Paul Jimenez has been in residential real estate for over 10 years and has always been one of the top producers at Urbanista Brokers, a full service unique local brokerage in the heart of Urban downtown Orlando. Jimenez is an accomplished Orlando, Florida agent who brings a fun and energized, yet personal approach to the homebuying, selling and rental process.
Paul was born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia. He attended Old Dominion University where he received a full wrestling scholarship. He graduated with a bachelors degree in sports management and a minor in marketing. Paul points out his inspiration from his mother, Juanita Jimenez, who is now a retired Realtor. He always observed his mother’s hard work and her high energy characteristics. Her clients were always happy with her services. Paul has also inherited this trait, as he truly has a passion for connecting with people and having the ability to make his clients feel at ease. His personality leads him to easily make friends with his clients once the transaction is completed. He’s compassionate and highly involved with his Orlando community, is a member of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce and enjoys attending numerous charity events to give back to his community and help those who are in need.
When Paul isn’t on the real estate scene you can find him relaxing in his downtown high-rise loft, enjoying one of the many Florida beaches, spending time with family and friends or at Disney World!

These professionals are not included on the list unless their score is statistically valid.
Determination of Award Winners
Professionals who satisfied each of the following objective criteria were named a 2017 Orlando Five Star Real Estate Agent, Five Star Mortgage Professional or Five Star Home/Auto Insurance Professional: Evaluation Criteria: 1.
