My background is in sporting which I’ve done in many years, training individually and helping others to reach their goals which would include team work and selfmotivation. I am also interested in helping others that want a change in their life style and it will also help others develop and understanding the different life style everyone can have. My research evaluates fitness and life style which will take this to assessment practice and in a physical task which could improve

In confidence and self-aware. However, this research could help and develop in skills for whose is determine to make a change.

With an interest in this topic I have done a bit work experience and acknowledge the subject. I am currently writing a magazine to do with a charity work and doing any kind of exercise and sports, don’t have much cost then others participating. This could possibly take action at UCLAN for a charity event.

Advantages: Exercise can help prevent excess from gaining weight or help maintain weight loss. When engaging in a physical activity, can burn calories. The more active the activity, the more calories it will burn. However, taking care of health doesn’t always mean fitter but could also help by a stressful day and self-confidence, physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier, more relaxed and less anxious. May also feel better about the appearance and benefits when exercising regularly, which can boost confidence and improve self-esteem.

Eating a Healthy Diet Burning calories through exercise won’t matter if intake more in then burning it off. Monitor caloric intake and replace unhealthy foods with array of whole foods which provides essential vitamins, nutrients and fibre.

A few years ago I have attend a race called Sparta race which is held around the world and a wellknown OCR which is a running race with the additional challenge of obstacles alone the course. Spartan Race is not only based on athletes, its for everyone who just loves events like these which could motivate people to do something which they’ve probably haven’t done before and it would be an experience to boost the confidence. However doing the race could also change the person life overall. Once you do the first Spartan Race, you’re going to be hooked. These coursing are testing body strength and well-being to be able to achieve what any athletes can do.

There’s many other sporting events most famous such as football and rugby which includes active and physical movement. It’s also good to be include them because its also the best way to make friends. However, every year there’s always a marathon such as London run and Manchester run which they would do a long run which everyone can be include to support an event or a charity which is a good cause.

In the future, I hope people will join a cause that will motivate more people into doing a marathon which sometimes will give out medals to know they have achieve for a good cause.

I have encountered some skills in my research and as I continue I get more knowledge and develop more skills which can be used in the future and also to help others. Based on some research leaning about diet is about 70% of the fitness industry and 20% doing cardio and the last 10% would be lifting. I’ve learnt that eating more healthy could make a change overall a few months and could possibly change how to feel about yourself. However, not training much and not weight lifting doesn’t effect the weakness its more on the diet which can maintain muscles and strength by a healthy diet. The skills that can achieve by this is improving awareness and if you have a family it could also be used with family members
