WISHING ALL OUR VALUED MEMBERS A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU ALL IN 2010
president’s letter STEVEN GOLDSWORTHY
“Ding dong merrily on high and good tidings to all you wonderful Fellowship members” Ding dong merrily on high ... and good tidings to all you wonderful Fellowship members who supported the 25th anniversary of the Fellowship Luncheon and Awards on 7th December at the fabulous Dorchester Hotel. For those who were not fortunate enough to get a ticket (a complete sell out in under 2 hours), you will get a good insight into, what has to be one of the most sought after tickets in the hairdressing calendar!
great success with the club bursting to the seams until the very small hours – of this morning in fact! The Fellowship Luncheon and Awards always heralds a very busy time for us hairdressers... with many bemoaning the fact that they won’t get a day off before Christmas. Celebrate this very fact in what is supposed to be credit-crunch doom and take each day as it comes – but ensure that you look after your own well-being at this very busy time – so you are not horizontal at Christmas – but relaxed and enjoying your limited ‘time-out’.
Congratulations to all those Fellowship Award recipients – listed within this magazine – all very well deserved –and to our worthy F.A.M.E. Team 2010 – who will go from relative anonymity to media gaga by this time next year.
An enormous thank you to all my colleagues on the Council – as I said at the Luncheon – have got absolutely no idea how I would have got through the year without you!
Making its debut was the Fellowship for British Hairdressing After-Party – held at nightclub Mahiki – the ‘event’ proved to be a

BBC YOUNG HAIRDRESSER OF THE YEAR Our very own much-loved and award-winning Fellowship Past President Beverly C starred in the BBC’s Young Hairdresser of the Year programme, on 30 November. Beverly, past British Hairdresser of the Year twice, was awarded an MBE in 2008 was approached by producers to judge the show with fellow star stylist Adee Phelan which was presented by George Lamb. Challenges to the contestants included a front cover shoot, creating an iconic men’s cut, ‘the grilling’ (an interview from hell) and producing an avant garde finale catwalk look. “Making the programme was great fun. Very exciting for the contestants and me! says Beverly. “It’s great to see hairdressing gaining high-profile airtime on the BBC and the programme will hopefully encourage more young people to come into the industry and inspire those who already are.”
Every stage meant a new challenge but I was determined to prove myself and impress the judges
Winner was Chris Appleton of George’s Hairdressing Leicester who triumphed over hundreds of contenders in a nation-wide search showcasing the very best of young talented professionals, culminating in a final which the BBC described as ‘tougher than any day in the salon’. Under the close scrutiny of the celebrity expert judges, Chris, along with the four other finalists, which included Megan Zarrabi and Carly Aplin (also past F.A.M.E. Team Members) undertook the series of tough elimination rounds which tested skills, knowledge, ability and passion for hairdressing to the max. This competition has been an amazing journey,” says Chris, “every stage meant a new challenge but I was determined to prove myself and impress the judges each time. The other finalists were very tough competition, so to win the final is such an incredible achievement, I’m really excited”. Winning the title of ‘BBC Young Hairdresser of the Year’ has been the ‘crowning glory’ on a year which has seen Chris’s inspirational skill and creativity placed firmly on a world stage. His work with the Fellowship Academy of Merit and Excellence, known throughout the industry as the F.A.M.E. Team, has seen him working the catwalk shows at events such as London Fashion Week, photo shoots and key assignments overseas including Australia.

Colour Project Graduates: Amy Donaldson Profile Hair • Joshua Goldsworthy Goldsworthy’s • Jo Thompson The Hair Advice Centre Areesha Shalton Shaltons • Sian Flatt Mova Hair • Georgia Tulley The Point • Claire Jardine Talking Heads (Lincoln) Ltd
The hard work, passion, dedication and talent behind a year of prestige Fellowship education came to a glittering conclusion this month, as students from both the Project X and The Colour Project presented their Finale Show. Friends, family, colleagues and industry names came together to see the students present on stage at the L’Oréal Professionnel Academy. Hosted by Fellowship Chancellor Mark Creed, the event showcased both The Colour Project and the Project X students in appropriately different ways. First up were the six members of the Colour Project 2009 – at the end of the first year for this groundbreaking course – who demonstrated a colour technique they had learned from one of their mentors during the year. Interviewed on stage by course leaders Jo O’Neil and Tanya Hennessey, they talked through their inspirations, their highlights and how they had created their look. The students had the chance to reveal a model each that they had prepared earlier to gasps and cheers from the crowd. Next up were the Project X-ers. Now in the 5th year, Project X is fast becoming a jewel in the crown of Fellowship education, and the
calibre of the students, the range of incredible mentor days they’ve enjoyed and both the work they have produced – with increasing confidence – was testament to that. Interviewed by a very proud project leader, Robert Eaton, the twelve students each talked the audience through a moodboard summing up their amazing year and then presented a model that showcased the very best of what they’d learned. All the students commented on what an awesome journey it had been for them – not just in terms of creativity and technical skills, but also how they’d grown in confidence and loved the opportunity to work as a team. The evening finished with an emotional – and unscripted – moment where Project X-er Grace Mullany produced a book she’d created telling the ‘fairy story’ of her amazing year. All the students then came back to the stage to receive their graduation certificates and have their photographs taken before Mark Creed closed the event with an invitation for any hairdresser of any age who wants to sign up for either Project X or The Colour Project to get in touch with the Fellowship office!

CONSUMER INTERVIEW
WHEN STEVEN In the first of a new series, President Steven Goldsworthy interviews Michelle Tiernan, Editor of Your Hair, Hair Ideas and Blonde Hair. SG What is your role Michelle? MT I am the Editor of Your Hair, Hair Ideas and Blonde Hair. The portfolio of magazines is extremely successful and Hair Ideas is the UK's best-selling hair mag. I'm extremely proud of the magazines and the team who work with me on them. We also have a fantastic website, www.loveyourhair.com, which we recently relaunched. SG Michelle, how did you come to be Editor of Your Hair? MT Originally from Dublin, with a Degree in English and a Masters in Publishing, my background has been mainly in Visual Arts Books. This was a really creative role which I loved. The opportunity came up as Editor of Your Hair, Hair Ideas, and Blonde Hair, and I jumped at the chance. The pace of working on monthly publications and the quality of the magazines really appealed to me, plus I love the subject matter, and I love the fact that I can be very creative within my role. SG Had you always had a keen interest in hair/hairdressing? MT Yes. I think most women worry about, and want to have, better hair! But I also admire hairdressers enormously and I'm always astounded by the beautiful, stunning styles they create. I think it's a great industry to be involved with. SG The Fellowship magazine reaches hairdressers all over the British Isles – what is the best advice that you can offer for their work/their salon to be featured in one of your publications? MT For a collection to appear in Your Hair or Hair Ideas, first and foremost, the hair needs to be commercial – gorgeous styles that women want. Then the pictures need to work well together. It's really disappointing if only one or two models are used, as we want to give a selection of lengths and shades to the readers. Obviously, great models and clear, beautifully-shot photos which have been styled gorgeously, will give salons a much better chance of obtaining one of our soughtafter collection slots in the magazines. In Blonde Hair, we obviously only use pictures of blonde hair (!) but the same rules apply -
inspirational hair, fantastic blonde shades, and strong cuts. To feature a salon, we need a picture of a gorgeous salon, with details of where it’s located, what it specialises in, and why you think it's great. SG What are the criteria when sending in photographic work? MT Pictures need to be sent in on CD, as high res (300 dpi) TIFF or JPEG files. The whole team have a collections meeting each month and go through all the collections which have been sent in. We choose the best ones for each magazine. We need at least 4 good shots for a collection. SG How do your editorial team decide what to focus on each issue? MT We have a detailed commissioning meeting each month. In these meetings we take into account seasonal issues, for example, party hair for Christmas, how put protect your hair from sun damage etc in the summer months, and how to combat frizz...all the time! We also constantly analyse the catwalks for the latest hair trends, and look to the celebs and how they are interpreting those trends. We give advice about colour from the experts, we cover how to get great condition, we show the best salons, the latest must-have products, reader makeovers, step-by-steps plus a wealth of common problems and of course hundreds of hairstyles. SG What do you think of the Fellowship for British Hairdressing? MT I think it's a fantastic organisation which is invaluable for the hairdressing industry. As well as helping established salons and stylists, I love the help it gives to young people starting out in the industry. Recently I was lucky enough to be a judge, at Salon International, of the F.A.M.E Team, and the standard is incredible and the passion is amazing. SG What stands out to you? MT The dedication and hard work by the team, and the passion and inspiration The Fellowship gives.

MET MICHELLE SG We publish the Annual Yearbook which includes the names and addresses of all of our members – do you, will you use it to refer to? MT Yes, I always have a copy to hand. SG How many issues of your publication annually and where is it retailed? MT We publish 12 issues of Your Hair and Hair Ideas, and 6 of Blonde Hair. They can be bought from all of the big retailers such as WH Smith, Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Boots, and thousands of independent shops. SG How do you pick your cover shots? MT We shoot our covers which different stylists each month. We choose strong, inspirational cuts which women will want. SG Do you commission photographic work? MT We shoot sections in the magazine such as our step-by-steps and our reader makeovers. SG Whose work in the hairdressing industry do you admire? MT I genuinely admire anyone in the industry who works hard, produces gorgeous hair and makes women or men feel good about their look. Obviously there are some incredible stylists who are top of their game and have a wealth of experience which they are now passing on to their staff. I love to see stylists teaching their juniors and instilling their passion and expertise in them. SG Highlights in your Fellowship Calendar! MARK HAYES A Journey of Creativity Report Karine Jackson Photos & Video William Sparacia
Watching this fantastic power night truly showed why Mark is a two-time winner of Fellowship Hairdresser of the Year The excitement was building as soon as we walked into the Sassoon Academy - the pressure was on for Mark with expectations running high, and rightly so, as the evening was amazing! Mark opened with a DVD detailing his illustrious 33 year career at Sassoon through the decades. After an introduction by President Steven Goldsworthy, Mark explained now he takes a lot of his inspirations from Yohji Yamamoto and then commenced the live presentation with a spectacular stack wind perm at the back of the model’s head, giving the hair amazing texture. He cut the hair with such precession, as only Sassoon directors are renowned for doing, that it was truly a pleasure to watch. The hair cut was sleek and beautiful with shaped angles and he finished the look by using his handmade wooden comb from Mombasa to comb out the stack wind leaving a perfect angle at the nape. Mark introduced the concept of ‘sandwich’ colour – one colour literally sandwiched between another – and used a strong deep violet brown with an amazing panel of orange/red sandwiched in between, with the warm and cool colours clashing perfectly. Taking further inspiration from the Claude Cahun art movement (1910 -1940), out came 6 amazing models in vibrant red, yellow and blue suits. The cuts were sharp but soft at the same time with under cuts and long soft fringes.
We enjoyed a great insight into Mark’s journey from sitting in the barbers talking about football heroes and realising he was not going to make the Spurs team to how he became an assistant, to working his way to international creative director at Sassoon’s. He named one of his influential heroes as David Bowie and this was still in evidence in his work last night. Mark’s next cut was all about technique: the back was perfectly done scissor-over-comb - Mark cut the front from long to short, and the side from short to long, nothing connecting but altogether looking perfectly connected… Mark’s admiration and support for The Fellowship was evident throughout his presentation and watching this fantastic power night truly showed why Mark is a two-time winner of Fellowship Hairdresser of the year. After completing his final look we were treated to a spectacular finale with all the models coming out in black puff dresses, over-sized eyebrows and amazing coloured suits. The show was full of contrast: angles, slightly off-centre partings, softness, hard lines, style and confidence. The atmosphere in the room was so intense with all eyes watching the show unfold. I’m sure everyone in the room would agree The Fellowship has provided another platform to see amazing hair and Mark and the Sassoon team really excelled themselves.
Edward Darley, UK colour director for Sassoon, talked us through the colours using the terms ‘sandwich of colour panel’ with violets and blues on cool blondes.

TRADE INTERVIEW
WHEN STEVEN Our President Steven Goldsworthy recently got down to business with Hairdressers Journal’s Deputy Editor – Ruth Hunsley SG Hi Ruth can you explain your role to readers? RH I’m the deputy editor of HJ, the industry’s weekly magazine. I plan and oversee the editorial content with our team and represent the magazine at numerous events. Facts: HJ started on 6 May 1882 and was called Hairdressers Weekly Journal. We run the most prestigious awards in the industry, HJ’s British Hairdressing Awards and British Hairdressing Business Awards and the biggest exhibition in the UK, Salon International. SG How did you come to be deputy editor of Hairdressers Journal? RH I started as a junior feature writer 14 years ago and have since been features editor, news and features editor and am now deputy editor, so I have a full understanding of exactly what our readers want and need in all areas of the magazine. SG Had you always had a keen interest in hair/hairdressing? RH I have always been interested in hair – I cut my Girl’s World when I was young! But it wasn’t until I started work on HJ that I fully appreciated hairdressing - what you can do and the great career it can offer. I love watching live shows and seeing the latest trends and techniques. I always go home thinking I can recreate what I have seen as you guys make it look so easy – but of course I can’t! SG The Fellowship magazine reaches hairdressers all over the British Isles – what is the best advice that you can offer for their work/their salon to be featured in one of your publications? RH The best thing any hairdresser can do is make sure you put your contact details on anything you send us! It’s amazing how many people will send something in with no contact name or details so we can’t get more information. As journalists we always ask who, what, where, why and how in every story, so press releases should try to answer these basic questions. Hairdressers are very visual people and it’s always good to send in a picture with your press release as well. SG What are the criteria when sending in photographic work? RH The most important approach any hairdresser can take is to ensure that their name and salon name is on the disc as well as the covering letter – we receive a huge amount of fashion collections every week from around the world and it’s inevitable that sometimes things get separated. Images should be high res, 300dpi as JPEG or TIFF. Image wise, backgrounds should be clean and fuss-free. Unless
9
a full page is guaranteed, a messy background will detract from the hair – and that should be the main focus. We publish a selection of commercial, creative, Afro and men’s hairdressing images both full length and headshots. Our fashion pages are one of the most important parts of the magazine and we will only publish images that haven’t been published anywhere else. As our readers are the hairdressing experts, it is essential they see them first in the leading trade magazine before their clients see them elsewhere. SG How do your editorial team decide what to focus on each issue? RH Although we are weekly, we plan our editorial monthly as we are often working on more than one issue at a time. Our readers range from juniors through to salon owners, educators and session stylists so we ensure there is something for everyone. For example, our business section is aimed at those making decisions and will include legal and expert advice as well as success stories of salons around the world. Our features range from product-related stories to the latest trends, through to an insight into the minds of the world’s greatest stylists. There is so much going on in the hairdressing industry it can be hard to choose what we will feature, but we aim to include stories we believe will inspire hairdressers everywhere. Our philosophy is that HJ inspires today’s hairdresser and everything we write has to meet that expectation. If we aren’t inspired when we are writing it, chances are our readers won’t be inspired when they are reading it. SG What do you think of the Fellowship for British Hairdressing? RH The Fellowship for British Hairdressing gives salons a great platform to showcase their latest collections and techniques in a live environment. As well as seeing the biggest names in hairdressing perform on stage, there is also an opportunity for smaller salons to take to the stage too, which can be a great motivator for salon teams. SG What stands out to you? RH There really is no other industry like hairdressing and the one thing that stands out to me is the camaraderie between hairdressers. Whether it is assisting at shows, sharing the latest techniques or offering advice and help, hairdressers are generous with both their time and their money. You only have to attend a show like Salon International to see top name hairdressers talking to youngsters and offering advice. No one works harder, or are more dedicated than hairdressers and that is infectious.

NOVEMBER 2009
MET RUTH SG We publish the Annual Yearbook which includes the names and addresses of all of our members – do you, will you use it to refer to? RH There are many experts in hairdressing both creatively and in business, so it’s great to have names and contact details of salons everywhere. Magazines can often quote Londonbased hairdressers but we ensure we include hairdressers from around the UK. SG How many issues of your publication annually and where is it retailed? RH We publish 50 issues a year, every Friday. There are several ways you can get your HJ – either by subscription or through larger newsagents. SG How do you pick your cover shots? RH For a front cover there should be eye contact, a plain background and clean make-up. Hair should be well finished – no frizz or split ends please! Also think about seasons – black clothes and heavy eye make-up isn’t going to work in the middle of the summer. We have a mixture of commercial, creative, men and Afro throughout the year to represent the diversity of the market. Our covers give an insight into what else will be in the issue, so it has to be eye-catching, inspiring and exciting. SG Whose work in the hairdressing industry do you admire? RH It’s hard to say one person as there are so many fantastic people in the industry who I admire for different reasons. I admire anyone who pushes the boundaries in the imagery they create and I love it when I receive a collection which amazes me. I admire anyone who can create beautiful curls as so many hairdressers are scared of them. I love creative work but I also love people who make women look feminine and beautiful. Who doesn’t want to look like that!! SG Highlights in your Fellowship Calendar! RH Our editorial team attend so many events it’s great when people come up to us and say hello.

FELLOWSHIP L AND AWARDS Report Peter Goldsworthy
This hugely popular event was completely sold out within 2 hours of the tickets going on sale at the pre-announced time, even though luncheon organiser Chancellor Mark Creed had decided on a smaller stage set so that more tables to be installed to allow more of our members to attend. Many folk arrived early to enjoy coffee and a chat before going into The Crush Bar which once again lived up to its name as members enjoyed a pre-lunch glass of champagne. Onto the dining room where a glittering setting welcomed us with sparkling glasses and cutlery set off by black tablecloths and chairs with silver ribbons for this, the 25th year of the Luncheon and Awards. At each guests place was the new Fellowship year book, the new style booklet of all members details and a silver coloured card holder which will be so useful when swopping business cards with like minded folk. The formal proceedings presented by hairdressing’s very own ‘Ant & Dec’ namely Chancellor Mark Creed and President Steven Goldsworthy were as always, greatly appreciated by all, for do remember, this is
11
probably the only Award Ceremony in the hairdressing world where hairdressers themselves actually choose to reward other hairdressers for their professional achievements in the true spirit of Fellowship. Chairman Frank Shipton too was on exceedingly good form and in his address gave a potted history of the growth of The Fellowship since its inception in 1946 and of the luncheon since its creation by former Chancellor Mike Sherwood in 1984. Grace by Fellowship Patron of Honour Ann Herman was preceded by a short visit down Ann’s own memory lane of The Fellowship’s achievements after which the superb lunch complete with wine was enjoyed by all the 490 guests. Another unexpected highlight was the video presentation of Senior Vice President Terry Calvert from his hospital bed that started with everyone feeling so sad that he was too poorly to join us and finishing with an ending only Terry could have thought of, leaving everyone in the room laughing uproariously. So funny!! (It was great to see you at Council this week in such great form Terry, we wish you a healthy 2010)

Errol Douglas stylist Emily Hart is following in a long line of award winners and nominees with the award of the prestigious Young Hairdresser of the Year award, presented at the Clothes Show Live in Birmingham. Emily, a member of the salon art team and regular on TV and event session work for the likes of Jimmy Choo, was short listed for Junior of the Year in 2006; Errol himself rose through the ranks after being hugely successful as a young hairdresser in the likes of the F.A.M.E. Team, while Art Director Jamie Stevens, now resident hairdresser on Channel 4’s How To Look Good Naked, was also a finalist for the Young Hairdresser award 2 years ago. Emily recreated her gorgeous image on the catwalk for the grand final. Says Errol, “I’m really proud of Emily – she’s a hugely talented young hairdresser who’s set to go far.”
ᔡ Ramsay and Johnson for “Hug in a Bag” Charity Tina Pink let her hair grow for six months without a snip, trim or tidy up. (how dreadful – Editor!) Tina and Tracey Pink are both keen fund raisers and thought this up to raise money for Macmillan’s Nurses and Wigs for Kids, a charity that supplies wigs to children who have been affected by hair loss through illness or stress.
The Ramsay and Johnson staff were requested by the founders of local cancer charity, HUG (Help, Understanding and Glamour) in a Bag to entertain the 400 strong sell out crowd at their glittering annual charity ball with an eighties inspired hair and fashion show which in all raised £5000! The money raised was for the devoted Macmillan nurses at Sunderland hospital, so their dedication in caring for cancer patients may continue.
Seanhanna were given the task creating her hair into a stylish look with stylists Tasha Feal, Katie Luxton and Sandra Kenten all involved Tina was pleased with her end result and attended a Rosemary Conley Rainbow Ball gala dinner where she and Tracey continued to fundraise. In total they raised a massive £1,460.00 for the charities. An amazing achievement!
ᔡ Children in Need Well Done to all our members for supporting Children in Need this year in Fancy dress etc, you made many folk smile and have a better day and raised considerable amounts of cash too – next year why not send in your teams pictures for a special Fellowship feature.
ᔡ Young Hairdresser of the Year at Clothes Show Live!
“We love the concept of HUG in a Bag, a bag filled with feel-good items to cheer up the cancer patients and we’re delighted to have been able to donate our bespoke wigs to the cause. HUG in a Bag was formed by three very brave women who’ve undergone reconstructive surgery at our local hospital who quickly formed a firm and lasting friendship to set up a self support group for other cancer sufferers” says Neville Ramsay.

Jo’s husband and business partner (father of managing director, Joanna) died of the disease eight years ago; so it’s a charity extremely close to the hearts of the team at Jo Hansford. The cancer also hit the headlines recently when actor Patrick Swayze lost his fight with this disease. “I was so touched by the generosity of both the clients and the team” says Jo, “It’s great to see everyone pulling together for a great cause.” Editors note let us have details of your charity support for we know how generous you all are.
ᔡ Celebrations at Joshua Galvin Academy At Wella World Studio, Host Joshua Galvin had Happy Birthday sung to him and special guest Annie Humphreys co-hosted the graduation of graduates before an audience including founder of Sanrizz Tony Rizzo, Hob’s Paul Simbler, Junior Green, International Marketing Director of Vidal Sassoon, Susie Mutch and Customer Business Development Key Account Manager for Wella Paul Oscroft.
outstanding achievement amongst learners and salon owners who work with the Oxfordshire based training company. The glamorous black tie gala evening was attended by over 300 Salon owners and staff from 5 different counties. The atmosphere was fun and lively. Lee, delivered a powerful key note speech on the values of training in the hairdressing industry, citing his own experiences early in his career and stressed that salon owners have a “moral obligation” to ensure learners have the best possible training. Jamie; spoke about the Fellowship of British Hairdressers and congratulated Span on recently becoming a member. He also added how he became a member of the Fellowships F.A.M.E team and the value of setting high standards in a salon as well the importance of the Fellowship ClubStar project for young hairdressers of which he is now Ambassador. Span has 120 salons and some 350 learners on an apprenticeship programme and some of the top names in the industry were up for Awards which included: Best Salon Newcomer, Assessor of the Year, Learner of the Year, Outstanding Achievement, Achievement in Adversity and Single and Group Salon of the Year. Taking the Assessor of the year title was Tracy Goldsworthy of Goldsworthy’s and the Goldsworthy’s salons also took the Group of the Year title with Mark Antoni hotly in pursuit in second place and then taking the level trainee level three Award was ClubStar member Kelly Cook of Goldsworthy’s, a fitting reward especially as she worked backstage throughout Salon International for the Fellowship.

FRANK SHIPTON - CHAIRMAN Firstly may I thank all of you who attended the Fellows Luncheon and Awards for making it such a special one this year. Congratulations too, to our newly crowned, and most deserving, Fellowship Hairdresser of the Year, Tim Hartley, and all the other recipients honoured on that fantastic day in that gorgeous room at the Dorchester Hotel. For those of you who were unable to attend may I re-iterate my thanks to Mark Creed, the Chancellor, for all his hard work in making the whole event so successful, with grateful thanks to Gareth and his team at the Dorchester, D & A Films, and to Simon and Megan at Decisive Media for all their work on the staging etc.. This past year has seen some wonderful hairdressing at our events. From regional workshops through Masterclasses! to Salon International you, the members, have provided so much inspiration to so many. So thank you all for your amazing contribution to The Fellowship, and to British hairdressing in general.
Of course none of this would have taken place without the foresight of the Events Committee, Chaired by Peter Goldsworthy, and with the honest endeavour of our Show Co-ordinator, Ann Herman. Next year will see even more exciting events, as you will see from our calendar, and I suggest that you book your places early to avoid disappointment. If you lose your calendar then all the up to date information will be found on our website www.fellowshiphair.com which should see expansion in 2010. Showcase your collections there for the membership to see. Just send a disc of high resolution jpeg’s with full credits to the office and we will let the world see how good you are. Lastly, may I thank all of you that have helped The Fellowship in anyway possible for all your hard work and enthusiasm. True ‘Strength through Quality’, and wish all of you a very Happy Christmas and a very prosperous New Year.”
