Okay great! Your candidate is placed! Now what? Let’s follow up with them to ensure we are practicing the best candidate care we can! Week one: Day one
How to log it In:
Text/call/email your candidate and wish them good luck, see if they need anything else! Check in on them 😊

Call your client some point this week! How are their initial impressions of the candidate? How are things going?

Week 2: At some point this week call your candidate and book in a time for next week to see them for your champagne drop.
Candidate congratulations card goes in the mail Call your client! How is your candidate doing? Anything you need to be aware of? Can you book a visit with them for next week when you’re doing your candidate gift drop?
Week 3: Champagne Drops! You would have arranged this in week 2. PLEASE get a picture with them if you can for our social media How to log it: Appointment Type: Candidate placement visit Note Action: Gift Drop Add Placement Reference Number
Client Visit
How to log it:
How are things going? Any concerns? Do you have the most up to date WHS site check? What else can you get out of this visit?

Week 4: One day in Week 4 One day in Week 4 – call your client! One month in! How is it all? The process is going well? How can you help in any way?
Call and catch up and see how your candidate is doing. Are they comfortable? How is the role? How is the client treating them? Can they see themselves there for long term?
Month 2/3/4/5/6 etc: Candidate care is something we take very seriously, and the long-term relationships can lead to many good referrals, new clients, networking, etc. You never know what might come out of these calls/follow ups!

Call and catch up and see how your candidate is doing. Maybe meet for a coffee or lunch and have a chat? See if you can swing by and visit them one day! Keep the lines of communication open! You never know what might come out of it.
Call you client for a catch up. See how everything is going with your candidate? Do they need anything else from you? Do they want to catch up over a wine? Coffee? Lunch? This is a great way to maintain relationships and potential future business
