DESIGN & SUSTAINABILITY
FACADE The vault facade forms a powerful interface between the interior and the lush landscaped exterior of the building. The Vault facade is designed for solar exclusion whilst maintaining views to the outside. The climate responsive facade gives a serrated edge to the building which gives a dynamic outlook to the building , giving it a unique elevation from every angle.

The facade is punctuated with double height and wrap around landscaped terraces which provide the occupants to step out and have a biophilic environment. These terraces also act as outdoor collaborative areas which are naturally ventilated and shaded.
We have responded to changing workplace trends by merging and synthesizing the comfort of home with the convenience of amenities into a campus feel, complete with outdoor spaces to gather, relax and socialize. Creating informal opportunities for serendipitous encounters increases opportunities for collaboration and innovation while also reinforcing a sense of community. Today, the new workplace is not only about collaboration but also about wellness. Access to clean air and daylight, couples with flexible workstation modules has challenged traditional notions of lease spans and floor pate sizes.

SUSTAINABILITY The Vault is designed as a natural, multi-sensorial and smart campus that cares for the planet and the people. The rich landscape offers the positive effects of biophilia, which has proven benefits to occupant’s wellbeing, as well as enhancing local wildlife and biodiversity. The cycle of water is at the foundation of all ecosystems, with this area of India particularly suffers from water scarcity The collection and reuse of this precious resource helps reduce reliance on strained neighborhood resources. A climate responsive facade helps minimize energy demand and optimize operation efficiency.

Restaurant Collection The Restaurant Collection includes many fine and casual dining restaurants with alfresco seating. The dining area stretches out to accommodate a vast gallery of tables and guests. The water features and the amphitheater make for a heavenly experience.
The Marketplace is perfect for a quick bite in-between or after work. Set as an extension to the fine-dining restaurants, this vibrant space will offer an assortment of eateries, ranging from international and regional delis, confectionaries and bakeries to cafes and snack bars. With its live interactive kitchenkiosks, The Marketplace will serve a large number of guests in a relaxed environment.
