Privacy Notice General Data Protection Regulation: May 2018 This Privacy Statement sets out the basis on which any personal data that we hold will be processed and treated by us. 1. Purpose for processing data: As a furniture and interior design company we may sometimes need to process your data in order to pursue our legitimate business interests; for example to send out the occasional newsletter to keep you up to date with our products and upcoming events, or to provide you with our latest catalogue and prices. 2. Source of data: We have been building our email list since 2010 when we first began to exhibit our furniture at trade shows. Consequently the information that we hold has been provided by you; we may have worked with you and your company on a project, we may have met you at a trade show or a networking event, you may have requested product information and or prices from us or you may have subscribed to our newsletter. 3. The information we hold: This may include one or all of the following: Company Name, Contact Name, Address, E-mail Address and Telephone number. 4. Right to withdraw: We collect and process the data described in Point 3, in order to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. 5. Data retention period: We will store your data only as long as legitimately necessary to provide information on our products and services via our newsletter and email correspondence. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter list at any time using the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the page or by emailing us at: [email protected] 6. Recipients of data: Our newsletters are sent out via MailChimp, This account is password protected and the newsletters always include an 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the page. Therefore, you can unsubscribe at any time and your address will be removed from the list. Your information is used only for the purposes described in Point 1: we won't pass on or sell your information to anyone else. 7. Rights: You have the right to request access, rectification and erasure of your personal data at any time.
