All Walton Press Employees,

We will have our Insurance Benefit Open Enrollment on Tuesday, December 8th, 2020. Bruce Shaw of Holmes-Shaw Agency will be here with his team and our carrier representatives to present our Insurance Benefit Package for 2021. Bruce Kelly will also give a short presentation and answer any questions about 401 K. •

We will have two presentations, 6AM, 1st shift & 3rd shift / 2PM, 2nd shift & Office. Danny Brown will set up an area for the presentations and registrations in the plant production area.

In order to have our coverage in place in a timely manner, Mr. Shaw’s team and the benefit company representatives will be available to assist in completing the applications at the end of the presentation.

EVERYONE CURRENTLY EMPLOYED SHOULD ATTEND ONE OF THE MEETINGS. All employees that do not choose to take Medical coverage will need to sign a “Waive Coverage” document at that time.

Those that are enrolling for the first time or those wishing to make changes, add, or delete coverage should have the below inf0rmation: ➢ Your current information, current address, social security number, etc. ➢ Those that need family coverage should make sure you have the date of birth and social security number of all your dependents. ➢ You should also know the address, social security number, and date of birth of your beneficiary for your life insurance.
