All figures above exclude delivery, which can be provided for an extra over cost, to suit offload requirements. All prices are based on the sizes and spec shown, bespoke sized projects can be provided, please contact NE pods for a bespoke quotation. Please note all PVC Gutter and cladding is supplied in 5m lengths to be cut to size on site by the customer The above costings are based on a suitable base construction is provided by the customer to install the Pod structure. Please contact NE Pods for guidance. All prices exclude install of structure. The term “flat pack” for the roof and ceiling structure, means the light gauge steel SFS will be supplied in loose lengths which are pre-cut, dimpled, with service hole punches and bundled, ready to be built into a frame in-situ on site.

Delivery is provided as an extra over cost of £250.00 + vat to any North East Postcode and delivery is based on deliveries of a 17t Rigid vehicle, Hi-abs, Moffat vehicles, and vehicles with posts and rails can be provided for an extra over value. Please enquire for project specific costs.

Design

Design of the modules is included, for the SFS elements for the default pod-1 design – This is limited to 2d panel drawings for manufacture Engineering of the module is included for the default NE POD-2 design, based on a standard location and wind load. Project/location specific engineering can be provided on request for a small fee. Full detailed design/ drawings and calculations for planning or Building Regulation submittal are excluded.

Below is the range of external finishes available for the NE POD-2 to suit arrange of aesthetic requirements and budgets.

External Cladding is Eurocell – Coastline and there are no additional costs for the different colour options; or there is Redwood Timber Shiplap.

UPVC Windows , doors and rain water goods are priced in white as standard in the default offer. Costs for Anthracite Grey options have been provided.

There are 3 roof covering cost options available.

•

All external sheathing board is specified as Siniat Weather Defence, all internal plasterboard is specified as EOS 15mm Frameboard and the roof is covered with minimum 18mm OSB/3. This is for structural and warranty purposes.

•

Soffit and facia boards, Guttering, cladding are supplied in 5m lengths to be cut to size on site.

Prices are held and open for acceptance until 30th November 2020 and are based on materials delivered within 3 months of order. Should the price of raw materials increase in this period we reserve the right to pass this on.
