Self Cleaning
Cooking may be a pleasure, but cleaning the oven is a chore. Hotpoint ovens offer a number of cleaning programmes, making it so easy you don’t have to worry about this task, and you won’t need any chemical detergents.
PYROLYTIC SELF-CLEANING The oven that safely cleans itself so you don’t have to. A special programme that safely locks the door and heats up to 500°C to burn off any fat and grease, leaving just a small pile of ash. And, at just a few pence per cycle, it’ll save you money in oven cleaners and gloves!
MULTIFLOW TECHNOLOGY
CATALYTIC CLEANING
Perfectly even cooking results. A new convection system that creates an enveloping heat flow for optimal heat distribution throughout the oven. This ensures consistently even cooking for perfectly served dishes every time.
The self-cleaning system guarantees perfect results with no effort and no detergents. The inside walls of the oven are covered by special panels treated with microporous enamel that, through a catalytic oxidation process, captures the grease evaporated during the cooking process.

HYDRO CLEAN
Precision control at your fingertips. Intelligent temperature sensors minimise temperature swings to give precise and consistent temperature control to within 2 degrees for the best cooking results.
Hydro Clean is a technology that uses the strength of steam to clean the oven without requiring detergents. The entire oven has a special coating with cleaning properties, that are activated during the steam clean cycle. The cycle reaches a temperature of 90° and lasts just 35 minutes. Simply clean the interior of the oven and the door with a damp cloth at the end of the cycle for sparkling clean results.
TAILORED PROGRAMMES A selection of semi-automatic programmes which recommend cooking parameters and guide you in choosing the ideal temperatures and shelf positioning for the dish you are preparing – you can then tailor the temperature and time settings to suit your own preferences.
