Congratulations on being new Homeowners in Travisso! Welcome Home! The Travisso Community and Management Team would like to welcome you to the community and to your new home! We are excited that you are joining us on the adventure of “Living at your perfect pace”. Travisso offers numerous activities for people of all ages. Go for a jog or leisurely walk along our exercise trails, enjoy family events in the park, or take a day trip to great sites in and around the Austin area. You are going to enjoy living in Travisso! Meet your HOA Staff Community Manager, Cydney Janes [email protected] 512.202.7403 Cydney is the liaison to the Board of Directors and volunteer committees regarding policies and procedures in order to maintain a true sense of community. Cydney facilitates the annual budget plan and makes sure that everything is running smoothly for the Travisso Community Association. Cydney will be your direct contact if you have any questions regarding the Association.

She implements ideas and transforms amazing events for all to enjoy. Some examples of monthly events include: Food Trucks & Live Music, Cooking Class, Craft Cocktail Demos, Local Field Trips, Family Scavenger Hunts, and Trail Running. The opportunities are endless, you name it and we will work to make it possible!

HOA Basics Travisso Community HOA is managed by CCMC Travisso is professionally managed by CCMC, a company that since 1973, has been transforming developments and subdivisions into communities. Our site-based association management approach puts people first. By understanding the concept and purpose of the association, we can all work together to maintain the integrity and value of your investment and preserve the quality of life which attracted you to Travisso. We invite you to attend the New Resident Welcome Meet & Greet held quarterly, watch the weekly emails for the date. These gatherings allow you to meet new neighbors and reap the benefits of living in Travisso.

2021 HOA Assessments Travisso Community homeowners pay semi-annually HOA Assessments $840 yearly | $420 due semi-annually:  

January 1st July 1st

*Assessments paid after the month in which they are due will be considered late. Homeowners are strongly encouraged to setup a reoccurring payment option as outlined on the next page.

HOA Assessment Options Dear Homeowner: At CCMC, we are constantly striving to provide important services to you. We are continuing to make available direct debit, electronic checks and credit card options for ease in assessment payments. Multiple Accounts When paying by mail or through your online bill payment service, it is imperative that separate checks and envelopes be used for each account. Each check should also list the account number to ensure timely and proper posting to the correct account. The remittance address for your mailed payments is: P. O Box 105515 Atlanta, GA 30348-5515 Please make sure you mail your coupon/statement stub with your payment. Any payments that cannot be processed automatically by the payment processing service center will be processed by converting your paper check into an electronic check transaction. Direct Debits We continue to make the direct-debit payment option available at no charge. You are now able to download the direct debit form by going to www.ccmcnet.com. On the Home Page, please select the link titled “Homeowner-Payment Options”. At the bottom of the page a link to download the form is available. Please follow the instructions noted on the form and return to our office for set up. If you are set up for direct-debit and your assessment has changed, the new amount will automatically be deducted. Electronic Checks & Credit Card Payments In order to use either of these two services, please visit our website at www.ccmcnet.com. On the Home Page, please select the link titled “Homeowner- Payment options” and select the state the property is in. From there, you will be linked to Union Bank, the processing service center. While there is a $14.95 processing fee per credit card transaction, please note there is no charge for electronic check transactions. American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa are accepted. If you have recurring electronic check payments with Union Bank and your assessment has changed, it will be necessary to update your payment information with Union Bank. If you wish to make any changes to your account with Union Bank, you may access it through our website. CCMC and Union Bank are not related companies. To comply with privacy laws, we do not share personal information nor does CCMC have access to your recurring payment profile. Bill Payment Services If you are using a bill payment service, please review your account number and remittance address. Many bill payment services remit electronically and the correct account number is essential for proper posting. Your account number is twelve digits with no dashes or spaces. If your assessment has changed, you must also update your bill payment processor. Thank you for your attention to these matters. We value our clients’ input and if we can be of further assistance, please call 1-888-257-1388.

Stay Connected There are three ways for Travisso Homeowners to stay connected with each other and the HOA:

Travisso Community Association Events and Management Newsletter  This newsletter provides information about upcoming Travisso events and news. It’s a great reminder so you don’t miss any exciting activities! If you have already visited the Palazzo, you may have signed up for emails on the clipboard at the front desk and you should receive emails. If you know you are not on the list or you are not receiving emails, and you would like to, please email your preferred email to [email protected]

Resident Information at www.travissocommunity.com  This is a website where residents are able to view the Travisso Community Association Events calendar for the current and future months. It also gives residents access to important documents and information like the Architectural Design Guidelines.

Travisso Facebook Pages and Group  “Travisso Community Association” is the Facebook page for Travisso Community Association that we share with Travisso’s Marketing Department. Feel free to follow us!  “Travisso Community Homeowners” and “Travisso Homeowners” are two Facebook groups that are administered by Travisso residents only. You must request to join, as it is strictly for residents who are building or live in Travisso. This group is not affiliated with Travisso Community Association, Travisso’s developer or builders. Travisso Community Association does not monitor this page. If you have a request or question, please reach out to Travisso Community Association directly.

Emergency Text Message Updates  If you would like to receive emergency text message updates from Travisso Community Association, please text “TRAVISSOCOMMUNITY” to 77222. Text notifications will be sent for pool closures and emergencies only
