Delivery service (Washington metro area) Flagstone, slate - add $.30 per sq. ft. to the picked up price - minimum order is 300 square feet Bulk material - add $20.00 per ton to the picked up price – minimum order is eight ( 8 ) tons Pallet or Super Sak delivery - $75.00 for the first pallet, $20.00 for each additional pallet or Super Sak, $95.00 minimum
Fuel Surcharge may apply - Delivery to other areas quoted upon request. Please note : The policy of Tri-State Stone is Curb Delivery Only. Requests for other types of delivery will be handled on a case by case basis, and, if we cannot fulfill your request, you must be able to take delivery at the curb or you will be responsible for the delivery charges. This includes requests for alley delivery. Remember that issues beyond our control, such as parked cars, overhanging limbs or utility wires, actual size or layout of street or alley, are just that – beyond our control. Our drivers are professionals and will do their best to fulfill your delivery requests, but the final decision, for reasons of safety, is up to the driver. You may be requested to sign a release of liability for us to travel beyond the curb. Consignee assumes all responsibility for any and all damages if anything beyond curb delivery is requested. Decision to proceed beyond normal curb delivery is at the sole discretion of Tri-State Stone & Building Supply, Inc. and/or its agent(s).
