Providing learners with authentic experiences and background knowledge on the topics they are reading gives them a head start on reading comprehension. Stories by giving link from youtube videos related with the given stories. Annotation: Weekly Home Learning Plan(WHLP) is a tool which is to guide me and for the benefits of my learners and their studies and serves as facilitators or partners in tracking the subjects areas to be tackled and activities to perform at home.

Annotation: This is my lesson exemplar .. A lesson exemplar is much detailed lesson plan compared to weekly home learning plan. This being done in weekly basis. Annotation: During the Classroom Observation demonstration teaching alignment of the outcomes and the learning objectives were clearly emphasized. All the activities and tasks done is there and answer to the given objective.

Name of Artifact: Professional Standard | Strand: 7.4 Professional reflection and learning to improve practice LDM or Learning Delivery Modality Course which Tasked me to collect various artifacts or means of verification truly reflect my abilities and achievement as a public-school teacher. LDM help me to track, assess and evaluate my performance as a teacher of modular distance learning. LDM allows me to track all the learning resources I have made and remind me of those sleepless night when I am making those activity sheets for my pupils.. LDM allows me to assess where I am right now and what comes next. It reveals the development of my skills in preparing educational resources as well as responding and addressing to the needs of my pupils, their parents, my colleagues and myself. Lastly LDM helped me evaluate my performance and judge the value of my work. It gives me the idea of how immersed I am in giving service and education and how religiously I attend to my job as a teacher. And I can really say that experience is a good teacher.

Annotation: Base on my reflection it shows that I have a meaningful experiences of the things to improve my abilities and weaknesses. And as an educator it is important that all things are properly documented. It is really a challenge to give my learners the quality education they deserve in spite of this Pandemic and improve our teaching skills to adopt to the new normal.

Annotation: I created a group chat and ask the parents cellphone number to give my instruction, lessons to study, get the module follow – up and feedbacks on how their children learned the task and lessons and to monitor their progress and home visitation.

Annotation: One of the heart-wrenching experience in this new normal is the distribution of modules to parents. I nave heard so many touching stories on how the parents struggle to submit outputs due to lockdown or that they have no means to pay their transportation.
