Google Doodles for Mother's Day Artwork by : Karen Josephine I drew this work with inspiration from Mother's Day with Google's writing on the back. I made this work in a digital way and using artpad wacom and photoshop. Using a pastel palette and a little soft neon, I want to give a subtle concept that is very colorful. I took the concept of cartoon soft doodle which shows the closeness of the mother to the child and the softness of the mother's heart that can be shown a smile touched by the mother after the child covers the mother's eyes. I'm having a hard time finding the right color and font and shading properly. but overall I am happy and enjoy the process and the final result.

Google Doodles for Mother's Day (Final Artwork) Artwork by : Angeline Nathalia Huang This work is a google doodle designed with the theme "Mother's day". In the work, there is a mother who is the main icon in this work. Next, there is a baby in his arms that shows the role of a mother. Coupled with other jewelry such as leaves, clouds and paint. This shows the characteristics of mother nature, where the mother acts as a caretaker. In making this work, photoshop application is used. The color chosen is also adjusted to the original color, but modified. Like green leaves, and blue clouds. Mother's clothes are also designed with striking colors because she is the main icon in this work. While the colors in other jewelry are adjusted / matched to the main color which is the mother's clothes. In addition, Google's letters are also designed in accordance with the picture and color. Google text is also given a black color so it does not clash with the color behind it.
Logo Design (Adobe Illustrator) Artwork by : Juliet Christienggi Pamona My inspiration comes from the MC’D logo which has a distinctive color that is red and yellow. I thought of applying that color to my work because in my opinion the color was quite eye catching. The artwork that I made is the logo of a noodle restaurant called mangkoq.

Sticker Line (Adobe Photoshop) Artwork by : Karen Josephine Shiba inu is a Japanese dog breed that known by it’s fluffy and confident character. So I digitaly made a shiba inu faces with many types of expressions. I decided to drew this breed because I think this breed is a very unique and characteristic dog that made me amaze how unique and amazing their character is. Fearless, charming, confident, alert, faithful, all in this one for legged creature. I use adope illustrator to make 10 of these, and it took m2 a week in a half to finish the whole character expression. I really like the way it turned out, I learned how to be paitient and detail. I use neutral colur and adding a yellow and green collar to give it a pop of color.

Final ArtWorks
The work that I made is titled warm earth. I made this work digitally and by using artpad wacom and photoshop, this work was inspired by a forest that has a warm tone and has a fantasy atmosphere, by adding colored mushrooms and small cotton that fly around the tree. I made this work deeper into colors and highlights, shading. I have difficulty in making shading and highligh, because I really want this work to look realistic without leaving the impression of illustration. I as a whole I really enjoy drawing earth works. The next day I will be more detailed and more bothered to look for ways to use tools in Photoshop.

Digital Illustration (Adobe Photoshop) Artwork by : Eveline Samudra This artwork that I created in Adobe Photoshop, tells a story about a world of wonder in the mystery of the night. This painting is more likely to be an enchanted story. Basically all the lights sources to one thing, the glowing water. Based on the title, this water never stop glowing and believed to be able to grant our wishes. This piece brings peaceful thoughts and pleasing to the eyes because I used cool colors. This piece is inspired by one of my favorite movie, Avatar, with its scene about glowing trees and magic fantasy. In making this piece, I has trouble in painting the water. As I mentioned, this is my first time painting on digital media and it is very different to paper or canvas, it feels different. So in painting the water, I have to go onto many process which I end up not liking it and try and try again. What I loved about digital painting is that we can adjust the brightness and saturation of an object which is very helpful in painting the water and the background. I managed my problem by using different brush and finished it by re-adjusting the brightness and saturation. I am pretty satisfied by how it turns out remembering all the hard process I need to pass over.
