OVERVIEW Our Behavior-Based Material Handling Equipment Safety Operations Training accredited by the American Petroleum Institute and adopted by GForce Forklift Training is an international approach to safety that focuses on safe and unsafe behaviors of staff in the workplace. Its aim is to identify, influence, and change the unsafe behaviors that exist in the workplace, or reinforces the safe behaviors already established. Common Forklift Operations Training only conveys Safety Compliance Rules and Dos & Don’ts. However, if behavior change is not conducted operators revert to their old practices after the training thus resulting in Zero ROI on the training investments. Accidents will continue to occur, causing damage to the quality of products, equipment, downtime, shipment delay, injuries and even fatalities due to such incidents. The end result is buyer lose faith in our Malaysian manufacturers.

G-Force Forklift Training’s effective learning methodology which runs on the 7 Adult Learning Principle, FARMMOP (Feedback Learning, Active Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Multiple Sense Learning, Meaningful Material Learning, Overlearning, Primary & Recency Learning), plays an important key in ensuring the objectives of BehaviorBased Safety being imparted onto Forklift Operators G-Force Behavior-Based MHE Safety Operations Training goes beyond common Forklift Safety Training, by integrating the latest behavioral research findings with a person-focused approach. The system teaches four critical skills – Acting, Coaching, Thinking and Seeing. When operators master all of the skills, they become responsible for their own and co-workers safety.

 To deliver a good understanding for new recruits as well as veteran drivers on the principles of safe forklift operation, the types and its operation procedures.  To emphasize on safety awareness towards workplace hazards which arise from the use of forklift in accordance with the legal safety requirements under OSHA 1994 (Act 514) standard.  To train and reveal the important issues that involves truck driving such as machines and technical knowledge, handling skills and the correct operational attitudes.  To assist operators in enable them to identify and avoiding risk from surrounding people and the safeguard of fixed assets and goods lifted.  To motivate operators to become well trained operators to perform better thus contributing in reducing the risk of damage to goods, equipment and human.  To produce a highly skilled forklift operators with safety practice to become the most valuable asset for the company’s mission.
