SRI VASAVI COLLEGE, ERODE (SELF-FINANCE WING) (Affiliated to Bharathiar University), Erode DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER SCIENCE TECHNICAL SYMPOSIUM -VASAVICOMPFEST’22 GENERAL RULES
A maximum of Ten students can participate from a college It is the responsibility of the participants “to avoid clashes between the events”. Teams violating the rules or misbehaving will be disqualified & Jury decision will be final. The participants will be responsible for the safety of their belongings. Participants must bring their college ID card / bonafide certificate from Head of the Institution/Head of the Department. Participants are encouraged to come by formal dress code only. Confirmed participants should send their registration form through online on or before 02/05/2022. Registration Fees is Rs.150 per participant. Certificate, Refreshment and Lunch will be provided for registered participants. For any clarification regarding events, contact concerned event coordinators. Online Event 1. SHORT FILM 2. For Online Events the Selected Winners alone can come for participation on the event date. All others online participants can receive their certificates through post.
