Dear students & parents, Matrix was started with a vision to provide such quality education to students in Sikar so that, nobody would ever need to move to places like Kota & Delhi for JEE coaching. We just wanted to create a system which people can trust so that students don’t need to move to far off places in search of good education.

Though we started with just 5 teachers in 2014, as of September 2019, we have 30+ IITians and NITians as part of our full time faculty team. Our last year results, where 932+ students qualified for JEE main and 402 students qualified JEE advanced, are yet another proof of our excellence.
When we started Matrix in 2014, Kota was the preferred choice for JEE coaching among the aspirants of north Rajasthan and Haryana. Very few students used to stay back in Sikar for JEE coaching.
We are very proud of the fact that we have Matrix alumnus in all the top departments at top IITs (eg. Computer Science departments at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi,IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur) and they are doing very well there.

INTRODUCTION TO PROGRAM DIRECTOR – KAPIL SINGH DHAKA Kapil Singh Dhaka, is a living example of unbounded commitment to teaching and students success. He secured an All India Rank 19 in General category in IIT JEE Screening examination 2004. Later on, he also secured All India Rank 48 in AIEEE in general category in the very same year. He is a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication engineering from IIT Kharagpur. Not only on the technical, he also has a very strong foundation of management education. He secured an aggregate of 99.96 %tile (equivalent to All India Rank under-100 in general category) in CAT 2010 and followed it with an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, the most prestigious Business School in the country. Maintaining the same spirit, he also excelled at studies at IIM Ahmedabad to the extent that among the entire batch, he has the maximum number of mentions in the annual report of the institution. At IIM Ahmedabad he was awarded with S. Umapathy prize for best academic performance in the entire batch in core PGP curriculum. He also received the Industry scholarship-1 (scholarship for the institute topper in
1st year) from Infosys foundation during his 1st year of MBA program. During 2nd year, he received Dun & Bradstreet Information Services India Pvt. Ltd. And IIMA scholarship for continued excellence performance. Furthermore, he was also awarded with Shri S.K. Seth Memorial Award for excellence academic performance. MHS is the 1st school in the region to offer a compulsory pre-foundation program for Class 8, 9 and 10 students. In this program, along with board exams, students also focus on competitive exams from class 6th itself. These classes are taken by faculties who are proficient in teaching students for competitive exams.

WHAT OUR STUDENTS SAY

o be honest, it was my parents and not my decision to move to MHS. Initially, I was not very excited about this school. In fact, it raised my hackles over. Actually, I studied in my previous school from Nur-X. All of a sudden, I found myself in a completely different surroundings. I was quaking in boots. But with the passage of time I realized parents are always right. Within a couple of months MHS cared a special niche in my heart. Here I found the teachers who have no parallel in their subject and who are ready to help the students even beyond school hours. The infrastructure is world class. Long periods (50 Minutes) help the teachers elaborate each topic. They are well acquainted with modern teaching methods and latest technologies. Use of Mozaik makes teaching and learning more effective. Through video lectures we go through the topics we have missed. I would like to give the Roll of Honor to the bus service of MHS. Its buses pick you from your very door and that too without any harsh driving.

ince my previous school was up to X, I had to switch to a new school after X. When I opted for MHS doubts were raised by many as it was a new name in schooling, yet I stuck to it as I had heard a lot of good things about Matrix JEE Academy. I was of the view that despite so many big names in schooling in Sikar this school will prove itself a notch above the rest.Now that the first academic session of MHS is heading towards its completion. I feel I could not have a better choice than MHS. Here students are nurtured in such a way that they not only excel in studies. They also shine in games and sports and co-curricular activities. Earlier Mathematics was my Achilles heel but after joining MHS it no longer remains my weak point, courtesy the Mathematics faculty of this school that leaves no stone unturned to clear every single doubt of the students. begin my journey with Matrix Pre-foundation program a year before inauguration of Matrix High School. The sole motto behind my evening program classes was to better in my subjects in other words better that I could do with regular schools. It proved to be worth of a chance and opened the world of competition for me of which I was unaware before . NTSE NATIONAL TALENT SEARCH EXAMINATION

NTSE by MHS
National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is a scholarship programme conducted at the national level in the country by NCERT to evaluate the intellectual levels of students. It gauges the cerebral quotient of candidates in order to identify the crème de la crème. The NTSE scholarship is a great motivation for the students that successfully clears the NTSE exam. Even the students who fail to acquire the scholarship benefit remarkably from NTSE preparation from the overall learning experience through the planning, preparation and hard work during the exam process. At the end of the preparation and the exam process, each student enhances his overall competence level which is reflected in his/her superior performance at the school level.

About NDA by MHS NDA is a premier institute or training center that trains young boys to become officers in the INDIAN DEFENCE FORCES. NDA examination is conducted by UPSC twice a year (usually in April & September). Candidates who have passed class 12th or are appearing in class 12th can fill forms & give the examination. The exam consists of two papers namely MATHEMATICS of 300 marks & GENERAL ABILITY TEST(GAT) of 600 marks & each of 150 minutes. Mathematics exam consists of questions of mathematics till the class 12th level ,GAT exam consists of questions of English, GK, & GS.
After clearing the written examination, qualified candidates are called for SSB interview from the respective first choice of 3 forces. Those who are recommended from the SSB are gone through medical examination or check up. Those who clear all the three stages & have name in MERIT LIST are called for a 3 year course to NDA or at INDIAN NAVAL ACADEMY.
At MHS we have designed a curriculum for class XI- XII level that matches the best NDA program at this level in the country for NDA exam preparation. This curriculum will provide support for clearing NDA exam if the student desires so after class XII.

OUR DEFINITION OF GOOD RESULTS AT MHS • As you would see, at MHS we don’t believe in getting very high board marks only. Rather, we believe that if there aren’t any true learnings then board marks alone will not help. • Our belief is that its better to score 1 or 2% lower marks in board exams, but ample amount of time should be devoted to prepare a little bit for other exams such as NDA, Airforce – group X, JEE, NEET etc. so that the school learnings can also be helpful in securing a job or getting admission in right college.

That means every 3rd/4th Matrix students scored above 90% in PCM. For most large schools, even those which focus exclusively on board exams, 1/8 to 1/6 students score above 90% marks in PCM. R Every 7th Matrix students scored higher than 90% marks - one of the highest in the entire Rajasthan.
