MY PHYSICAL SELF There's a saying that "Nothing is permanent," and I agree with that quote. As we old, we go through a lot of changes in our faces and body. As you can see in the pictures below, my body has changed. I lose weight because of the things I am doing to improve my physical aspect. I ate healthy foods and did exercises to achieve my weight goal. I developed my physical self and self-confidence because of that.
MY SPIRITUAL SELF It is significant if you're spiritually aware because it helps us reflect and know our purposes in life. Connect yourself with our almighty God, trust, and surrender all to him. Always pray and ask for guidance on the path you're taking. Ask for forgiveness for all the sins you've done, and thank him for the blessings he gave to us.
MY SOCIAL SELF I'm a quiet type of person when I'm with people who are not close to me. I know how to socialize with others, and I'm jolly and playful when I'm with my family and close friends. I have my Junior and Senior High School friends. We still communicate and see each other. Now that I'm at the tertiary level, I found my new college friends. However, some of them have already dropped out, but we still keep in touch. They helped me to become a better version of myself.
MY SOCIO-DIGITAL SELF Social media helps me in a lot of things, like communicating with my family and friends that are away from me. It helps me to interact with different people, discover their cultures, and learn their language. However, I'm a private person, I limit what I share on social media like personal information about me. I only connect and be friends with the people I know.
MY MATERIAL SELF I'm spoiling myself with the material things that I afford to purchase. I'm saving the money that my parents give to me. I'm buying the things that I want like clothes and food.
MY MENTAL SELF I'm mentally healthy, and I know how to cope with the challenges I am facing in my life. If I'm stressed in life, I'm taking a break, do what I love, and eat my comfort foods.
MY EMOTIONAL SELF When it comes to my emotional self, I'm very sensitive. I easily cry because I'm a soft-hearted person. When I am mad, I'm keeping my emotions to myself and will not speak up. I don't want to hurt them because when you're mad, you are no longer aware of the words you are saying.
Dear future self, whatever challenges you'll face in life, don't give up. Achieve your goals and be happy. Always keep your feet on the ground.
