editor’s note W
e have recognized a gap in the market when it came to employment opportunities. The right career opportunities were not reaching the Namibian public holistically, as-well as the right candidate for vacancies were not being connected.
C
urrently the newspapers dominate the market for advertising employment, but not all employment opportunities are advertised here. Some are only advertised on various social media platforms or other websites. Job seekers are not always there at the right moment to see these fleeting advertised vacancies or can’t afford to go search for jobs Online or buy the newspaper.
