GROUPS’19 Important Information: · PROFFESSORS · TUTORS · MONITORS, will receive upon arrival, the necessary information in regards to facilities, services, service hours and schedules from every outlet. It is strongly advised to meeting the estaurant Manager or ith the Chef to confirm schedules and locations for meals. Food allergies, restrictions or particular needs from any guest should as well be informed during the meeting. · ECOTAX: as of 2018, the mandatory local tax applied by the Balearic government is of €2,20 per person per day. This tax applies for individuals over or equal to 16 years old. Payment should be made upon arrival · DEPOSIT: A deposit in cash of 20.00 Euros is mandatory upon arrival. This deposit shall be refunded at checkout, provided no incidents or damages occured. This amount applies equally to every group member. · APARTMENT DISTRIBUTION: Rates are granted for multiple occupants in a room. NO room block or amount of rooms shall be confirmed. Apartments are distributed by sex. · Neither buildings nor floors are guaranteed for groups. The establishment will do its utmost effort to assign the apartments as close to each other as possible. · Every guest should provide their documentation upon arrival. · Check-in time is at 15.00 hrs. The establishment has a luggage storage room. · Checkout time is at 12.00 hrs. GROUPS’19 Frequently asked questions: ¿When do I get my reservation confirmed? The moment payment is received. Thereafter, a proforma invoice shall be sent by the hotel The final official invoice will be sent after the group has checked out. ¿What is the deadline for paying a group reservation? Up to 15 days before the first reservation from the group arrives. In case no payment is received, the reservation is cancelled automatically. A group member cannot travel. Is there any refund applicable? Cancellations are admitted from individuals seven days before the group check-in date. No cancellation is accepted after this period and therefore no refunds will be made. ¿Who must pay for the Ecotax? Every guest whose age, upon arrival, is 16 years or older. ¿How much do I have to pay for the Ecotax? On 2018, 2.20 euros/per person per day. The Balearic Government might change the amount for 2019. ¿Can a group reservation have more than one board? NO, our rates are granted on the basis of a unique board for throughout the stay. Some extra services are offered and sold separately. ¿What kind of apartment will the occupants have? Depends on the rate, could be a one or a two bedroom apartment. ¿Can a specific building or room be booked? NO ¿Can the room assignment be sent to the teachers? NO, since the room assignment is subject to change by the hotel. A final roominglist will be handed to the teachers or tutors upon arrival. The establishment will make its best effort to assign the room as close as possible to each other. My group's flight / ship arrives early in the morning. Can the group check into the apartments early? Check-in time is at 15.00 hours. If available upon arrival, some or every guest will check into the apartments. Otherwise, a storage room for luggage is available on premises. My group's flight / ship departs late, ¿can the apartments be occupied until needed? Checkout limit is at 12.00 hours. The three meals are Buffet, International food is served. Can a special area for my group be reserved in the restaurant? Upon arrival, teachers or tutors are encouraged to meet with the relevant staff in order to plan meal times and locations in the restaurant specially for the group. Is there a gluten-free or any other menu for food allergies? Yes. This is the reason teachers or tutors are encouraged to meet with the relevant staff, in order to prepare for any special requirement group members might have. ¿Are food and beverages included in breakfast and dinner? Yes. Dispenser drinks: water and soft drinks for under-aged participants, wine and beer for the adults are available. ¿Can the group have a picnic / takeaway food for an excursion or for departure day?
