Alternatively, new employees may request that contributions be made to another complying superannuation fund (fund of choice). If you would like to request that your contributions are made to another fund of your choice, please bring the details with you on your first day, including the full fund name and your current account number. A fact sheet is included if you would like further information regarding First State Super. Alternatively, if you would like more information on superannuation contact our Employee Services Team at [email protected] Salary Packaging TAFE NSW offers employees a way of restructuring their salary that is approved by the Australian Tax Office. You can reduce your income tax through salary packaging. Salary packaging is administered through Smartsalary and allows eligible staff to receive part of their pretax remuneration in the form of benefits rather than receiving it all in salary. Salary packaging restructures the way in which employees receive income.
