The COVId-19 pandemic has triggered the worst job crisis ever but HRIDTECH played a significant role in reducing unemployment in the industry and served as a gateway to the public for job prospects. Technology has played a huge role in making this pandemic more bearable. It has been the pillar of the organization and enabled

collaborating with new ways to fill job requirements of the clients. The crisis did not have any impact on the work schedules and the company’s growth as well. In fact, we saw it as an opportunity to accelerate transformation and introduced new ways of working. However, working remotely was a hindrance to team work. Now that the restrictions have eased, I really prefer working from office as it creates deeper connections within the team. Discussionsand meetings are convenient as we can share our thoughts on how to tackle any problems if any. Hridtech has indeed provided a plenty of opportunities for my personal and professional growth and it will surely help me realise my career goals in the days to come.

Evolution of the HRM Human Resource Management (HRM) is relatively a very recent term considered for managing human resources in an organization. The term Human resource Management saw a major evolution after 1850 and the advent of the Industrial revolution was a boon. It was generated because of the realization of the employees’ value. Human Resource is the core in managing the relationship between the employee and employers. In order to have an effective and efficient work place, HR plays an important role in managing company’s growth. The

The Impact of AI on recruitment :

Most recruiters are very busy people. In that regard, the more tedious, time-consuming tasks that can be automated, the better. Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning are changing business practices and workplaces tremendously. In the Corporate World, with a normal job attracting three to four hundred profiles, it will be increasingly difficult for the HR division to manually identify ideal job candidates . Here, AI plays an effective transformative role. It refines the search , speeds up the hiring process with intelligent candidate evaluation and scrutiny. Further AI can remove interviewer bias which mean all prospective candidate gets equal opportunities . In conclusion, between the search for great candidates, the time needed to conduct interviews and the challenge in hiring top-tier employees, recruiting is very resourceintensive. Many organisations already rely on AI to assist HR in the lengthy hiring process. From résumé screening to interviews, AI can surely help limit the amount of time it takes to narrow down the pool of job seekers.
