MX series Powered Rolling Panel To start the music, touch any key on the front panel: the rolling control panel comes into view, revealing keys for sound adjustment and source control. and ease of use. Twin Hyper Power-Drive Subwoofers (MX-J900/MX-J700) The MX-J900 and MX-J700 each present a sturdy appearance and deliver sturdy sound to go with it, reaching down to 30Hz. How? They feature a 4-way bass-reflex speaker design centered around the innovative Twin Hyper PowerDrive Subwoofers. And there is more behind its doubly rich bass sound. With the Multi-Amplifier System, the subwoofers and main speakers are driven by the separate power amplifiers— 150W/channel and 50W/channel (total 400W) with the MX-J900, and 100W/ channel and 50W/channel (total 300W)with the MX-J700, respectively. have a lightweight, elastic polyether urethane edge to help extend bass frequencies. The 6layer and 4-layer voice coils (MX-J900 and MX-J700, respectively) allow efficient driving and pure bass sound, stripped of unwanted frequencies. A weight ring is coupled to the cone diaphragm to keep bass response under tight control. Extended Super Bass Circuit (MX-J900/MX-J700) The Extended Super Bass Circuit is another JVC innovation for powerful bass. It generates harmonics of bass frequencies that are below the lowest playable frequency and adds them to the audible signals by shifting them into the audible range. The result is high-density bass sound. The boost circuit extends the lowfrequency range, and the Q Control circuit actively controls its operation, to achieve bass that remains clean and undistorted even at high volume.
First, the Bass Level Detection Circuit checks the level of low frequencies in the incoming signal and sets the optimum boosting levels. Then the Level Compensation Circuit applies the optimum amount of bass boost. You fully enjoy wide dynamic range as well as solid, rich bass from any music source—irrespective of volume level and program type. JVC Home-Theater Audio—Dolby Pro Logic with a package of five speakers (MX-J800) The MX-J800 comes complete with a center speaker and a pair of surround speakers, as well as a Dolby Pro Logic decoder, a separate amp for each channel, and front speakers. Play & Exchange 3-CD changer The 3-disc changer comes with three separate trays: conveniently, you can pull out trays not currently in use and put in new discs without stopping music. MOS FET amplifier in discrete configuration MOS FETs (Metal-Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistors) provide higher linearity, better thermal stability and lower drive currents than common bipolar
transistors. Because the use of MOS FET allows the elimination of a drive stage and a much simpler circuit configuration, the compact MOS FET amp lets you enjoy clear, pure sound.
1-bit P.E.M. D.D. Converter JVC’s 1-bit P.E.M. D.D. Converter features accurate, high-precision D/A conversion. The VANS 4th-order noise shaper reduces quantization noise to a negligible level. A pair of P.E.M. DACs improve resolution by four times, ensuring the high signal-tonoise ratio, while a simple low-pass filter offers superior frequency and phase responses.

The TH-A10 is a simple, stylish all-inclusive digital theater system complete with a DVD Video player and a Dolby Digital/DTS surround decoder. Having your dream home theater is now much simpler than you think. Simple operation The DVD Video player, Dolby Digital/DTS decoder, control functions and AM/FM tuner are all incorporated in a stylish, low-profile unit. Two remotes are included—an illuminated full-function multi-brand remote and a simple remote. GUI (Graphical User Interface) through OSD (On-Screen Display) allows step-by-step instructions on operation.
Easy connections All six amplifiers for front, center, rear and subwoofer channels are housed in the subwoofer enclosure. It takes just a single cable to
connect the subwoofer to the center control unit. Speaker cables are supplied with mini plugs for one touch connection.
Satellite/subwoofer system—five satellites with a powered subwoofer Front, center and rear speakers are bookend-sized so they may be easily set up wherever convenient. The KABOOM BOX comes with two Super Woofers and two 33 /16” (8cm) full-range units— a total of four speakers. And there are two amps for the full-range units and another two exclusively for the dual woofers, delivering total power output of 52 watts. Using the Super Woofer volume control, you can adjust deep bass to your liking.
Play the guitarist— a built-in guitar amp with rhythm machine (RV-DP100)
Brush up your guitar-strumming skills or play duets with your favorite musician on CD or cassette. The RV-DP100 features a built-in guitar amp to let you rock with the greatest. Two standard input jacks accept the plugs of your guitar and your vocal mic, each with its own level control. There’s no rhythm you can’t jam along with as you master your chords. The RV-DP100 comes with 36 rhythms you can choose from— ranging from classic 8 beat to funk and rap.
Have a good time playing the DJ you’ve always wanted to be! The RV-DP100 features a 4-drum pad with five different combinations called standard, percussions, voice, etc.—20 sound samples in all. The scratch jog offers two types of effects simulating a stylus scratching the surface of an analog record.
Long labyrinth ducts (RV-B550)
The sound from the rear is routed through long, winding labyrinth ducts to extend the frequency response down to the lowest frequencies. This is another JVC approach to delivering a big sound from a small package.
Super Exciter Bass Circuit (RV-DP100)
This is a compressor circuit that achieves deep, rich bass. It works by shifting inaudibly low frequencies into an audible, higher frequency range and adding them to the original sound, with the audible sounds boosted.
ACS (Active Clear Sound) ACS actively controls high frequencies to prevent deterioration of the signal-to-noise ratio and improve clarity for better balance with deep lows. The circuit delivers balanced response over the entire audible range by activating only when a high-frequency signal occurs.

High-Speed Pickup Servo: When mistracking occurs, the High-Speed Servo moves the pickup quickly back to its original position.
Anti-Shock Protection 40-Second Shockproof Memory: The one-chip IC combines 40-second memory with the “defrag” LSI. When a jolt causes pickup mistracking, the memory stores the music in fragments. The LSI then “defrags” the music and sends it out in the correct order to the D/A converter—your music is proof against shocks.
