TERMS & CONDITIONS
MINIMUMS: The minimum order for all options in this portfolio is 25. Orders of less than 25 will be subject to availability and possible surcharges. For orders over 50, volume discounts may apply. PRICING and AVAILABILITY: The prices in this portfolio are based on product availability and pricing at the time of publication. Branded items include one-color, one-location imprinting, additional colors/options may incur additional costs. Pricing and availability are subject to change from vendors without notice until final orders are placed. PAYMENT: Upon contracting, an 85% deposit is required. Work will not commence until the deposit is received. The remaining balance will be invoiced post-mailing and is due upon receipt. A 3% discount will be applied for a check, ACH, or wire transfer payment. LEAD TIME: A minimum of 5 weeks lead time is required from receiving the signed contract and deposit to the target mail date. Should you elect to change the cultivated items presented, additional lead time may be needed. If less than 5 weeks before the mailing, rush charges may apply. If promotional items are being provided directly by you, they must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to your mail date, or rush charges may apply. SHIPPING: Shipment of boxes may begin up to three weeks before the conference start date. Pricing is based on UPS domestic ground shipping at the time of publication and is subject to change without notice. If expedited or international shipping is required or the carrier imposes a holiday surcharge, additional charges will apply. International shipments require a $10 per box surcharge. JR Global Events is not responsible for carrier shipping delays. CANCELATIONS: Upon receiving the signed agreement and deposit payment, JR Global Events will begin ordering the products. Cancelations made within 5 days of signing, the client is responsible for all costs associated with items that have been secured. Cancelations after 5 days of contracting will require full payment.
