1.0 INTRODUCTION Everyone is familiar with the concept of time, but it is complex to describe and appreciate. Time is defined differently in science, philosophy, religion, and the arts, but the system for measuring it, is rather constant. However, in today's world, time is extremely valuable. It is critical for us to make optimal use of our time as human beings. Everyone should be able to manage their time effectively. The process of organizing and planning how to split our time between various activities is known as time management. If we do it right, we will be able to work smarter rather than harder to get more done in less time, even when time is short and situations are intense.

2

4.0 IMPORTANCE OF TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS

ENABLE US TO MANAGE OURSELVES

We will be able to manage our lives if we have good time management skills. It will enable us to schedule our time in a more orderly and proportional manner. We can complete our tasks and still find time to spend with our loved ones or do something different aside from our regular duties.

We will be able to focus on our tasks since we would keep to a fixed time schedule. In addition, when it comes to completing our vital responsibilities, we will prioritize  them first. This will urge us to be decisive, which is good because we will think and act quickly since we do not want to waste time.

PREVENT FROM HAVING ANY HEALTH ISSUES

HELP TO BE SELFDISCIPLINED

Even after a long and stressful day, time management skills allow us to relax and remain calm. We can complete our tasks on time when we are able to manage our time. This can aid in the reduction of stress, as well as the prevention of health problems.

6.0 STRUCTURE OF PROGRAM

6.1 INTRODUCTION OF PROGRAM The program started with an overview of the entire program, as well as the instructor's background. The attendees are then informed on the topic review for what they will be listening to later. Primarily, the introduction provided a brief summary of the program's objectives.

6.2 ATTENTION GETTER (GAME SESSION)

Following the introduction, the program  moves on to a game session. This gaming session seeks to capture the participants' interest and excite them to provide their full attention from the start of the program. Gartic Phone is the game that I introduced and incorporated in this training program. There are several modes and settings in this game.

8

6.0 STRUCTURE OF PROGRAM The one I decided to play with the participants is one that challenges the players to draw and interpret a picture within a certain amount of time. This is to see how well the participants manage their time when drawing a certain object or scenario in a restricted amount of time. This game emphasizes the value of time management skills, which are relevant to the program.

6.3 ONLINE LECTURE SESSION

The remaining sessions are presented in an online lecture format. During this session, the instructor delivered to the participants all relevant facts connected to the topic review. During the lecture, participants are encouraged to ask any questions they may have.

6.4 QNA SESSION Participants are given the opportunity to ask any questions they could have at the end of the program. The questions can be about anything related to the program and the participants.

9

7.0 TRAINING METHODS LECTURE

The most effective technique to carry out this program is through lectures. This is to ensure that all of the information is delivered to the participants in a reasonable manner. With the aid of the presentation of informative slides, participants could view the details and listen to the information clearly.

GAMES

Another effective training approach that is being used in this training program is games. The games are meant to boost participants' involvement in the entire program. Games allow participants to test their knowledge without fear of failure. Above all, games allow participants to have fun while participating in the training program.

9.0 LEARNING OUTCOMES ADDIE THEORY

Based on what I have learned in class about learning theories for training design and methodology, I am able to associate my training program with the wellknown learning theory known as ADDIE theory. The first step in developing a training program, according to this approach, is to analyze. I initially assessed the problem before deciding to create a time management training program. Since my program's target participants are students, I attempted to create a program that addresses issues that students have, such as time management. In addition, I designed a Google form to analyze and collect information from participants about their time management concerns.

The design of the training program is the next step in this theory. I have already sketched out my training program for this step. I devised a plan for how my training program will be carried out. I conducted research for the input of my training program. Aside from that, I have researched a few relevant games that I can incorporate into my program.

15

9.0 LEARNING OUTCOMES

The third step is to develop the program. In this step, I confirmed what I intend to do during my training program. In addition, I have determined on the sources I will use for my training program. Presentation slides are one of the sources. I have also decided that the training program will be provided through the lectures method. In addition, I decided to include a Q&A session at the end of my program.

The fourth step is to put the training program into action or in simpler words is to implement the program. My program was performed using an online platform called 'ZOOM Meeting.' I informed my participants of the date and time of my program a few days before it occurred. My program ran smoothly for approximately 20 minutes.

The final phase in the development of a training program is evaluation. Evaluation is something that must be done once a training program has been completed. This is to assess the program's outcome and efficacy. For my program, I prepared a Google Form for participants to fill out when the program session is over.

10.0 RECOMMENDATIONS

1

During my program, I should improve on giving a more participatory lecture. I need to make my participants feel as though their perspective is valued. I propose that in the future, before beginning the next session or parts of the lecture, I seek questions or opinions from my participants concerning the topic I am about to address. I should also improve my program by not presenting the lecture at such a rapid pace. I should take a pause before moving on to the next section. I acknowledge that I was experiencing some technical difficulties, in the future, I will need to be more prepared to avoid any technical errors during the execution of my program.

3

2

Another suggestion I have is that in addition to the game and lecture that I have included throughout my program, I should also include an interactive discussion method. This method will allow me to be more engaged with the program's participants. This method will definitely improve the effectiveness of the program.

17

11.0 CONCLUSION

Overall, I have received a great deal of knowledge and experience from completing all aspects of the preparation and implementation of this training program. I discovered that designing and implementing a training program is not a simple undertaking. Human Resource Development professionals have a lot of responsibilities when it comes to executing a training program that needs to be successful. This assignment has taught me the value of learning and applying what we have learned in order to complete our task. In addition, this program that I chose to implement has taught me about the importance of time management skills among students. I hope to get another chance to conduct this type of work in the future.
