Internet Explorer Browser - Delete Cookies Overview The information below can help to resolve a wide range of issues that can occur on our website when using Internet Explorer version 6 or later. Cookies are small text files that websites place on your computer to remember you the next time you visit that site. These cookies help us recognise you when you log in and remember information such as your preferred language and odds format even when you are not logged into your account. In some instances, website access issues can be resolved by deleting the existing cookie. 1b) This will open the ‘Internet Options’ window.

In the ‘Temporary Internet Files’ section select the ‘Delete Cookies’ button.

In the ‘Browsing history’ section select the ‘Delete’ button.

You will then receive the below pop up. Once you select ‘Ok’ the Cookies will begin clearing from your browser.

You will then receive the below pop up. Once you select ‘Yes’ the Cookies will begin clearing from your browser.

In the ‘Browsing history’ section select the ‘Delete’ button.

You will then receive the below pop up. Tick the ‘Cookies’ option and ensure that ‘Preserve Favourites website data’ is unticked. Then select the ‘Delete’ button which will begin clearing the Cookies from your browser.
