Tube Manipulation Customer piping data is imported into SolidWorks, and processed by bespoke TT PipeFab software for maximum accuracy and consistency. Precise tube manipulation with zero bend deformation is achieved with retractable internal mandrels. Tube forming capacity: 6mm - 42mm OD x 6 M Laser guide saw cutting, deburring, flaring and cutting ring assembly. Ends formed to international standards

Automation of the latest technologies, and permanent process inspections, ensure all products are continually produced to the desired VOSS quality standards. 100% crack tested material, close cooperation with audited partners, FEM analysis, and additional state of the art lab testing, and control across all production processes. Specific attention is put on the avoidance of thread damage, starting during production at VOSS, and continuing through assembly, kitting and delivery, at DistagQCS.

With its innovative design, VOSSForm��� is based on proven and reliable VOSS design principles. A contour is formed on the end of the commercially available hydraulic tube using the VOSS forming unit. Supplemented with a soft seal in the secondary area and the SQR nut, a simple and superior quality connection is created which provides maximum resilience and reliability.

Swage & Interlock Fittings Full range of 2 piece Swage fittings that exceed the industry standards (SAE, DIN, EN, IS0) Interlock fittings are used for Ultra high pressure systems, under extreme impulse conditions. All fittings include a range of terminations comprising of BSP, SAE, JIC, DIN, & ORFS All fittings are surface plated against corrosion, with an ecological Zinc Nickel Plating, plus extra coating, hence giving a minimum of 720 hours corrosion resistance to red rust as per ISO 9227

Hose Protection Fire Protection Protect against severe burns from molten metal splash, weld splatter and intermittent flame. Also helps reduce heat energy loss and environmental over heating from hot hoses. Adaptors A comprehensive range of hydraulic adaptors can be supplied to suit many various combinations. Constructed of steel and/or stainless steel, adaptors will allow you to conveniently adapt your couplings to meet applications beyond your normal coupling stock. Terminations include: BSP, JIC, SAE, Metric, ORFS & NPT. Sizes range from 1/8” to 2”
Tube & Hose Clamps Tube & Hose Clamps available in single, twin & heavy duty series. Can be supplied in Polypropylene, Polyamide 6, Solid Rubber & Aluminium. U-Bolt Clamps are available in galvanized mild steel & stainless steel complete with clamp saddles in Polypropylene. Size range: from 6mm to 102mm diameter.
