Retraining o Ask the program or machine they need help with o Ask if they have been trained before by a specific technician and if they want to be trained by the same tech again o Transfer call or set schedule with tech as necessary Printing service o Get the full name of the client, contact number and/or email o Ask them what needs to be printed on what, and how many pieces o Tell client info will then be forwarded to TeePee for faster transaction (to be received by Ma’am Nikki/ Sir Charlie) o Inform them that project has been endorsed and that a call or text will be sent once project is confirmed by Tee Pee Tech Support o Ask for their name, business name, and call back number o Ask for the machine they are having issues with  Get them to detail the problem  Is it under warranty  When was it purchased  How long has the problem been occurring o Ask if they have been assisted by someone before.  If yes, • Tell client that you will forward the report you just made to the technician who is assigned to them. • Transfer call or tech will proceed to call within a given time frame  If not: • Tell the client they are to be transferred to a technician  If tech is unavailable, tell client you have made a report and a technician should call them back shortly (10-15 minutes)
