To whom it may concern: Dear Board, Further to your invitation to tender on the above referred project, we are pleased to attach our offer as follows: This quotation is based on the bill of quantities attached and must be read in conjunction with our Tender Clarification Notes attached. We also take this opportunity to thank you for considering our company in this pricing process hoping that our proposal will be of interest to you. We believe that we are well qualified to perform the works as per the World Athletics standards and offering suitable solutions while considering value engineering. Gregori International is a 50-year-old Sports fields contracting company that has performed prestigious projects all around the world and for 25 years in the Caribbean. Gregori has successfully completed Provo Golf Course in 1992 as well as more than 100 pitches worldwide. Should you require any further information, do not hesitate to contact us. I- Introduction Tender Clarification Notes for the Refurbishment of National Stadium 1. Works are based on a 3.5-month construction period. 2. This proposal is dated 02/12/2021 and valid for 90-day. 3. Payment: Our quotation is based on receiving payment within 30 days of applying for payment. 4. Mobilization fees are $25,000.00. 400m Track: 1. Proposed products, solutions, and Track painting in compliance with World Athletics (IAAF) Standards. 2. Item 1.04: An allowance of $20.00 per SY if surface to be repaired is above 370 SY as per BOQ, shall be considered. 3. Retopping solution is conceivable only if adhesion between the existing Mondo coating and surfacing is correct (no detachment, opened seals, bubbles). Preliminary visit is mandatory to analyze the existing surfacing security and sports features in compliance with EN 14 877 standards. In-field grass: 1. Grass areas and irrigation outside the in-field pitch are not included. 2. This proposal considers Paspalum vaginatum seeding which is Salt Spray tolerant. Paspalum Platinum only comes as Sprigs. Platinum seeds are not sold. 3. Borrow material as per Specs: Proposal based on backfill and fill soil materials. No topsoil or compost are included. 4. Suitable fertilizers are included for seeds growing only. 5. Irrigation pump enclosure is not included. Enclosure is duly recommended. 6. Soil analysis have not been processed at this point. This estimate assumes drainage system is functional and soil is in good condition to proceed with installation. 7. We are assuming Electrical/solenoid valves are properly working. Our scope 8. 35 irrigation heads are included. At this point, we cannot commit ourselves on a proper amount as all irrigation heads have all been removed from the field. Included:
