I cannot thank John and Maria for such an incredible experience. Before we met the Hoffman's we were having a difficult time getting our house sold when we first came on the market, we spent almost 3 months with several showings and 0 offers. What are the most important attributes in a Realtor? Analytical rigor, common sense, the human touch and an ability to execute. John and Maria Hoffman have all of these. I don't usually write reviews, but am making an exception here because these two, who happen to be some of the most successful (by sales) residential realtors in the State of Florida, left a strong impression on my wife and I.
