THE LEGION OF MARY ROSARY Please join in the praying of the rosary prior to the 4:00PM Mass today. The rosary will be prayed for those who are suffering as a result of the earthquake in Nepal. Next Saturday the rosary will be prayed Peace in the World.

Don’t delay in registering. Please call the rectory 860-583-4242 or fill out a registration form which is found at the Church entrances. The program is being geared to children age 4 to those entering grade 5. Older children are also welcome! The cost for the whole week is very minimal. The fee for the first child is $20.00. For the second from the same family the cost is $15.00. There is no charge for the 3rd, 4th or 5th child. BECOME AN ALTAR SERVER! Children who have received their First Holy Communion are invited to become Altar Servers. The parents of those interested are asked to speak with Fr. Ray or Deacon Richard. CHILDREN’S CHOIR REHEARSALS are held on Thursdays at 5:30pm in the Bartlewski Center. CAN YOU LEND A HAND? The Legion of Mary invites you to join their work in visiting the homebound or convalescing of our parish as well as many other works. This is a wonderful way to bring the love of Christ to others. The evening group meets on Mondays, at 6:15pm. The morning group on Tuesday at 8:45am. Visitors are always welcome. Meetings are held in the Bartlewski Center. A REMINDER that the submission deadline for the Men’s Organization Scholarship is today. PENTECOST Next weekend we will celebrate the giving of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. This Solemnity marks the beginning of the Church. During these days before Pentecost the Church prays for the coming of the Spirit. The faithful are encouraged to observe these days in these ways: • Attending daily Mass • Morning and Evening prayer during which the petition is made for the readiness and willingness to receive the Spirit and his gifts. THIS WEEK OUR PARISH WILL take up the collection for the Catholic Communication Campaign. This collection communicates the Gospel through Catholic social media activities and enriches our faith through podcasts, television radio, and print media. Half of all proceeds remain in our archdiocese and support local needs, so please be generous in this collection. COLLECTION FOR NEPAL There will be a second collection next weekend at all Masses to assist the victims of the earthquakes in Nepal. What is collected will be sent to Catholic Relief Services which is actively on the scene in Nepal assisting the suffering. YOUR VOICE COUNTS! Be a part of the future of our parish and of the Archdiocese by completing the Pastoral Planning Survey. Visit www.research.net/s/ pastoralplanning. Paper copies in both English and Polish are available on the altar rails. The deadline to return paper surveys is next Sunday. Please place them in the designated boxes in church. !

Druga Kolekta dla Ofiar w Nepalu W przyszly weekend zostanie zebrana druga kolekta na pomoc ofiarom trzesienia ziemi w Nepalu. Zebrane pieniadze przekazemy katolickiej organizacji charytatywnej (Catholic Relief Services) ktora pomaga poszkodowanym w Nepalu. YOUTH MINISTRY YOUTH MINISTRY will hold a BOTTLE and CAN DRIVE in the Church parking lot on May 30th. so save those bottles and cans to help the Youth Group raise money for their upcoming projects. In addition the YOUTH MINISTRY is also sponsoring an ongoing RECYCLING FUNDRAISER at the Green Planet Redemption Center on Riverside Ave. Just drop off a bag, you don’t have to feed each bottle or can in redeem, just fill out the ticket that it’s for St. Stanislaus Youth Ministry. THE NEXT YOUTH MINISTRY MEETING will be held on Sunday, May 31st at noon
