Eric “Woody” Woodward is a San Jose native with over thirty-five years of experience and knowledge in the community. Prior to founding Silicon Valley Residential Realty, Woody co-founded and grew Short Circuit, a San Jose-based electronics repair facility, into the second largest repair facility for Nissan and Infiniti automobiles nationwide. He then transitioned his entrepreneurial pursuits to real estate and quickly became a top producer for a leading real estate brokerage in the South Bay.
Tony Sum is a real estate broker and the designated broker of record for Silicon Valley Residential Realty. Tony’s attention to detail and dedication to thoroughness make him an outstanding real estate professional. He is also an attorney licensed in the state of California. Prior to founding Silicon Valley Residential Realty, Tony practiced law in Manhattan Beach and Oakland. Tony’s primary practice areas included business litigation, real estate, construction, and corporate law.
Woody is dedicated to his profession and to his clients. His extensive involvement in the community provides him with a deep and broad range of knowledge of the area in which he serves. Woody’s willingness to provide his clients with the best service is unsurpassed.
His extensive experience as a transactional and litigation attorney provides him with an edge in negotiations and contract drafting. Tony attended UC Davis where he earned both his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and political science and his law degree. In addition, he earned a Masters of Arts degree in Sports Management from Long Beach State University.
