1. Business Development & Coordination with Business Development
Department Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Identify and develop new & existing business partnership opportunities within the construction industry. Work closely with ED & BDD Director to find and develop new markets and improving sales Understand the client/Owner challenges, provide our Technical support service help client/Owner to outcome these challenges. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

2. Proposal Preparation and Coordination with Proposal Team Support in tender preparation and review the proposal for submission. Provide project experience to Tender team for the proposal preparation. Attending Tender Clarification with Proposal Team Provide market rates to the tender team for the proposal preparation. Train Leads/Engineer to involve for the tender preparation and follow through the tender process.

3. Engineering Management & Coordination with Engineering Department Involve
for
the
Engineering
design
review
during
tender
stage
and
provide
recommendation for the optimization in term of costing and constructability. Review Critical detail design to further optimize with increase the Profitability in overall. Follow up with engineering team for any Site technical related issue until proper close up. Provide Engineering/Technical Solution to meet Client/Owner’s needs. Residual engineering shall be handled by the Field engineering team Ensure final closure documents to be submitted in time

4. Client Management & Coordination Address Client/Owner’s concerns in a timely manner. Identify Client/Owner’s needs and wants Build long-term relationships with key clients Maintain high standard in safety and achieve incident free work place Meet and achieve customer satisfaction above 80% Follow up on upcoming Variation orders in project and new upcoming projects.

5. HSE Management and Coordination with Corporate HSE Department Provide full support for Corporate HSE award preparation and achievement. Encourage HSE team to implement safety programme for construction activities Review and comment on existing HSE system to improve the operation time to time. To instil ownership priority & timely manner at our culture to work safe and achieve higher quality. Guide to HSE team to ensure that adequate information and training are provided to supervisors and workers to make smooth execution at site 7
6. Quality Management and Coordination with Corporate QA/QC Department To demonstrate Quality Leadership to the project team Guide our Quality Team to fulfilling customer contract expectations in quality. Provide full support for Corporate Quality event Responsible & accountable to ensure compliance with company, client's policies and procedures Encourage Project QC team to conduct project specified training to improve project Quality and employee skill quality..

7. Procurement & Coordination with Procurement Department Discuss with Procurement team and project team to set up the strategy of procurement, set target at project initial stage and met/higher than the target after completed of the project. Maintain good relationship with Supplier and Vendor always. Review the procurement progress in regular basis and ensure inline with project overall schedule. Always looking for internal surplus material before ordering. And pass down this concept to project team as well. Communicate relevant Information regarding client’s requirement and expectations to procurement while buying products. 9
8. Construction Planning & Execution & QS Management Set Project PI (Productivity Index) with Construction team prior commence of construction. And Brief to the construction team on the PI and reporting in Smart Construction system. Looking on innovative solution to improve productivity at site Manpower & Resources Planning inline with overall project schedule and needs. Regularly to attend site visit and understand the project status. Monitoring budget and Cash flow, review with project team in regular basis and discuss how to increase project value and improve project margin. Assign QS team to track the Change Order at project. By briefing the project scope to construction team, make them fully aware what are our scope and getting more Change Order from client. Attend Project Sponsor Meeting to get feedback from Client/Owner’s on the project team performance.

9. Training and Coordination with Corporate Training Department Review and comment on the training material to make the training more effective and meet the objective. Manage and Ensuring to conduct 72 hours training programme at project site members with right training to right personnel Assign relevant person attending required training to improve the skillset. Monitor
the
performance
after
the
training
to
evaluate
the
training
effectiveness. Feedback to Corporate training team if need to improve on the training process. Arrange Supplier/Vendor training to improve the skillset on products. Arrange necessary internal & external training to the potential people. 11
10. Construction Equipment Monitoring To coordinate with REI equipment store assisting in project team for construction equipment planning and temporary site office equipment mobilization Assist in REI overall construction Tools & equipment database updating in Hilti ON track system and monitor equipment and tools availability for the project operations Coordinate with project QA/QC & HSE teams for measuring & testing equipment database update and monitor availability for project operations. Construction Vehicle's are monitoring through Fleet management.

11. Resource Planning & Innovative improvements Manpower & Resources planning inline with overall project schedule and needs. Set PI with correct crew to the work, monitor through the Smart construction. Looking at Overall REI manpower status, arrange for recruitment as per manpower demand (Include considering of potential project). Research new type of tools/equipment to improve current work process. Getting update on the regulations from Government and set up the program to adopt/utilize these changes/funds.

12. Reports Regular basis to provide report/project update to the Directors and discuss on the strategy if need to change. Ensure project team provide regular report/project updates in order to monitor the project program. Review Finance report to understand the company finance status. Ensure project team submit the monthly management report on time. Ensure project team understood the reporting channel to Corporate and Client as well.
