My name is Syahrul Ramadhan Mappe but usually, most of people call me with my last name. Currently, I’m a visual communication design student at Binus University. I was born in Gorontalo 22 November 2000 and grow bigger there. I have a lot interest in art since I was a child, I start doing stuff like drawing on a wall, and coloring my home floor. When I start getting older I realized my passion in Graphic Design, Photography or Videography and more about creative stuff so I went to Binus University and begin my college in Creative Advertising. After two years of college, now I’m set up to explore and learn further about the creative industry with my sufficiently knowledge and experience as a designer.

melankolia Music Event Assignment 2019

melankolia is an Indie-genre Music Event which was held by Tokopedia on February 14, 2020, located in Orchid Forest Cikole, Lembang with special performers; Figura Renata, Fiersa Besari, Efek Rumah Kaca. melankolia, which means "Sadness and Despair" is the main basis for why this event is called melankolia, because the Indie Music. Which is currently known as ballad / mellow music, music that has complicated lyrics but has so much deep meanings in it. With melankolia, I hope those who lives full of despair ( Sobat Ambyar ) can unite and enjoy the music that can bring them back to realize themselves, forget their problems for a moment and humanize one another.

melankolia adopts unusual colors, with a combination of Gloomy colors including Gray, Dark Red for the logo, Green, Yellow, and Navy as the main sponsor, Tokopedia. With an unusual color, I can interpret melankolia as something different from the others, because here we are, being who we really are is a fun thing. and hope that with melankolia, according to Tokopedia's vision "Where anyone can start and find anything" after listening to the Indie music that is presented.

IbuPintar Mobile Application Assignment 2020

IbuPintar is a mobile application that is targeted to young millenial mothers, especially those who located in urban or sub-urban areas and those who still lack of caring knowledge, pregnancy products / equipment for mothers, and also their babies.

This application can provide access to quickly and instantly purchasing product, and also articles that suitable for young millenial mothers to provide important knowledge of the health and needs of babies.

IbuPintar uses several elements in the logo, combining the letter “IP” with the shopping cart symbol, which means that this application is an application where young millenial mothers can buy necessities for their babies.

And also take light blue and ivory white as the color palette where light blue means tranquility and ivory white means purity.

Kooja Branding Assignment 2020

Kooja is a premium health drink produced by Bumikelana, an imaginary company engaged in local herbal drinks. Packaged in 500ml bottles (Family Pack) made from the best quality turmeric, ginger and almond milk.

Bumikelana wants to promote Kooja to the market world accompanied by the times. Therefore, digital media is the focus for Kooja's promotional media. The Kooja campaign is carried out with several digital media as their main platform. The media platforms that will be used are Spotify and Instagram.

The logo applies elements of the local culture; Candi pattern in the Java area, which is famous for its many herbal mixers. And a modern touch with colorful colors that are easily accepted by all ages and circles.

Ridho Water Drinking Water Refill Depot Personal Project 2020

Ridho Water is industrial businesses that process raw water into drinking water and sell directly to consumers. In principle, the water treatment process at drinking water depots is filtration (filtering) and disinfection.

In this project, I had the opportunity to rebrand one of the drinking water refill depot businesses in Gorontalo, Ridho Water. Start from making the logo, and some promotion medium such as; Flyer, Folded brochure, Display poster, Business card, Banner, and Signpost.

Soothing

This brand implement two elements, which the water droplets symbol, and the letter “R” for the Ridho Water itself. And for the color ( Steel blue, Deep blue ) that the brand adapt also have two meaning which is; Soothing and Trustworthy which means that this brand provide clean and healthy water with no doubt.
