Please do not send money with your order. You will receive an account with goods sent which will include the cost of postage and packaging. Please settle your account promptly, and please write the Invoice Number on the back of the cheque. Receipt of payment is the only indication that your order has arrived safely. Purchasers are advised to play any recording as soon as possible after receipt. Very occasionally, a faulty recording occurs, and it is important that the Recordshop Keeper is advised promptly. I was advised recently by one of my customers that the new CD she had received would not play properly on her CD player - the CD was simply not tracking correctly. She opened the CD tray, and noted that there was quite a lot of dust lurking in there! A feather duster dealt to the dust. She then elected to clean the lens on the CD player by playing a special CD designed for this purpose …. took only seconds …. and the new CD played beautifully!!! I’m sure that you all look after your CDs and CD players very well, but do bear in mind that your sound equipment needs tender loving care on a regular basis. Any faulty recording will be replaced free of charge, provided it is returned to the Recordshop within three months of the date of purchase.
