The purpose of this manual is to provide organised links to all the Trainer’s Curriculum Vitae.

The Academy displays its Trainer’s CV in the FLIP HTML portal, Website and in the Program Induction Module.
n
The Academy has RESIDENT TRAINERS and INTERNATIONAL TRAINERS.
n
Resident Trainers are in-house trainers who conduct most of the training programs while International Trainers are invited for CPD events and Programs.
n
All Resident Trainers will undergo training as per the Academy’s Training Guidelines to ensure that training contents are delivered in a consistent and systematic manner.

COURSE COORDINATOR
Overlooks replying enquiries, following up on leads, assisting Learners in registration and admission processes and assisting new Learners when necessary.
STUDENT AFFAIRS
Overlooks post registration activities such as preparing Learner’s documents, theory schedules, clinical training schedules, thesis assignments and attending to Learner’s enquiries.
ADMIN & FINANCE EXECUTIVE
Overlooks purchasing, availability of stationeries, drugs, consumables for training. Also handles Learners financial issues such as payments, invoices, official receipts, etc.
EXAMINERS
Overlooks examination processes, examination security, assessment protocols and announcing examination results.

Aesthetic Academy Asia (AAA) is an Aesthetic Medical Education Centre that provides Aesthetic Medical and Business Operation training Program to their Learners. The Academy also prepare Learners for local board examinations conducted by respective countries, if any.

AAA is a URL domain (www.aestheticAcademy.asia) that is registered and owned by DAOS DERMAGENESIS PTY LTD (1151329A), a company registered under the laws of Malaysia. The Academic Board monitors the Academic activities and Learner welfare.
n
AAA does NOT guarantee Learners, and neither does it confirm that any Learner will receive the Certification, unless they have fulfilled the necessary requirements and passed relevant components of the Assessment. Certificates rendered by the Academy may or may not be recognized by some countries, and the local Medical Council regulations may superimpose other terms and conditions requiring Learners to attend local assessment or examination.

AAA and its Programs are is validated and certified by European International University (EIU), a private University registered in Paris, France. It assures Learners that the academic senate and the Program meets benchmark quality standards in teaching, learning and assessment.

The Foundation Program / theoretical component of the Professional Diploma and Professional Certificate Program is assured by City & Guilds, London. It assures that the Program meets benchmark quality standards in teaching, learning and assessment

The training schedule stipulated herein is subject to change and Learners shall be notified of the same accordingly.
n
Learners who are unable to attend the Program upon making payment can request for a refund, providing notice of cancelation is served 2 weeks prior to commencement of the Program. Please note that there will be a minimum of 20% cancellation fee. Please refer to our refund policy in the Academy Handbook.

Learner shall: n
Have fulfilled the minimum requirements as deemed by the statutory Medical Council or Committee in respective countries.
n
Be in possession of a valid Medical Practicing License and Medical Indemnity Insurance.
n
Successfully complete the onsite training, Online Learning, assessments and completed the Logbook.
n
Produce a copy of their identification and their valid Medical Practicing License prior to commencing the Program.
n
Adhere to their local medical and health regulations in prescribing and administering Aesthetic procedures.
