"First I would like to start off by saying 5 Stars is not enough for Joe and Chris Ferzoco and their team. Joe came to our initial meeting well prepared and very knowledgeable of the property I was selling. Joe arranged for their photographer to come and take pictures of the house. The pictures were amazing. Christopher Ferzoco keep me up to date on their website I knew the views on the house, feed back, any showings. It was great to know what was going on, you are never in the dark! If you have any questions or concerns they are right there to assist you no matter day, night, weekend via phone or Email. Their closing agent Mary was also impeccable she kept me up to date with the closing on the house. She made that transition great. If you needed help she was right their to help. No questions asked!! This was the greatest experience I had and if I every need a realtor this is the one I will use!"
"Best marketing strategy I have seen to date. We had gone with 5 other realtors and were extremely discouraged. When our last listing ran out I thought no more realtors then Joe called and I kept putting him off all sorts of family problems were happening around us. He was polite but persistent so I finally gave in. What he was able to accomplish in 3 weeks was nothing short of amazing, not only did we sell our house but we had a bidding war and got over our asking price.
