERAL EXCLUSIONS OF THE INSURANCE?
2.2. WHAT ARE THE GENERAL EXCLUSIONS OF THE INSURANCE? Only exclusion provided for in the Insurance Code shall apply for a MTPL Insurance.
2.2.1. CRIMINAL OFFENSES AND OTHER LEGAL VIOLATIONS Under Casco, Damage of the Motor Vehicle caused by or in the event of the following shall not be covered: - malicious actions of the Insured/ Policyholder, members of their household, their employees (by employment or civil relationship), the Driver of the Motor Vehicle or the persons transported therein; - deliberate malicious actions or gross negligence by: the Insured/ Policyholder, members of their family; persons living with them in a common household; their workers and/or employees (employment/civil relationship); persons working under their control, whether they have been authorized to drive, repair, guard or perform other activities on the Motor Vehicle or not;
- commission of a crime with the Motor Vehicle, incl. caused by a Driver who, at the time of the event, was trying to avoid criminal or administrative penal liability after committing a crime or an administrative offense; - forcible displacement (including during towing, loading, carrying and unloading) of the Motor Vehicle by means of specialized vehicles by authorized state or municipal bodies, as well as by the use of other technical means for forcible detention of the Motor Vehicle by these bodies; - existing clear discrepancy between the type and extent of the claimed damage on the Motor Vehicle and the event declared by the Insured in the Damage Notice; - renting or leasing the Motor Vehicle to persons with false identity documents.

In Personal Accident, Animal Collision and Own Damage, we shall not cover the cases where the Insurance Event is caused or is the result of driving the Motor Vehicle by a Driver who is: - with a temporarily revoked Driver’s License or a lack of one valid for the respective category of Motor Vehicles on the territory of Bulgaria; - with a Driver’s License which, at the date of the Insurance Event, had expired more than 1 month ago; - does not hold a License for working with the respective type of machine; - has consumed alcohol and/or has been under the influence of drugs or analogous substances;

- has refused to undergo and/or has declined a check for alcohol, drugs or analogous substances; - has left the scene of the Traffic Accident before the arrival of the traffic control authorities when their visit is required by law; - has consumed alcohol and/or drugs or analogous substances before the arrival of the traffic control authorities when their visit at the scene of the accident is required by law. Coverage under Legal Expenses, Roadside Assistance and Personal Accident shall not be provided in case the Motor Vehicle is subject to Theft/ Robbery.
2.2. WHAT ARE THE GENERAL EXCLUSIONS OF THE INSURANCE?
2.2.2. DAMAGES NOT COVERED BY THE POLICY Under Casco, the following Damages shall not be covered: - from an Insurance Event after proving that the Insured/Policyholder had concluded out an Insurance of the Motor Vehicle which is the subject of a crime; - of a Motor Vehicle with a non-genuine and/or non-standard chassis number; - of Auto Parts of the Motor Vehicle which are non-standard for the Motor Vehicle (upgrades, tunings, face-lifts etc.) and which are not explicitly described in the Insurance Policy, and for which no additional Insurance Premium has been paid. In this case, they shall be indemnified to the extent of the standard ones; - Auto Parts of the Motor Vehicle not submitted for inspection to us.
2.2.3. LIMITATIONS IN THE COVERAGE Under the Extra Insurance Package, in case of damage to the Motor Vehicle under the Insurance Coverage Malicious acts of third persons, incl. vandalism, except in the case of indisputably provided recovery against a known person, we shall indemnify for damages resulting from 1 (one) Insurance Event for the period of the Insurance Coverage. The number of Insurance Events shall include those for which an Insurance Claim has been brought before us and which has subsequently been withdrawn.
Under the Max Insurance Package, in case of damage to the Motor Vehicle under the Insurance Coverages Own Damage and Malicious acts of third persons, incl. vandalism, where, under the applicable law, the competent authorities do not visit the scene or issue a document of a declaratory nature, except in the case of indisputably provided recovery against a known person, we shall indemnify for damages resulting from 4 (four) Insurance Events in total for the two Insurance Coverages for the period of the Insurance Coverage of the Insurance. The number of Insurance Events shall include those for which an Insurance Claim has been brought before us and which has subsequently been withdrawn.
2.2.4. EXTRAORDINARY EVENTS NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE Regardless of the Insurance Package chosen, Damages caused by or occurring as a result of the following shall not be paid under the Additional Coverages: - war and hostilities, civil unrest, strikes, terrorism, sabotage and other acts on political, ideological, religious and/or social grounds; - nuclear reaction, contamination with radioactive products or waste, (ionizing) radiation; - use of nuclear, biological or chemical weapons, as well as radioactive, biological or chemical substances; - a pandemic, recognized by the World Health Organization, incl. check ups and tests in this regard. 33

2.2.5. OTHER EXCLUSIONS Under Casco, Damage of the Motor Vehicle caused by or resulting from the following shall not be paid: - carriage of the Motor Vehicle by rivers, reservoirs and seas, including as a result of such carriage; - breach of the Motor Vehicle’s operating standards (e.g. periodic change of oils, filters and antifreeze, worn tires etc.) as provided by the manufacturer and applicable law; - penetration of liquids (water, antifreeze, oil etc.) into the Motor Vehicle’s engine cylinders and damage to the engine; - corrosion, wear, abrasion, fatigue, discoloration, cracking and other similar damage resulting from operational or natural causes. If, as a result of these damages, an Insurance Event occurs, the consequent damage shall be paid without the value of the failed item; - old or damaged insulation, fuses with non-standard high conductivity etc. which should have been eliminated by the Insured and have caused damage to the electrical installation of the Motor Vehicle; - defects to the tires or rims of the Motor Vehicle, including scratching, wearing etc. where the defects do not impair their serviceability and do not impede their proper use; - defective parts and components, including their individual elements, whether the defect has occurred within or outside the warranty period provided by the manufacturer; - the Driver of the Motor Vehicle, persons

or animals in the Motor Vehicle, on the upholstery, parts and components located in the Motor Vehicle’s passenger compartment or cabin, unless such result from a Traffic Accident; - damage caused by lack of fuel in the tank and as a result of refueling of the Motor Vehicle with unsuitable fuel; - a clear omission in the maintenance and operation of the Motor Vehicle; - driving the Motor Vehicle with insufficient amount of lubricants, coolant etc. prescribed by the manufacturer; - loading and unloading operations with the Motor Vehicle; - proven technical malfunction within the warranty period of the Motor Vehicle; - lacks and/or breakdowns of the Motor Vehicle ascertained, described or photographed as of the conclusion of the Insurance, unless the Motor Vehicle is submitted to us for additional inspection and their restoration/ recovery is recorded in writing in the Insurance. No coverage shall be provided under Casco for: - loss of commercial value/income/profit, downtime, demurrage, deprivation of use or penalties due; - the cases of detention or confiscation of the Motor Vehicle by the competent public authorities; - goods or objects carried with the Motor Vehicle.

2.3. WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF EACH PARTY? POLICYHOLDER

In view of the conclusion and effect of the Insurance, you, as the Policyholder, shall have an obligation to: - pay the Insurance Premium due within the agreed terms; - provide us with the opportunity to inspect and take pictures of the Motor Vehicle not earlier than 5 days before the insurance coverage of the Plus, Extra or Max Insurance Packages takes effect. Upon renewal of the Insurance, no inspection and photographing is done; - fully assist us in the risk assessment regarding the Insurance; - notify us of any change of the purpose of the registration of the vehicle in the register of competent authorities, as well as all circumstances that we have questioned you about when concluding the insurance, within 7 days of the respective change. You, as a Policyholder, may conclude the Insurance on your own behalf or on behalf of a third beneficiary.
In view of the conclusion and effect of the Insurance, you, as the Insured (owner, user or holder of the Motor Vehicle), shall have an obligation to: - keep and use the Motor Vehicle for its intended purpose with due care and maintain it in good technical condition; - take all the normal and reasonable actions to protect the Motor Vehicle from Damage; - comply with the instructions of the competent authorities to eliminate the sources of danger and improve the safety measures concerning the Motor Vehicle; - provide us with the Motor Vehicle for inspection and submit its documents for a check; - notify us of any changes in the purpose or registration of the Motor Vehicle in the register of the competent authorities, as well as of all circumstances about which we have set questions for you in the Proposal for Insurance, within 7 days, incl., of the date of the corresponding change; - notify us immediately of the loss or theft of any part of the Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate, the Key of the

2.3. WHAT ARE THE PARTIES’ RESPONSIBILITIES?
Motor Vehicle or the remote control of the Motor Vehicle’s protection systems; - not leave in the Motor Vehicle the Key of the Motor Vehicle and the remote control of the Motor Vehicle’s protection systems; - take immediate actions to secure the Motor Vehicle in case the Key of the Motor Vehicle is taken away or lost (e.g. replacement and deactivation of the Key of the Motor Vehicle). Upon the occurrence of the Insurance Event, you, as the Insured, are obliged to: - take all appropriate measures to reduce and / or limit the Damages, rescue and preserve the vehicle or its remnants and follow our instructions. In case of failure to fulfil this obligation we have the right to reduce the Insurance indemnity; - provide the motor vehicle to us for inspection within the term indicated by us under item 2.4. and before the elimination of the Damages, as is, immediately after the occurrence of the Insurance Event; - provide us with the required documents, information, data and other evidence and provide us with full assistance in establishing the event, the amount of damages and the circumstances in which it occurred; - secure our rights against third parties liable for damages. We will reimburse you for the costs incurred in determining the causes and amount of the Damages, when these costs have been previously approved by us.
INSURER In view of the conclusion and effect of the Insurance, we shall have the right to carry out the risk assessment under the Additional Insurance Coverages and, on this basis, to accept or refuse the conclusion of an Insurance for the Plus, Extra and Max Insurance Packages. At our discretion, in the case of significant lacks and/or breakdowns to the Motor Vehicle, we may not conclude the Insurance except for the Comfort Insurance Package. We undertake to accept and register each notification and / or claim for occurrence of an Insurance Event, together with the attached documents, and to: - provide you with an Inventory of the motor vehicle damages that we have established; - notify the person wishing to receive Insurance indemnity regarding the necessary evidence for establishing the Insurance claim regarding the grounds and amount; - rule on each claim for payment of insurance indemnity within 15 working days from the submission of all necessary evidence required by us to establish the grounds and amount of the claim, determining and paying the amount of indemnity or the sum insured, incl. to assign repair to a service center with which we have a contractual relationship under the terms of the Insurance, or to refuse the payment with justification.

In case of an insurance claim, we have the right to: - inspect the vehicle, and for an event occurring in Bulgaria and when the vehicle cannot move on its own, we may inspect it at the address specified by you; - assign expert opinions for vehicle identification; - receive all documents, materials and items related to the event and the determination of the amount of the Damages;

- perform actions, negotiate and conclude agreements in connection with claims of third parties in connection with the event, as well as with a view to realizing the liability of third parties against whom we enter into rights under the Insurance; - deduct from the amount of the due indemnity all our receivables arising from the Insurance, except for the payment of indemnities to Injured Persons under MTPL Insurance.

The occurrence of an Insurance event is not a pleasant experience, but unfortunately – it happens. Upon occurrence of an Insurance Event, you shall be obliged to: - take measures for your personal safety (tun on the emergency lights, place a warning reflective triangle, use a reflective safety vest); - administer first aid, if required; - notify the competent authorities in Bulgaria or abroad (traffic control authorities, fire and emergency services and/or others), incl. call SEN 112. 2.4.1. NOTIFICATION AND INSURANCE CLAIM After your safety has been guaranteed, you are obliged to notify us of the event at www.allianz.bg, at 0700 13 014 or at any of our Structural Units, and to follow our instructions. You are obligated to provide us with the whole information necessary to determine the circumstances, related to the occurrence of the event, the type and amount of Damage, as well as information about the Claim and the vehicle. In the case of a traffic accidents and drafting a BTAR, if at least one of the Road Vehicles is unable to move on its own motion due to the Damage caused to it, you are obligated to register the BTAR at telephone 0700 13 014, immediately after its drafting. must notify us of the occurrence of Insurance event under Casco, Personal Accident and Legal Expenses is 5 business days, except for Theft and Robbery, when the notification deadline shall be up to 25 hours of learning about the event, and in case the deadline expires on a non-business day – by the end of the first business day after the expiration of the 25-hour deadline. Notification of a Casco event in case of Total loss of the vehicle, is considered a notification for Financial loss from impairment of the motor vehicle also. For MTPL Insurance, the Insured person shall be obliged to notify us within 7 business days of learning: • the circumstances that might give rise to third-party liability; • of the occurrence of an Insurance Event; • for claims made, service of a claim notice, claim, as well as making payments on claims brought against them, as well as to notify us of the following facts and circumstances: • whether there are any criminal or administrative proceedings against them regarding the occurrence of the Insurance Event and what phase they are at; • whether the Injured Persons have exercised their rights to seek compensation from third parties or authorities.
2.4. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE OCCURRENCE OF AN INSURANCE EVENT?
In the case of an action brought by an Injured Person, the Insured shall be obliged, within the legal term, to request our involvement in the trial where admissible. The person who wishes to receive Insurance Indemnity shall be obliged to submit a written Insurance Claim through www.allianz.bg, provided that this type of communication is accepted in accordance with the EDETSA, or in each of our Structural Units. After the claim is filed, the person will receive at their preferred manner (to the stated e-mail address or telephone) a personalized link to Claims Tracker, where they will be able to check the status of their claim in real time, 24/7. The Insurance claim should set out the circumstances surrounding the occurrence of the event and describe the Damages, as well as provide complete and accurate details of the bank account to which we would make the payments, except in the case of in-kind refunds. For MTPL and Casco insurance claims, the bank account may be provided or changed via the personalized link to the Claims Tracker after entering a singleuse 6-digit password, send to the mobile number indicated by the person. When filing a Casco insurance claim in case of Total loss of the vehicle, we assume that a claim for Financial loss from impairment of the motor vehicle has been filed as well.
2.4.2. PROCESSING In order to establish the Insurance Event and the amount of Damages, the person wishing to receive Insurance Indemnity must present the necessary evidence pursuant to item 2.5.2. of this Guide. In compliance with the conditions and terms of the Insurance Code, we may also require other evidence to determine the reasonableness and amount of indemnity due, subject to the terms and conditions of the Insurance Code, as well as to provide us with documents in the original. All documents in a foreign language should be submitted with an official (and legalized, if necessary) translation into Bulgarian language, the costs of which are at your expense. You shall be obliged, except in the case of Theft or Robbery of the Motor Vehicle, or if it is detained by the competent authorities, within 5 business days of notification of an Insurance Event, to submit the Motor Vehicle for inspection of the Damages in the order and manner specified by us. In all other cases, including after finding the stolen or detained Motor Vehicle, you must follow our instructions for the inspection of the Motor Vehicle. Through the personalized link to Claims Tracker, we will guide you in the processing of the claim, we will request the necessary documents and photos of the vehicle for assessment of the Damages, which you can provide easily and conveniently online. If you have

technical issues when uploading the vehicle photos or the quality of the photos is not good enough for us to assess the Damage, we will notify of any necessity to perform an inspection of the vehicle; we will be taking photographs. It is possible that we will not pay the indemnity if you refuse and inspection, and therefore prevent us from assessing the type and amount of Damages or the circumstances of the event. When processing the claim through Claims Tracker you will receive a confirmation/refusal of coverage, as well as suggestions for the next steps regarding your option as to the manner of compensation.
2.4.3. REPAIR/CLAIM SETTLEMENT The manner of indemnification of the Damages under the Insurance depends on the Insurance coverage and what was agreed in the policy: - the provisions of the Insurance Code are applied under the MTPL Insurance; - under Casco the elimination of the Damages can be done in kind or with payment of insurance indemnity; - insurance indemnity is paid for Legal Expenses, Personal Accident and Financial Loss from Impairment of the Motor Vehicle; - for Roadside Assistance, assistance services are provided. More information can be found in item 2.5.2. from this Guide.

Through Claims Tracker you can get current information about your claim. If the vehicle is being repaired in an authorized auto shop or a Trusted auto shop, we will pay the cost of the repairs directly to the shop, and as soon as the repairs are complete, you will receive a notification through Claims Tracker. If an indemnity is paid for the claim, you will receive information amount the amount in Claims Tracker. The period for payment of an Insurance Indemnity shall be within up to 15 business days from the date of submission of all documents required by us and necessary for establishing the Insurance Event and the amount of payment. Upon expiration of this period,

we shall owe a statutory default interest on the Insurance Indemnity due. The Insurance Indemnity shall be paid by a bank transfer only. An Insurance indemnity, other than in the cases of a MTPL Insurance, shall be paid to the Insured, to the third-party Beneficiary (where such is determined) or to the Insured’s heirs. An Insurance Indemnity may be paid to a person who is expressly authorized by a written notarized power of attorney for the respective Insurance Claim or payment. The power of attorney should include a statement that the proxy has been notified of their right to receive the payment in person. With respect to a MTPL Insurance, the agreement between the Injured Person
and the Insured, as well as the recognition of the obligation, shall have an effect for us if we have approved them. If the Insured satisfies the Injured Person, the Insured shall have the right to receive from us the Insurance Indemnity within the limits of the Sum Insured (limit of liability) and the coverage under the Insurance, in compliance with the requirements of the previous sentence.

2.5. WHAT ELSE IS ALSO IMPORTANT TO KNOW? 2.5.1. INSURANCE PREMIUM Payment of the Insurance Premium The Insurance Premium shall be an amount of money determined by us that the Policyholder must pay once upon conclusion of the Insurance. We could negotiate payment by instalments if the period of the Insurance is more than 6 months. The amount of the Insurance Premium/installments, the periods and the method of payment shall be specified in the Insurance Policy. If the Motor Vehicle is not subject to insurance under any of the Insurance Coverages, the relevant Insurance Coverage shall not be included in the Insurance and you shall not owe a premium for this Insurance Coverage. In case of non-payment of a subsequent installment of the deferred Insurance Premium, we may terminate the Insurance. We may exercise this right with our written notice to you. The written notice shall be considered served and the Insurance shall be automatically terminated when the Insurance Policy explicitly states that the Insurance will be considered terminated upon the expiry of the period of time specified in the policy. 44
In this case, no further explicit written statement from us to you, as the Policyholder, shall be required.
Insurance Premium tax The Insurance Premium under the Insurance, less the contributions to the Uninsured Motor Vehicles Fund and the contributions to the GF Security Fund, shall be taxed under the Insurance Premiums Tax Act.
Other fees and contributions Pursuant to the Insurance Code under the MTPL Insurance, you shall owe contributions to the Uninsured Motor Vehicles Fund and the GF Security Fund, as well as payment of the GF sticker.
Adjustments to the Insurance Premium under the Insurance on the basis of a change in risk If during the period of validity of the Insurance the Insurance risk is significantly increased or decreased, either party may request a corresponding increase or decrease of the Insurance Premium or a termination

of the Insurance in compliance with the requirements of the Insurance Code. If an increase in the Casco risk is detected during the period of the Insurance, which is expressed in a high frequency of damages (bringing more than three claims without secured subrogation against the perpetrator), we shall be entitled to request an increase in the Casco Insurance Premium or terminate the coverage under Casco with 1-month written notice.
Adjustments to Casco Insurance Premium for Renewal of the Insurance or Subsequent Insurance. Transfer of discount. Upon renewal of the Insurance for the same Motor Vehicle for the next oneyear Insurance period: - you shall be entitled to a discount from the Casco Insurance Premium for the new Insurance, provided that you have not made an Insurance Claim under Casco Insurance in the previous oneyear period or, if one has been made, we shall be entitled to subrogation. In case of any change in the ownership of the Motor Vehicle, the right to a discount from the Insurance Premium relating to this Motor Vehicle shall be lost and the new owner shall not be entitled to it. - we shall be entitled to apply an increase in the new Casco Insurance Premium, on the basis of a high claims ratio under the Casco Insurance upon your previous Insurance. In case of any Subsequent Insurance for a one-year period for the same Motor
Vehicle under the new My Car Insurance with Plus, Extra and Max Insurance Packages, the conditions for using a discount or for increasing the Casco Insurance Premium shall apply, as in the case of Renewal of Insurance. When a discount has been used under My Car Insurance with Plus, Extra and Max Insurance Packages or another Allianz Insurance that includes Casco Coverage, and when another My Car Insurance with Plus, Extra and Max Insurance Packages has been concluded within that period for another Motor Vehicle of the same type and class (for which no insurance including Casco coverage has been concluded so far), a discount from the benefit under the Casco upon that other Insurance may be used, provided that the portion of the discount used that corresponds to the period of time remaining until the end of the active insurance is reimbursed. For any Motor Vehicle insured with us, you may benefit from a discount or premium increase, according to the conditions described above.
Bonus-malus system for MTPL Insurance The MTPL Insurance Premium may be adjusted by us subject to the applicable law.
Refund of Insurance PremiumВ случай In the event of termination of the Insurance prior to the expiration of the Insurance Period, we shall be entitled to the respective premium, only for the part of the Insurance Period during which we have provided coverage. 45

2.5.2. INSURANCE CLAIM Proof for the Insurance Event and the amount of Damage Each claim (with the exception of a claim for Legal Expenses and Personal Accident) should be accompanied with the Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate. In case of Theft and Robbery, and Malicious acts of third persons, incl. vandalism, a Certificate by the Regional Police Office of the Ministry of Interior in the region of which the event occurred shall be submitted, confirming its occurrence and the date on which the authorities were notified of the event by the Insured. In case of Fire, Explosion, Implosion and Natural Catastrophe, a document certifying the occurrence of the event issued by the relevant competent authority shall also be submitted. In case of Traffic Accident, the Driver’s License, incl. a Driver’s License for working with the respective type of machine; a Report of a Traffic Accident with Material Damage or a Report of a Traffic Accident with Victims or a BTAR, shall also be submitted. The BTAR shall bind us if it meets the requirements of the current legislation. In case of Theft/Robbery of the entire Motor Vehicle, within 25 hours from learning of the insurance event, and in case the period expires on a nonbusiness day – by the end of the first business day after the expiration of the

25-hour period, all Keys of the Motor Vehicle declared in the Proposal for Insurance (and in the case of Robbery – the available ones); all remote controls for the alarm system and/or the immobilizer, if the Insurance states in writing a requirement for the presence of such (and in the case of Robbery – the available ones); originals of both parts of the Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate (and in the case of Robbery – the available ones) shall be submitted and handed over. An order of the bodies of the pre-trial proceedings for the suspension, respectively termination, of the criminal proceedings initiated, a final act of a judicial authority, and a document for valid active marking of the Motor Vehicle, if the Insurance has a written requirement for the presence of such, shall also be submitted. Where the perpetrator of the Theft/ Robbery has been identified but the Motor Vehicle has not been found, the Insured shall be obliged to intervene in the criminal proceedings, in a capacity of a civil claimant, against the perpetrator and to provide us with a copy of the indictment. If the Motor Vehicle is found after the Theft/Robbery, a document from the relevant competent authority certifying the handing over of the Motor Vehicle shall be submitted as well. In the case of Theft of a factory-installed fixed multimedia system, an official document for the purchase of a new system with the features of the stolen one shall also be submitted.
2.5. WHAT ELSE IS ALSO IMPORTANT TO KNOW?
In order to receive an Insurance Indemnity for a Total Loss under Casco, you must also submit a Certificate from the competent registration authorities for the termination of the registration of the Motor Vehicle, stating that the termination of the registration is due to the Total Loss. In case of Legal Expenses, a Report of a Traffic Accident with Victims, supporting documents for the preparation of certificates, transcripts, statements etc. and for attorneys’ fees, summoning witnesses, remuneration of expert witnesses and experts shall also be submitted. In case of a Personal Accident, a Report of a Traffic Accident with Victims shall be submitted. Victims for the PD risk shall submit the decision of the TEMC or NEMC, and Injured Persons for the Death risk shall submit the death certificate, forensic reports and other official documents certifying the Insured Person’s death and the circumstances in which it occurred, as well as a certificate of heirs. Determination of Insurance Indemnity. Method of indemnification. Insurance value The Insurance Indemnity shall be equal to the amount of the Damage as of the date of occurrence of the Insurance Event, but not more than the Sum Insured (respectively the limit of liability), except in the cases of underinsurance. Upon the occurrence of an Insurance Event, we will pay to the entitled persons
an Insurance Indemnity for the risks and up to the amounts in accordance with the terms of the Insurance. Until the payment of the Insurance Indemnity under the Insurance Claim brought to us, you shall be obliged to notify us of any indemnity paid or owed by a third party to you, if the indemnity owed by us coincides wholly or in part with the indemnity paid or due by the third party. The limit of liability under the MTPL Insurance and the terms and conditions for its exhaustion shall be set out in the Insurance Code. The total amount of all Insurance Indemnities paid under the Insurance Coverages: • Natural Catastrophe, Fire, Explosion, Implosion, Animal Collision, Theft and Robbery, Glass, Malicious acts of third persons, incl. vandalism, and Own Damage may not exceed the total Sum Insured under Casco, as specified in the Insurance Policy, with the total amount excluding the part of the paid indemnity for which we have exercised our subrogation rights within the term of the Insurance; • Legal Expenses and Personal Accident may not exceed the corresponding total Sum Insured, including the corresponding Sums Insured for an insured person and/or event, as specified in the Insurance Policy for these Coverages. In accordance with the terms of the Insurance, we may recover your Damage under Casco and Roadside Assistance in kind.

Personal Accident and Legal Expenses The Sum Insured for the risk of Death as a result of a Personal Accident shall be defined in the Insurance Policy as a fixed amount and paid to the Insured Person’s heirs. The indemnities already paid under the risk of PD as a result of a Personal Accident shall be deducted from the Sum Insured if they are the result of the same event that subsequently caused the death. The Insurance Indemnity under the risk of PD as a result of a Personal Accident shall be calculated as a percentage of the Sum Insured, as stated in the Insurance Policy, equal to the percentage of PD, and shall be paid to the Insured Person. The determination of the percentage of PD shall be carried out under the procedure and within the terms of the OEM by the TEMC or the NEMC. The percentage of PD as a result of a Personal Accident shall be determined after the final and complete stabilization of the Insured Person’s condition, but not earlier than 3 months from the date of the Accident. If the decision of the TEMC or the NEMC indicates a percentage of PD for accidents, diseases or conditions occurring and/or established prior to the
occurrence of the Insurance Event, this percentage shall not be taken into account when determining the percentage of PD applicable to the Insurance. If, at the occurrence of the Insurance Event Personal Accident the number of persons in the Motor Vehicle exceeds the number of separate individual seating places according to the Motor Vehicle’s registration document, the Insurance Indemnities of all persons shall be reduced proportionally, so that the sum of the paid indemnities does not exceed the total Sum Insured under this Insurance Coverage for all places in the Motor Vehicle.
Casco The amount of the Insurance Indemnity for a partial loss of the Motor Vehicle shall be determined on the basis of an Inventory of Damage approved by us, regardless of the method of indemnification under the Insurance. The method of indemnification for Damages under Casco shall be agreed in the Insurance Policy and their repairing may be done in an Official Repair Shop, Trusted Repair Shop/Third Party Repair Shop or by Expert assessment:

2.5. WHAT ELSE IS ALSO IMPORTANT TO KNOW?
If you are entitled to a Trusted Repair Shop after our prior written consent, you may repair the Damages in the repair shop specified by us, and we directly pay the damage repairing costs to it. In case the repair involves replacement of Auto Parts and/or Equipment, Alternative Auto Parts and/or Equipment of the Motor Vehicle will be used and we may determine their specific suppliers. Where you want Original Auto Parts and/or Equipment of the Motor Vehicle to be used, the price difference shall be at your expense. If you are entitled to a Trusted Repair Shop, you may eliminate the Damages in a Third-Party Repair Shop of your choice upon our prior written consent. In this case, we shall set in writing the price limit for Auto Parts, Equipment, materials and labor up to which we would pay the Insurance Indemnity. The costs incurred by you for the repairing of the Damages shall be reimbursed by us after the submission of the proper supporting documents for the amounts paid and the submission of the Motor Vehicle for inspection. Where the repairing of the Damages is done in accordance with a Cash Settlement, the amount of the Insurance Indemnity shall be determined by our experts and paid to you. In the case of a Total Loss of the Motor Vehicle, we shall pay the Actual Value of the Motor Vehicle at the date of occurrence of the Insurance Event, but not more than the total Sum Insured under the Casco. The following shall be
deducted from the Insurance Indemnity due: - the amounts you have received as compensation from third parties who have caused or are responsible for the Damages; - the deductible agreed in the Insurance Policy under the Casco; - contributions of the Insurance Premium due but unpaid; - the amount of Insurance Indemnities paid under the Casco, including in kind, within the term of the Insurance, unless we have exercised our rights to recover in relation to the responsible person within the term of the Insurance; - the value of all missing and/or damaged Auto Parts established by us during the inspection of the Motor Vehicle at the time of conclusion of the Insurance, unless the missing/damaged items have been eliminated before the Total Loss of the Motor Vehicle, it has been submitted to us for an inspection in a repaired condition and an Annex to the Insurance Policy has been concluded due to this; - the value of the remains of the Motor Vehicle (in case of Total Loss) which we have provided to you. Upon payment of an indemnity for Total Loss of the Motor Vehicle, the Insurance shall be terminated. From the date of payment of the Insurance Indemnity for Theft/Robbery on the entire Motor Vehicle, we shall have the right to acquire the ownership over it. We will pay your Insurance Indemnity provided that you authorize us with the right to dispose of the Motor Vehicle on your behalf at our expense. 49

If the Motor Vehicle is subsequently recovered, we will notify you and you shall have the right, within 15 days, to: - obtain the Motor Vehicle from us, provided that you reimburse the fully paid Insurance Indemnity and all our other reasonable expenses in this connection; - notify us in writing that you waive your right to receive the Motor Vehicle and will keep the Insurance Indemnity paid to you. If you do not notify us in writing or if our notification cannot be served and received at the last known to us address of the Policyholder, we shall assume that you waive your right to obtain the Motor Vehicle and you keep the indemnity paid. If we find that after the payment of the Insurance Indemnity for Theft/Robbery of the entire Motor Vehicle, the same was found and returned to the Insured/ Policyholder and we were not notified explicitly, then the Insured shall owe us the paid indemnity, together with the legal interest as of the date of return of the Motor Vehicle. The Insured shall be obliged to reimburse us for any amount received as a compensation by a third party obliged to pay for the damage caused to the Motor Vehicle for which we have already paid the Insurance Indemnity. In case of an Insurance Event occurring outside the territory of Bulgaria, we shall cover the costs of performing a Provisional Repair on the territory of the country where the Insurance Event

occurred, with the full repair of the Motor Vehicle being carried out in Bulgaria under the terms of the Insurance. In this case, the total limit of costs for the Provisional Repair of the Motor Vehicle shall be for: - a Motor Vehicle for which the Insurance Indemnity is determined by a Cash Settlement – 15% of the Sum Insured for Casco, but not more than BGN 1,500 for Passenger Cars, trucks with a total mass up to 3.5 tons incl., and buses with up to 9 seats, incl., and BGN 3,000 for trucks with a total mass over 3.5 tons, tractors, trailers, semi-trailers and buses with more than 9 seats, as the Insurance Indemnity is calculated on the basis of prices of spare parts, labor and materials applied by us at the date of occurrence of the Insurance Event, and the amount of the indemnity is paid to the Insured; - all other Motor Vehicles – up to 25% of the Sum Insured for Casco, but not more than BGN 3,000 for for Passenger Cars, trucks with a total mass up to 3.5 tons, incl., and buses with up to 9 seats, incl., and BGN 6,000 for trucks with a total mass over 3.5 tons, tractors, trailers, semi-trailers and buses with more than 9 seats. The amount so determined can be used for Provisional Repair of the Motor Vehicle abroad or (if it cannot be driven) for its transportation to Bulgaria, where a full repair is to be carried out. All costs incurred in excess of the above limits shall be at the expense of the Insured. The costs incurred have to be certified by

the relevant official supporting documents.
2.5.3. DURATION AND VALIDITY OF THE INSURANCE
In case of Total Loss, all expenses proving the Insurance Event and its amount, the cost of transporting the Motor Vehicle to Bulgaria, as well as the costs of rescue, evacuation, removal, loading, reloading etc. shall be at the expense of the Insured.
Beginning of Insurance Coverage The insurance coverage shall enter into force on the day and time indicated for the beginning of the Insurance policy, subject to the simultaneous fulfillment of the following conditions: - the entire premium due or the first installment thereof (in case of payment by instalments of the premium) has been paid within the period specified in the policy; and - not earlier than 5 days before the start date of the Insured Coverage inspection and photographing of the Motor Vehicle have been performed (for Plus, Extra and Max insurance packages, except in case of Renewal of the Insurance).
Financial Loss from Impairment of the Motor Vehicle In case of payment of Insurance Indemnity under Casco for Insurance Event which has resulted in Total Loss of a Vehicle, and if valid coverage is present for Financial Loss from Impairment of the Motor Vehicle, we shall pay Insurance Indemnity for your financial loss as a result of the impairment of this vehicle as at the date of the event. The Insurance Indemnity under coverage for Financial Loss from Impairment of the Motor Vehicle is seta s the difference between the total Insurance Amount under the Casco insurance and the Actual value of the motor vehicle at the date of the Insurance event which resulted in the Total Loss of the motor vehicle. If we reject the claim for payment of Insurance Indemnity under Casco in a case of Total Loss of a vehicle, we don’t owe payment for Financial Loss from Impairment of the Motor Vehicle.
Multiple insurance If at the date of occurrence of an Insurance Event the Motor Vehicle is insured validly with (an)other Insurer(s) against the same covered insurance risk and the sum of the individual insurance amounts exceeds the amount of the Actual Insurance Value or the amount of the actual Damages suffered, then each Insurer shall be responsible for such a proportion as the amount insured under the contract with them relates to the total insurance amount of all the insurances. The Insured may not receive in total from the Insurers more than the actual Damages suffered.

Refusal due to fraud If the Insurance Claim is fraudulent, or if upon its claiming, Fraudulent Actions, Means or Methods have been used, and if the Insurance Event has been intentionally caused by the Policyholder/ the Insured or their representatives or employees (under an employment and/or civil agreement), all brought and unpaid Claims on the Insurance shall be refused by us and the person who performed these actions or omissions shall be referred to the competent authorities. When submitting false and inaccurate information, using false or falsified documents and documents with false content for the purpose of unlawfully receiving compensation under the Insurance, we shall be entitled to refuse payment and unilaterally terminate the Insurance, with all premiums paid remaining in our favor. We shall be entitled to delay the payment of compensation if there are any doubts about your rights or the rights of the Beneficiary/Injured Person to obtain Insurance Indemnity until the necessary proof to the contrary is received. If criminal or administrative proceedings have been commenced against the Insured/Beneficiary/Injured Person in the occasion of, or in connection with the Insurance Event or the Insurance relationship, as well as in cases of civil dispute before a court affecting the insurance relationship or the payment of compensation, we shall be entitled to postpone payment until proceedings are due by virtue of an enforced act.

End of Insurance Coverage The Insurance Coverage shall expire on the day and time specified for end in the Insurance Policy, unless terminated early. The coverage for Financial Loss from Impairment of the Motor Vehicle is terminated automatically after the motor vehicle becomes one-year-old, as of the date of the first registration of the vehicle.
Limitation period The rights and obligations under the Insurance in connection with the Insurance Indemnity under the Additional Insurance Coverages shall be repaid with a three-year limitation period from the date of occurrence of the Insurance Event. Claims for the Insurance Premium shall be repaid within three years from the date of the respective maturity date. Period of the Insurance The Insurance shall be concluded for a period of one year, except in the cases stipulated in the Insurance Code where it can also be concluded for a shorter period.
2.5. WHAT ELSE IS ALSO IMPORTANT TO KNOW?
2.5.4. CHANGES AFFECTING THE INSURANCE The amendments and supplements to the Insurance shall be made in writing with additional agreements (annexes) which shall be an integral part thereof.. Change of addresses You, as the Policyholder, shall be obliged to notify us of any change in your name, company or title or correspondence address which is indicated in the Insurance Policy or in other documents provided to us. In the event that you fail to comply with this obligation or provide incorrect information, any written statement from our part sent by us to the address last announced to us shall be considered to have been served and received by you with all legal consequences provided for in the laws or in the Insurance. You, as the Policyholder, may also provide an email address and a mobile phone number to which we will send electronic messages and/or short text messages (SMS), for the due Insurance Premiums, early termination of the Insurance etc. You are obliged to notify us of any changes in the mobile phone number or email address. In the event that you do not notify us in writing of the change, the messages sent to the mobile number/email address announced to us shall be deemed to have been served and received by you.
Transfer of the ownership of the Motor Vehicle When transferring the ownership of the Motor Vehicle, you shall be obliged, together with the documents for the transfer of the ownership right of the Motor Vehicle, to transfer to the new owner all the documents on the Insurance. You and the new owner shall be required to notify us in writing of the transfer within 7 days. We shall be entitled to claim the Insurance Premium due from you until we are notified of the transfer of ownership of the Motor Vehicle. Upon transferring of the ownership of the Motor Vehicle, we will retain the Insurance Package under the Insurance and, depending on the risk assessment, we may, with 1-month written notice to the new owner, adjust the Casco Insurance Premium or terminate the Casco coverage. We may take advantage of these opportunities within 1 month of learning about the change in the ownership. Unless the Casco coverage is terminated, you and the new owner shall be jointly and severally liable for the unpaid portion of the Casco premium until the transfer of ownership. In the event of termination of the Casco coverage, you shall owe the Casco premium until the date of termination and the new owner shall not be obliged to pay it. We will refund the portion of the paid premium corresponding to the period after the termination of the Casco coverage.

Upon transfer of the ownership of the Motor Vehicle, we will not terminate the MTPL Insurance and the coverages of Legal Expenses, Roadside Assistance and Personal Accident, and the new owner shall be jointly liable for the unpaid part of the premium for them until the transfer of the ownership right. Due to the increase in the risk with the new owner, we may increase the premium for MTPL Insurance and the coverage of Legal Expenses, Roadside Assistance and Personal Accident, and in case of non-payment of the increased premium within the period specified by us, the Insurance shall be terminated as of the expiry of the term for its payment. The new owner shall be entitled to terminate the Insurance within 7 days, during which they shall be obliged to notify us of the transfer of ownership. The coverage for Financial Loss from Impairment of the Motor Vehicle is terminated automatically after the motor vehicle becomes one-year-old, as of the date of the first registration of the vehicle, regardless whether we have been informed of the change or if the change has been noted in an annex to the Insurance Policy.
Change in the Insurance Risk The Insurance Code shall apply for the announcement of circumstances related to the insurance risk under the MTPL Insurance. The following conditions shall apply to Casco coverage: (a) When concluding the Insurance, you, as the Policyholder, shall be obliged 54

to declare accurately and comprehensively all material circumstances that are known to you or, with due care exercised, should be known to you and are relevant to the risk. (b) If you, as the Policyholder, have deliberately declared an inaccurate circumstance or have omitted a circumstance in general, in the presence of which we would not have concluded the Insurance in the Casco coverage section, had we known about this circumstance, we may terminate the Casco coverage. This right may be exercised within 1 month after the circumstance is known. In this case, we shall withhold the paid portion of the Casco premium and shall be entitled to claim its payment until the termination of the Casco coverage. (c) If the circumstance deliberately inaccurately declared or omitted is of such a nature that we would conclude the Insurance in its Casco coverage section, but under other conditions, we may request its modification. This right may be exercised within 1 month after the circumstance is known. If you, as the Policyholder, do not accept the offer to modify the Insurance in the Casco coverage section within 2 weeks of its receipt, the Casco coverage shall be terminated. In this case, we shall withhold the paid portion of the Casco premium and shall be entitled to claim its payment until the termination of the Casco coverage. (d) Where in an event under letters (b)
and (c) an Insurance Event occurs, we may refuse full or partial payment of Insurance Indemnity under Casco only if the inaccurately declared or omitted circumstance has had an effect on the occurrence of the Event. Where the circumstance has had an effect only on increasing the amount of the Damages, we may not refuse payment, but we can reduce it according to the ratio between the amount of the premium paid and the premium to be paid according to the actual Insurance Risk. (e) Letters (b) – (d) shall also apply if you, as the Policyholder, have concluded the Insurance through a proxy or for the benefit of a third party, and the concealed circumstance has been known to the Insured or to your proxy to the third party, respectively. (f) If, at the time of the conclusion of the Insurance, the circumstances referred to in letter (a) were not known to the parties, each of them may, within 2 weeks of these circumstances becoming known to them, propose a modification of the Insurance in respect of the Casco coverage portion. If the other party does not accept the proposal within 2 weeks of its receipt, the offeror may terminate the Casco coverage and shall notify the other party in writing thereof. If the Casco coverage is terminated, we shall reimburse the relevant portion of the paid premium, which corresponds to the non-expired Casco coverage period. (g) In the cases referred to in letter (f), upon the occurrence of an Insurance 55

Event prior to the modification or termination of the Casco coverage, we may not refuse payment of Casco compensation but we can reduce it according to the ratio between the amount of the premium paid and the premium to be paid according to the actual Insurance Risk. (h) During the validity of the Insurance, the Insured shall be obliged to declare to us all newly occurring circumstances, for which we have asked a question in writing upon the conclusion of the Insurance. The announcement of the circumstances must be made as soon as they are known. In the event of non-compliance with this obligation, the relevant consequences referred to in –letters (b) – (g) shall apply. (i) You, as the Policyholder, shall be obliged to provide to the Insured the whole information you have received from us regarding the conditions of the concluded Insurance and which is necessary to them to exercise their rights under the Insurance.
Modifications to the Insurance Coverage Within the period of the Insurance and provided that you receive our express prior consent, submit your Motor Vehicle for inspection and pay an additional Insurance Premium, you may increase the Casco Insurance amount for Motor Vehicle improvements such as the installation of additional equipment, tunings etc. 56
If, within the period of the Insurance, you submit the Motor Vehicle for additional inspection after restoration/elimination of the defects and/or damages found, described or photographed upon the conclusion of the Insurance, we will issue an Additional Agreement (annex) in which we will reflect the modifications. During the period of the Insurance, you may neither modify the Insurance Package nor add or exclude Additional Insurance Coverages. You may only simultaneously terminate the Casco coverage and the Financial Loss from Impairment of the Motor Vehicle coverage.
Renewal of Insurance Coverage Insurance Coverage shall not be automatically renewed. The renewal of the coverage shall be carried out by taking out a new Insurance.
Death In the event of the death of the owner of the Motor Vehicle, the heirs shall be obliged to notify us in writing of the death of the owner within 7 days. With respect to the heirs, the new owner arrangements described above in the “Transfer of the ownership of the Motor Vehicle” shall apply.
Termination of the Insurance The Insurance shall be terminated: - by mutual written agreement between the parties;

- with the expiry of the term for which it has been concluded; - upon failure to pay the Insurance Premium or the first installment thereof within the period specified in the Insurance Policy; - in other cases provided for in the Insurance Code and therein.
Except in the cases described in the Insurance, the Casco coverage shall be terminated with 1-month written notice by: - us in the event of a significant increase in the Casco risk; - the Policyholder without giving any reasons therefor; - each of the parties in the event of a loss of insurance interest.

In all cases of early termination of the Insurance, you should return the original Green Card certificate to us. In the event that you pay the Insurance Premium due or the first installment thereof and terminate the Insurance prior to the beginning of the Insurance Coverage, we will refund the premium/ contribution paid, reduced by a penalty of 5% of the Insurance Premium.
Change of legislation In the event of any contradiction between the conditions under the Insurance and any changes in the legislation in force, priority shall be given to the mandatory legal rules.

2.5.5. SANCTIONS We shall have the right to refuse payment, except in case of a MTPL Insurance, if you, as the Insured, the Beneficiary or your heirs, have not fulfilled your obligation for notification of the occurrence of an Insurance Event within the term of the Insurance and this is done in order to prevent the establishment of the circumstances in which the event occurred or the failure made it impossible for us to establish them. You, as the Insured, shall be obliged to cooperate with us in establishing the Insurance Event and in determining the amount of the Insurance Indemnity due by providing full information about the circumstances that led to the occurrence of the event and about the amount of the Damage suffered. In case of nonfulfillment of your obligation under the preceding sentence, we shall reserve the right to partially or fully refuse payment of your Insurance Claim, except in the cases of a MTPL Insurance. We will not refuse payment if we have learned of the occurrence of the Insurance Event before being notified according to the procedure of the Insurance. Except in the cases of a MTPL Insurance, we may refuse to pay Insurance Indemnity: • in case of intentional causation of the Insurance Event by a person who is entitled to receive the Insurance Indemnity; • in case of intentional causation of the

Insurance Event by the Policyholder for the purpose of obtaining the Insurance Indemnity by another person; • in the event of your failure to fulfill an obligation under the Insurance which is significant in view of our interest, was provided for by law or in the Insurance and has led to the occurrence of the Insurance Event; • in other cases provided for by law.
2.5.6. DISPUTE SETTLEMENT
Significant in view of our interest shall be all the obligations under items 2.3. – 2.5. of the Insured/Policyholder/Beneficiary or the person who wishes to receive indemnity, in case of default of which we may refuse payment of the Insurance Indemnity.
Jurisdiction Disputes arising between the Policyholder and the Insurer in connection with the Insurance shall be settled voluntarily, and in case of any failure to reach an agreement – by the competent Bulgarian court.
In the event of your failure to fulfill the obligation to provide the documents and the Key of the Motor Vehicle, in accordance with “Evidence establishing the Insurance Event and the amount of Damage” above, within up to 25 hours (by the end of the first business day after the expiry of the 25-hour period, if the period expires on a non-business day) from a Theft/Robbery of the entire Motor Vehicle, we shall have the right to reduce the determined Insurance Indemnity by 25% if they are provided to us after this period, and if they are not provided to us – we shall have the right to reduce the determined Insurance Indemnity by 50%. If the Insured does not register the BTAR on our phone, we shall have the right to reduce the determined Insurance Indemnity by 10%.
Applicable legislation The relations between the Policyholder, the Insured and the Insurer shall be governed by the conditions of the Insurance, and the effective Bulgarian legislation shall apply to the outstanding issues.
Discrepancy clause In the event of any discrepancy between what is agreed to in the Insurance Policy and this Guide, what is agreed to in the Policy shall prevail. Complaints and procedures Insurance service users may file complaints at any stage of their service: - by telephone – at the Single Customer Service Center at: 0700 13 014; - in writing – in any Structural Unit of the Insurer; - by post – to the correspondence address specified in the Insurance policy; - to the email address for complaints: [email protected]; - on the website www.allianz.bg through the form in the section “Contacts”.

When submitting a complaint, you shall be required to provide an up-to-date address (and/or email address) for feedback where you will receive our written response. Regardless of the method of submission, each of your complaints will be answered. The procedure for submission and examination of complaints regarding insurance claims is according to the claims settlement rules of Insurance Company Allianz Bulgaria, under Art. 104, para. 1 of the IC, available at www.allianz.bg. Within the statutory deadline we will send in writing a justified response to the complaint. On the territory of Bulgaria, disputes related to the provision of insurance services may be considered out-of-court in proceedings for Alternative Dispute Resolution before the Sectoral Conciliation Commission at the Commission for Consumer Protection (address: city of Sofia 1000, 1 Vrabcha Sr., fl. 3, 4 and 5, tel. 02/9330 588, website: www.kzp.bg; e-mail: [email protected]).

2.5.7. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Declarations We accept that if you have expressly agreed to the Insurance Policy and/or other written arrangements between us that: • the legal validity of the electronic signature and the advanced electronic signature is equivalent to that of the handwritten signature of the person making the statements regarding the Insurance; and • you wish to be the addressee of electronic statements within the meaning of Art. 5 of the EDETSA in terms of the Insurance, in cases when the written form of notification under the Insurance is obligatory, according to the Insurance Code, the notifications between us and you, as the Policyholder, under the Insurance may also be made by using an electronic signature within the meaning of Art. 3, item 10 of Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 or of an advanced electronic signature within the meaning of Art. 3, item 11 of Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014.
2.5. WHAT ELSE IS ALSO IMPORTANT TO KNOW?
Serving of documents The correspondence addresses between us and you shall be specified in the Insurance Policy. Unless otherwise agreed, the serving of documents under the Insurance shall be considered to be duly fulfilled when they are delivered by hand, by post or by courier with registered mail with return receipt, to the address of each of the parties to the Insurance. Documents shall be deemed to have been received by the other party on the date of the personal submission if they have been handed over by hand; on the date of the return receipt when delivered by post or by courier. Protection of personal data and confidentiality We are a data controller who processes personal data in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and the Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
Personal data collected and processed by us may be names, addresses, date of birth, gender, identity document number, telephone numbers, email addresses, bank account details and/or credit/debit cards, lifestyle etc. We use personal data for the following purposes: • Preparation, conclusion and administration of contracts for the use of financial services by the person whose personal data are being processed; • Provision of services and products that better meet the needs of the person whose personal data are being processed; • Implementation of the legal requirements towards the Insurer providing financial services; • Sending information related to contracts as well as products and services to meet the needs of the person whose personal data are being processed; We may grant access to the personal data that we store and process to the following institutions/persons: • State and other public authorities, Allianz Group companies, other insurers and/or reinsurers, insurance intermediaries/brokers, banks etc.; • Technical consultants, lawyers, damage assessors, workshops, doctors, as well as companies to which we provide the performance of a specific activity; • Upon our reorganization and/or transformation or the sale of an

insurance portfolio as well as any other expropriation of a part our activity or assets, including in insolvency proceedings; • Performance of a legal obligation, including in proceedings initiated through a signal or complaint by a person whose personal data are being processed. The person whose data are processed shall have the following rights regarding their personal data: • Access to information concerning the method of processing and disclosure of personal data; • Restricting the processing of personal data; • Withdrawal of consent for the processing of personal data; • Stopping the processing of the personal data, including for direct marketing purposes; • Correction or deletion of personal data; • Provision of personal data to another company for offering financial services; • Submission of a complaint concerning the processing and storage of personal data.

The person whose data are being processed may execute the above rights by a written application sent to us. The person whose data is being processed shall be entitled to information and access, as well as to request a correction to the personal data related to them and processed by us, and the information and access to them is provided free of charge. In the event that the person refuses to provide their personal data, we may refuse to conclude the Insurance and/or cease the servicing thereof if the lack of such data does not enable us to make an objective assessment of the insurance risk or otherwise endangers the realization of our legitimate interests. We have undertaken all legally defined measures for the protection of personal data according to the current Bulgarian and European legislation. 2.6. INSURANCE DECODED For the purposes of My Car Insurance, the following definitions shall apply:
ACTIVE MARKING is an active security system incorporating an electronic device installed in the Motor Vehicle that serves to locate it in space. ACTUAL VALUE is the value in exchange for which a new property of the same type and quality can be bought instead of the insured property. ALTERNATIVE AUTO PARTS OR EQUIPMENT OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE are Auto Parts or Equipment of the Motor Vehicle that are used for its repair and are not manufactured by or for the manufacturer of the Motor Vehicle or are not distributed under its control or with its approval. AUTO PARTS are separate parts, units and pieces of the Motor Vehicle that are separately manufactured and used for the production or subsequent repair of the Motor Vehicle. 64
BILATERAL TRAFFIC ACCIDENT REPORT is a sample protocol to be drawn up when only material damage has been caused during a Traffic Accident which does not impede the movement of the Motor Vehicle on its own, and there is an agreement between the participants in the traffic accident regarding the circumstances related to its occurrence. BREAKDOWN (for Roadside Assistance purposes only) is an unexpected mechanical, electrical or electronic incident which results in the immobilisation of the vehicle or: - discharged battery; - defect of the external lighting of the vehicle; - windshield wiper defect; - safety belt defect; - alarm system defect.
CASCO LOSS RATIO is calculated for one-year Insurance according to the following formula:
2.6. INSURANCE DECODED
LR (%) = [(PCC + OCC)/ IP] х 100 (where: LR is the Loss Ratio; PCC is the total amount of paid Casco Claims under the Insurance; OCC is the total amount of Outstanding Casco Claims under the Insurance submitted but unpaid; IP is the total amount of the Casco Insurance Premium under the Insurance. In determining the ratio, the amount of claims to which the Insurer is entitled to recover is not calculated. CASH SETTLEMENT is a way of assessing Damages of the Motor Vehicle on the basis of prices for Auto Parts, Equipment, Materials and Labor applied by the Insurer as of the date of occurrence of the Insurance Event.
DAMAGE is an unfavorable change by affecting, damaging or destroying a human possession – property, rights, bodily integrity, health and mental condition. DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION (for Roadside Assistance purposes only) is an unexpected event affecting the Motor Vehicle from the outside and resulting in the immobilization of the vehicle because of the following risks: - Traffic Accident (incl. collision with and/ or an impact by other physical bodies where this is not a Traffic Accident); - fire, explosion, implosion; - natural catastrophe – hurricane, heavy rainfall, lightning strike, floods, torrential rain, surging water masses, earthquake,
landslide and earth collapse; - temporary thermal or chemical effect on the vehicle; - broken windshield. DAMAGED PERSON is the person, including the Victim, who is entitled to compensation for damages caused by the Motor Vehicle. DOMICILE OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE (for Road Side Assistance purposes only) is a populated place specified in the Insurance Policy. DRIVER is a person driving the Motor Vehicle.
EARTH COLLAPSE is the sudden, rapid and one-time fall of large earth and rock masses from mountain ranges or from coasts as a result of deep weathering of rocks, weakening of their internal connections and deep cracking, except for collapse due to excavation or the like as a result of human activity. EARTHQUAKE is the displacement of the earth’s surface caused by seismic waves and accompanied by tectonic disturbances due to the release of energy at the destruction of the rock composition. ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT is an electronic document within the meaning of Art. 3, paragraph 35 of Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014, namely:

any content stored in electronic form, in particular text or sound, visual or audiovisual recording. ELECTRONIC STATEMENT within the meaning of Art. 2 of the EDETSA is a verbal statement presented in a digital form through a generally accepted standard for the transformation, reading and presentation of information. The electronic statement may also contain non-verbal information. EQUIPMENT OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE is any system, part or component with which the Motor Vehicle was originally manufactured; or any similar parts or components, manufactured or sold for replacement or improvement of a system, part or component or as an accessory or supplement to the Motor Vehicle; or any device, object or clothing (other than medicines or glasses prescribed by a physician) which is not a system, part or component of the Motor Vehicle and which is manufactured, sold, delivered, offered or intended for use solely for the protection of the Motor Vehicle/Driver/Passengers in it. EXPLOSION the sudden release of energy caused by the tendency of gases or vapors to expand, which tears apart the walls of a vessel or a transmission equipment and causes a sudden equalization of pressure.
FACTORY-INSTALLED EQUIPMENT is fixed and permanently mounted equipment installed by the manufacturer. 66
FIRE is the occurrence of a fire that generates a flame or embers, arising from or emerging from an improper fireside, and capable of spreading through its own energy. FLOOD spillage of large quantities of water as a result of rapid melting of snow and/or ice, intense or prolonged rainfalls, river spills when the water level rises, breaks of embankments, dam walls and other meliorative facilities. FRAUDULENT ACTIONS, MEANS OR METHODS are any acts or omissions, means or methods that may mislead to, mislead to a misconception or maintain an existing misconception for the Insurer’s representatives/employees about the occurrence of the Insurance Event, the amount of Damage suffered or other circumstances relevant to the occurrence of the right to obtain insurance indemnity or to determine its amount.
GREEN CARD CERTIFICATE is an international certificate that certifies the existence of a Motor Third Party Liability insurance in accordance with the models approved by the Board of Bureaus, issued on behalf of a national bureau of insurers.

2.6. INSURANCE DECODED
HOLDER OF A MOTOR VEHICLE for the purposes of the Insurance shall be a natural person who performs factual actions for driving and using a Motor Vehicle on a legal basis.
IMPLOSION is an instant explosive filling of a volume in which the pressure is lower than that the outside one. INSURANCE EVENT is the occurrence of a covered risk under an insurance in the period of insurance coverage. For the purposes of Casco, one Insurance Event is considered to be an incident or all incidents of a series of such that result from or are related to the same source or cause. INSURANCE INTEREST is the legally recognized need for protection against the consequences of a possible Insurance Event. INSURANCE PERIOD is the period for which the Insurance Premium is determined, which period is 1 year, unless the premium is fixed for a shorter period. INSURANCE RENEWAL in Allianz is done by concluding, for the same Motor Vehicle, a new My Car Insurance with Plus, Extra and Max Insurance Packages, on which the Insurance Coverage comes into effect at 00:00 o‘clock on the day following the expiry of the previous insurance. The previous insurance may be My Car Insurance with Plus, Extra and Max
Insurance Packages or other Allianz insurance including Casco coverages. INSURANCE RISK is the objective probability of occurrence of a malicious event, the occurrence of which is uncertain, unknown and independent of the will of the Policyholder, the Insured or the third party beneficiary. INSURED PROPERTY depending on the context, it is the insured Motor Vehicle as a whole and/or any component thereof and/or any Equipment of the Motor Vehicle. INSURED is the person whose material and/or nonmaterial possessions are subject to insurance protection under the Insurance.
KEY OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE is a mechanical or electronic device for accessing and starting the Motor Vehicle, incl. remote control, card, chip, flash memory etc.
LANDSLIDE is the detachment and slow movement of a geological nature of earth masses on slopes, as well as slopes that tear off and move under the influence of their weight and of surface water or groundwater, except for: landslides and collapses of earth in mining enterprises, underground galleries, mines, as a result of excavation or the like as a result of human activity; subsidence of soil layers, as well as landslides and collapses as a

result of the properties of some soils to shrink and swell as soil moisture changes.

LICENSE FOR WORKING WITH TRACTORS AND SELF-PROPELLED MACHINES (tractors; electric trucks and forklifts; selfpropelled agricultural or forestry machinery and construction machinery) is a document issued in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law by a competent authority/person such as Vocational Secondary School, Vocational Training Center, Control and Technical Inspection etc.
MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE is a document issued by the authorities of the Ministry of Interior certifying the registration of the Motor Vehicle.
LIGHTNING is the contact between a highly electrified cloud and the earth with destructive effects due to high temperature, electrical voltage and high electrical current.
MALICIOUS ACTS OF THIRD PERSONS, INCL. VANDALISM are acts that are socially dangerous, illegal or contradictory to morality and decency. MOTOR VEHICLE is: - a self-propelled land vehicle, with the exception of rail vehicles and trolleybus; - a self-propelled machinery (wheel and chain tractors, specialized self-propelled machines and any other type of selfpropelled machinery for agriculture and forestry) with an engine power exceeding 10 kW; - camper; - trailer, semi-trailer and camping trailer, 68
MOTORIST is the owner, user, holder or driver of the Motor Vehicle who, in connection with its possession or use, may cause damage to third parties. MY CAR INSURANCE OR THE INSURANCE is the insurance contract between the parties which consists of this Guide, the Insurance Policy, the Proposal for Insurance and other written arrange ments between the parties, if any.
OFFICIAL REPAIR SHOP is a repair shop in Bulgaria authorized by the Motor Vehicle manufacturer/importer with which the Insurer may or may not have a contractual relationship to assign the repair and to pay the costs for the repairing of the Damage to Motor Vehicles insured by it. ORIGINAL AUTO PARTS OR EQUIPMENT OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE are Auto Parts or Equipment of the Motor Vehicle that are used for its manufacture and repair and are manufactured by or for the manufacturer of the Motor Vehicle or are distributed under its control or with its approval.
2.6. INSURANCE DECODED
OVERINSURANCE is present when the Sum Insured is greater than the Actual Value of the Motor Vehicle. OWNER OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE for the purposes of the Insurance is a natural or legal person who is entered in the Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate, or the person who certifies with proper documents their title in cases where there is no registration of the Motor Vehicle by the competent authorities in Bulgaria.
PARTICIPANT IN A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT is anyone who has suffered from an accident or has contributed to its occurrence by their behavior. PASSENGER CAR according to the RTA is a non-two-wheel and non-rail Motor Vehicle used for the carriage of goods and passengers in which the number of seating places without the Driver’s seat does not exceed 8, or for towing other road vehicles. PASSENGER is a person who is in or on the Motor Vehicle but is not involved in its driving. PERMANENT DISABILITY DUE TO PERSONAL ACCIDENT is permanently reduced by a certain percentage or completely lost capacity to perform work by the Insured Person resulting from a functional deficiency of organs and systems of the organism as a result of an Accident. The condition of PD
is certified in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation. PERSONAL ACCIDENT in a Motor Vehicle is any event that did not happen at the will of the insured person (Driver and/or Passenger in the insured Motor Vehicle), which as a result of sudden and unforeseen actions or causes of external origin and within one year of its occurrence caused a covered risk of death or permanent disability of the person. An event referred to in the preceding sentence is considered to be only a Traffic Accident occurring in the course of movement or stay of the Motor Vehicle (including on getting in or out of the insured Motor Vehicle). There is also a covered risk when a permanent disability is determined in accordance with the established procedure after the expiration of the one-year period after the occurrence of the Insurance Event and has a causal link with it. There is a stay of the Motor Vehicle when the Motor Vehicle is stopped for a limited period of time necessary for the Passengers getting in or out or for the performance of loading and unloading operations in the presence of the Driver. POLICYHOLDER is the person who is a party to the Insurance. The Policyholder may also, under the conditions of the Insurance, be an insured person or a third party beneficiary. PROVISIONAL REPAIR is a partial repair to the extent that allows and guarantees the safe movement of the Motor Vehicle on its own.

REPAIR SHOP (for Road Side Assistance purposes only) is a repair shop located closest to the place of occurrence of the Insurance Event and recommended by the Insurer. The Insured may choose another repair shop if it is closer to the place of occurrence of the Insurance Event than the recommended repair shop. In Road Side Assistance (extended), the Insured can choose a repair shop located no more than 150 km from the place of occurrence of the Insurance Event. REPORT OF A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT WITH MATERIAL DAMAGE is a report based on a template drawn up by the authorities of the Traffic Police with the Ministry of Interior when visiting a Traffic Accident with material damage only. REPORT OF A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT WITH VICTIMS is a report based on a template drawn up by the authorities of the Traffic Police with the Ministry of Interior when visiting a Traffic Accident with victims.
STORM movement of air at a wind speed of at least 15 meters per second. STRUCTURAL UNIT OF THE INSURER is the Headquarters located at the management address, as well as any Head Office, Office or liquidation and processing of damages unit of Allianz Bulgaria Insurance Company. SUBSEQUENT INSURANCE in Allianz for Casco coverage is a new My Car Insurance with Plus, Extra and Max Insurance Packages for the same Motor Vehicle which is concluded no later than 13 months before the expiry of the previous insurance. The previous insurance may be My Car Insurance with Plus, Extra and Max Insurance Packages or other Allianz insurance including Casco coverages.
ROAD USER is any person who is on the road and through their actions or inactivity, they influence the traffic on the road. These include drivers, passengers, pedestrians, and persons working on the road.
SUBSTITUTE VEHICLE (for Road Side Assistance purposes only) is a Motor Vehicle which may be used under Road Side Assistance (extended) when as a result of an Insurance Event the insured Motor Vehicle cannot move on its own. The Insurer shall pay for the rental costs according to the coverage and coverage limits. The rental car company shall determine the terms and conditions for using the Substitute Vehicle.
ROBBERY is the deprivation of possession of the entire Motor Vehicle by a person with intent to misappropriate it by using force or intimidation.
SUM INSURED (LIMIT OF LIABILITY) is the amount of money agreed between the parties or set by a statutory instrument and specified in the Insurance Policy, which is an upper limit of the

Insurer’s liability to the insured, the third party beneficiary or to the third injured party.
THEFT is the illegal taking of a Motor Vehicle from the possession of a person without the consent of the owner or their representative, with the intention of appropriating it and/or using it. THIRD PARTY REPAIR SHOP is a repair shop in Bulgaria with which the Insurer does not have a contractual relationship to assign the repair and to pay the costs for the repairing of the Damage to Motor Vehicles insured by it. TORRENTIAL RAIN is a heavy rainfall in a relatively short time. TOTAL LOSS OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE is a damage to the Motor Vehicle where the cost of the necessary repairs exceeds 70% of its actual value as of the date of occurrence of the event. TRAFFIC ACCIDENT is an event occurring in the course of the movement of a road vehicle and causing injury or death to persons, damage to a road vehicle, road, road equipment, cargo or other material damage. TRUSTED REPAIR SHOP is a repair shop in Bulgaria with which the Insurer has a contractual relationship to assign the repair and pay the costs for the repairing of the Damage to Motor Vehicles insured by it.
UNDERINSURANCE is present when the Sum Insured is lower than the Actual Value of the Motor Vehicle. USER OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE for the purposes of the Insurance is a natural or legal person who uses the Motor Vehicle under a legal basis other than property rights and is entered in the Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate as a user of the Motor Vehicle at the request of the owner.
VICTIM is the person to whom death was caused or who suffered a bodily injury by a Motor Vehicle.

Follow traffic rules, including speed limits and road signs. Their role is to protect you.
TIPS FOR SAFE DRIVING
Do not use your mobile while you drive.
Do not drive after drinking, but use public transportation or a taxi. In some cities, you may also use a special service for transportation after drinking alcohol (Drink and Drive service).
Take short breaks when driving for a long time to recover physically and mentally.
Before a long trip, make sure your phone battery is fully charged. In the event of an emergency on the road, you may need to use your phone to seek assistance.

Prepare your car properly for snow and icy conditions.

Always inform yourself of the weather and road conditions before embarking on a trip.
In the winter season, keep blankets, water, snow cleaners and snow chains in your car.
Do not park your car under tall trees or in areas where there is a risk of falling objects, ice and/ or snow.
Maintain distance from the vehicle in front of you, thus avoiding the risk of flying objects and an impact in case of abrupt braking.
Before leaving, check the technical condition of your car, including the condition of the tires and windshield wipers, as well as if there is sufficient fluid for them.
When towing another vehicle/trailer, make sure that the mechanical connection is secure.

TIPS FOR BETTER MAINTENANCE The dashboard informs you of the condition of your car. Pay attention to every signal and indication and make sure the car is in good technical condition.
Follow the operating instructions and service your car regularly – check the oil level, replace the oil and air filter, service and clean the air conditioning, replace the brake pads according to your car’s use.
Check tires frequently and replace them when damaged and/or worn. Seasonal change of tires is very important.
On the road, it is important to see other vehicles and road users and be visible to them. Check the lights of the car.
DO NOT SKIP THE TECHNICAL INSPECTION.

Do not leave luggage and valuables in a visible place in the car.
Activate the alarm system whenever you get out of the car.

Do not leave your car unlocked with the engine running and unattended.
Close windows and hatches, and do not leave your keys in the car, even when parked in a private property. If you park at night in an unguarded place, try to stop near street lights.

ISSUES RELATED TO INSURANCE COVERAGE AND PAYMENT OF THE INSURANCE PREMIUM What does my Insurance cover? Your insurance coverage depends on the package chosen by you. Check your insurance policy and the provisions of items 2.1. and 2.2. of the Guide.
How can I pay the Insurance Premium? You can pay the Insurance Premium or a separate contribution to it: - with a credit or debit card of Allianz Payment; - with a credit transfer to our bank account, listed in the debit letter with the policy; - with direct debit from your account in Allianz Bank Bulgaria; - remotely via Epay or - in one of EasyPay’s branches.

What happens if I forget to pay my contribution? If you have left a mobile phone number or email, you will receive a reminder SMS/email message within 7 days after the due date of your payment. In case you do not pay on time, the Insurance will be terminated according to the agreed terms in the policy. How can I make sure the premium is paid? You can contact your insurance broker, or you can call us at 0700 13 014. How are changes to my Insurance made? All changes to the Insurance should be made in writing with an annex to the policy.
ISSUES RELATED TO THE OCCURRENCE OF AN INSURANCE EVENT What should I do in case of an Insurance Event? Inform the competent authorities (including call SEN 112) and us of the occurrence of the Insurance Event. You can choose how to make your claim by preparing the relevant proofs under item 2.5.2 of the Guide depending on the Insurance Event. You can contact the 24-hour assistance center at 0700 13 014.

How do I register an Insurance Event? - On our website www.allianz.bg. In this way you will be able to notify us quickly ans easily of the event and to submit pictures of the damage on the vehicle. - On the phone – if you call 0700 13 014 (every business day between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM). We will help you quickly and easily register your claim. - in any of our Structural Units. When and how should car photos be made in case of an Insurance Event? Contact us and we will guide you in the most appropriate way depending on the type of event. What should I do if my car is stolen? • It is important to notify the police immediately and follow their instructions. You can use the SEN 112 for this purpose; • Contact us within 25 hours in one of the ways outlined in section 2.4.1 of the Guide; • In case of theft or robbery, you must visit one of our offices within 25 hours of finding out. You can find a map of our offices at https://www. allianz.bg/offices_claims/. What is the timeframe in which I have to notify you about the occurrence of an Insurance Event? In case of an Insurance Event under MTPL Insurance you must notify us within 7 business days. In case of Theft/Robbery of the car, the notification deadline shall be 25 hours of learning about the event, and in case the deadline expires on a non-business day – by the end of the first

In all other cases under a Casco Insurance, as well as the Personal Accident and Legal Expenses, you must notify us of the event within 5 business days. Notification of a Casco event in case of Total loss of the vehicle, is considered a notification for Financial loss from impairment of the motor vehicle also. How long does it take to have the insurance compensation paid? We are obliged to determine, pay or refuse a reasoned payment within no more than 15 business days upon receiving all the necessary documents and proofs under the Insurance Event. I got on the road and my car got damaged, what should I do? If the car is covered by the scope of Roadside Assistance, call 0700 13 014 and we will give you clear and precise instructions on what to do, and, if necessary, we will send the emergency road services to assist you on the spot. Is indemnity due under the cover Financial Loss from Impairment of the Motor Vehicle for a vehicle that has such valid coverage and has a registered but still unpaid Casco claim for Total loss of the motor vehicle? No. Compensation for coverage Financial Loss from Impairment of the Motor Vehicle is not due if the Casco claim has not yet been paid, as well as in case of a rejected Casco claim for Total loss of the motor vehicle.
When is the end of the insurance coverage Financial Loss from Impairment of the Motor Vehicle? This coverage is terminated automatically when the vehicle reaches the age of 1 year, starting from the date of the first registration of the vehicle, regardless of the starting date of the Insurance.
WHEN TRAVELING ABROAD For which countries do I need a Green Card certificate? You must carry a Green Card certificate when traveling to: The Republic of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Northern Macedonia, the State of Israel, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Montenegro, the Kingdom of Morocco, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Moldova, the Tunisian Republic, the Republic of Turkey, Ukraine and the Republic of Azerbaijan. QUESTIONS ABOUT BUYING OR SELLING A MOTOR VEHICLE WITH MY CAR INSURANCE I‘m selling my car, what should I do with the Insurance? When transferring ownership, you must provide the new owner with all the Insurance documents. You and the new owner must notify us in writing of the transfer within 7 days and provide us with a copy of the contract or invoice. We have the right to claim the premium due from you until we are notified of the transfer of ownership of the vehicle. I bought a car insured in Allianz, what should I do with the existing Insurance? When transferring the ownership of the car you need to take the Insurance documents from the previous owner. You and the previous owner must notify us in writing of the transfer within 7 days and provide us with a copy of the contract. Further information can be found in section 2.5.3. of the Guide.
